Description

用于加热双管的热气喷嘴、包括热气喷嘴的装管机和用于密封双管的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于双管的热气喷嘴、一种装管机以及一种用于密封双管并且将双管联接在一起的方法。本发明涉及这样一种双管,所述双管包括两个布置成彼此邻近并且具有共同肩部部分的管。
背景技术
例如不同类型的两室或多室管等的双管用于包装基于某一原因不应在包装件中混合的不同类型的产品或成分。这可以适用于例如因互相接触而将会发生化学反应或其它类型反应的产品。对于这种类型的产品,期望的是当内容物部分或完全排出管时开始所述反应。如果不使用特定的混合喷嘴,所述产品通常需要进行混合以便获得均质的组分。因此,在这种情况下,多个成分必须分开地储存。
双管还能够用于不会发生化学反应但是为了例如美观原因应当彼此分开地储存的产品。一种这样的示例是当将所述组分挤出管时以预定样式使组分成形,使得所述产品具有特定的外观。这种情况的示例是条纹牙膏和条纹鱼子分布。
双管既能够由具有内部分隔壁的单一管构成也能够由在肩部部分处联接的两个管构成。
重要的是,双管的密封快速和可靠,并且该密封提供足够的气密性以及适当的外观。由于管的密封是与管的填充在同一生产流动中进行的,因此,填充、加热以及密封必须在同一工作过程中进行,以便不会在系统中产生失衡。因此,重要的是,至少和任意一项其它操作一样快地进行加热,使得加热不会变成系统速度的限制因素。
管的联接通常通过使用加热的夹爪来进行。在这些情形下,加热和联接是通过加热从而在压力下将管材料熔化在一起而在相同的操作步骤中进行的。通过热空气对管材料进行加热也是已知的。例如从WO94/19251所知的,利用热空气对布置成彼此邻近的双管的材料进行加热。双管在后续的操作步骤中进行密封。尽管所示的用于密封双管的方法在一些情况下可能会给出可接受的结果,但是仍然具有改进和发展的空间。
发明内容

图1示出了双管1,所述双管包括在管肩部4联接的第一管2和第二管3。管肩部包括出口通道(未示出),以便使第一管2和第二管3中的内容物分开地流出以及连续地混合。出口通道可以彼此分开从而使得各个管中的内容物的流出完全分开。当管包括彼此发生化学反应的物质时,这是有利的。出口通道还可以结合为使得管中的内容物在流出时混合。出口通道例如可以形成管中的内容物的样式。管肩部4设置有帽5。当出口通道结合为使得形成圆形出口部分时,所述帽可以是按帽或螺帽。
在所示实施方式中,第一管和第二管在离开管肩部的部分设置成具有圆形横截面,这对将在下文说明的密封来说是优选的,尽管稍微呈椭圆形的横截面也是可以。这将部分地取决于所选的用于管的制造方法。
用于双管即用于第一管和第二管的材料的选择取决于预期应用。通常,将会使用具有或不具有阻挡层的聚烯烃类型的热塑性塑料,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等。为了能够应用将作说明的热空气激活技术(hot airactivating technique)和热封技术,图1中的双管的开口端部部分包括可热封的材料是重要的。
双管1直接自填充有大量由管制造商提供的双管的运输包装件插入在装管机中。重要的目的是,当第一管和第二管由相同材料构成或由不同材料构成时都获得密闭并且美观的双管端部密封。这种端部密封示于图2中,图2中示出了端部密封部分6。为此原因,本发明提供了一种特别的热激活过程。
在根据本发明的装管机的工作位置中,加热双管1的开口端部部分,之后在连续的工作位置中通过夹爪进行热封,优选为通过冷却的爪。重要的是,不仅各个管以令人满意的方式密封,而且两个管也以令人满意的方式在同一密封过程中联接。为了获得这样的密封,重要的是所有待密封的表面都以类似的方式进行热处理。这意味着管的端部部分的内侧将进行热处理。此外,管的端部部分的指向彼此的外表面,即在密封之后将支承在彼此上的外部分,也将进行热处理。这将保证各个管的端部部分的良好附接以及管的两个端部部分的良好附接,从而将保证密闭并且美观的端部密封。
图3中示出了根据本发明优选实施方式的热气喷嘴10,所述热气喷嘴优选为热空气喷嘴。热空气喷嘴10包括喷嘴主体11,喷嘴插件附接于所述喷嘴主体11中。虽然也可以构想出其它形状,但是喷嘴主体优选为圆形。在所示示例中,喷嘴主体11包括第一内部喷嘴插件12、第二内部喷嘴插件13、第一外部喷嘴插件14以及第二外部喷嘴插件15。第一内部喷嘴插件12设置有导向端部18,而第二内部喷嘴插件13设置有导向端部19。
喷嘴插件在所示示例中例如通过止动螺钉16可移除地附接于喷嘴主体中。止动螺钉的使用将允许例如为了清洁、调整或更换而以容易的方式将喷嘴插件从喷嘴主体移除。也可以将一个或多个喷嘴插件例如通过焊接而永久地附接。在一个示例中,内部喷嘴插件为了清洁而可以移除会是有利的,因为例如因管的不当填充,内部喷嘴插件可能会与管中的产品接触。从而大大地简化了内部喷嘴插件的清洁。
热空气喷嘴进一步包括圆形凸缘26,所述圆形凸缘26设置有适于排出经过使用的热空气的流出开口27。出口开口优选地连接于装管机中的用于热空气的出口通路。
喷嘴插件设置有出口开口17,所述出口开口17适于将来自装管机中的热空气源的热空气导向管的特定部分。内部喷嘴插件12和13中的出口开口围绕插件的笔直部分的上边缘定位,从而邻接导向端部。外部喷嘴插件14和15中的出口开口定位于插件的上边缘、位于指向内部喷嘴插件的凹入表面。突起边缘25布置于出口开口17与导向端部18和19之间。该边缘的用途是沿朝向热气喷嘴的流出开口27的方向导引来自出口开口的热空气流,使得尽可能少的热空气进入真正的管。这阻止了对管进行不必要的加热。边缘的尺寸使得管能够容易地滑过所述边缘。
当双管将进行密封和联接时,将已填充的双管传送向装管机中的热空气喷嘴。由于双管在装管机中对齐,因此第一管2将在导向端部18的帮助下传送至第一内部喷嘴插件12,而同时第二管3将在导向端部19的帮助下传送至第二内部喷嘴插件13。双管在使得管的端部部分与热空气喷嘴中的出口开口对齐的高度处停止。
当双管定位于热空气喷嘴中时,热空气经由出口开口引导。在第一实施方式中,所有的喷嘴插件都连接于相同的热空气源。在该示例中,喷嘴主体具有一个连接于热空气源的单一开口。可以恒定地激活热空气,使得喷嘴持续地吹送热空气,或者,可以在热空气喷嘴正确地定位时对热空气进行激活。
在内部喷嘴插件的出口开口在管的内表面上导引热空气的同时,外部喷嘴插件将在管的指向彼此的外表面上导引热空气。通过对将进行联接的表面进行直接加热而对管材料进行热激活,由此保证了各个管的正确密封以及管的正确联接。当管由例如具有铝阻挡层的材料等的多层材料构成时,这是特别有利的。如果仅从一侧对这种材料进行加热,则结果可能会是未加热侧过冷或加热侧过暖。
喷嘴插件的出口开口的数量和尺寸适合于将进行密封的双管。取决于材料,出口开口的数量和尺寸可以变化。内部喷嘴插件的出口开口与外部喷嘴插件的出口开口之间的关系可以变化,使得获得最佳的密封和联接。如果两个管由不同材料构成,则第一内部喷嘴插件中的出口开口与第二内部喷嘴插件中的出口开口之间的关系以及第一外部喷嘴插件中的出口开口与第二外部喷嘴插件中的出口开口之间的关系都可以变化。
当热空气已对管的端部部分中的可热封材料进行热激活时,使双管自热空气喷嘴下降。在连续的工作位置中,双管的端部部分通过夹爪进行密封。优选地,冷却夹爪,从而获得可重复的密封。
在改进方案中,热气喷嘴10进一步包括冷却环20。冷却环包括第一开口21和第二开口22,所述第一开口21和第二开口22的形状将与第一内部喷嘴插件12和第二内部喷嘴插件13相同。第一开口和第二开口的尺寸大于内部喷嘴插件,使得开口能够包围内部喷嘴插件。各个开口都包括倾斜的导向表面23和24。在该示例中,冷却环是圆形的,但是也可以构想出其它的外部形状。冷却环的外部部分适于连接到例如冷却水回路等的冷却回路,使得冷却环能够变冷至预定温度。
冷却环20适于与热气喷嘴10配合。这是通过将冷却环旋拧在热气喷嘴上实现的。当冷却环安装于热气喷嘴时,第一内部喷嘴插件12将设置于第一开口21中而第二内部喷嘴插件13将设置于第二开口22中。导向端部18和19将与导向表面22和23一起形成导向部分,使得管的端部部分以可靠的方式被引导至热气喷嘴中。通过这种方式,在内部喷嘴插件与冷却环开口之间形成缝隙。缝隙的宽度主要由管材料的厚度以及热空气的不同参数确定。有利的是,开口的尺寸使得管能够以容易的方式被引导至热气喷嘴中。
冷却环的用途一方面是改进管端部的引导,另一方面是降低管的最靠近端部密封部分6的部分的温度。这将保证管的其余部分不受到不必要的加热。对管在密封期间将不被挤压在一起的区域进行加热可能会例如弱化管材料或者可能会在美观方面改变外表面,例如因改变管材料中或管上的印刷物的颜色而可能会在美观方面改变外表面。喷嘴主体与冷却环之间形成有空气通道,所述空气通道将来自出口开口17的热空气导引至流出开口27。因此,当热空气经由流出开口排出时将部分地变冷。
在本发明的热空气喷嘴的进一步的改进方案中,所述热空气喷嘴包括用于各个喷嘴插件的分开的热空气导管。通过这种方式,能够单独地控制流向各个喷嘴插件的空气流,这意味着能够通过调节流向相应的喷嘴插件的空气流而利用同一热空气喷嘴对不同类型的双管进行加热。例如,第一管和第二管由不同管材料构成因此可能会具有不同的热激活特性是可能的。因此能够单独地控制流向内部喷嘴插件的空气流。通过这种方式,当对另一类型的双管进行密封时,不必更换热气喷嘴。
在一种实施方式中,热空气喷嘴包括温度传感器(未示出),所述温度传感器进行测量并且向控制单元发送信号。在知道空气量的情况下,通过所测量的温度能够计算所需的加热时间。通过这种方式,即使当温度变化时,也能够保证正确密封。如果空气流变化,也可以对其进行测量。
本发明不应视为限制于上述实施方式,在后附的本专利权利要求的范围内,多种附加的变型以及改型是可能的。

Claims (12)

1.一种热气喷嘴(10),所述热气喷嘴适于对双管(1)的端部部分进行加热,其中所述双管包括第一管(2)和第二管(3),所述热气喷嘴(10)包括第一内部喷嘴插件(12)和第二内部喷嘴插件(13),所述第一内部喷嘴插件和所述第二内部喷嘴插件包括多个第一出口开口(17),所述第一出口开口适于利用热空气对所述第一管(2)和所述第二管(3)的在内部定位的部分进行加热,其特征在于,所述热气喷嘴(10)进一步包括第一外部喷嘴插件(14)和第二外部喷嘴插件(15),其中所述第一外部喷嘴插件和所述第二外部喷嘴插件包括多个第二出口开口,所述第二出口开口适于对所述双管的在外部且在所述第一管(2)与所述第二管(3)之间定位的部分进行加热,该部分在对所述双管进行密封之后将联接所述第一管(2)和所述第二管(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述第一内部喷嘴插件(12)和所述第二内部喷嘴插件(13)包括突起边缘(25),所述突起边缘适于导引来自所述第一出口开口(17)的空气流。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述第一内部喷嘴插件(12)、所述第二内部喷嘴插件(13)、所述第一外部喷嘴插件(14)以及所述第二外部喷嘴插件(15)中的至少一个以可拆卸方式附接于所述热气喷嘴。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述第一内部喷嘴插件(12)和所述第二内部喷嘴插件(13)各自包括导向端部(18,19)。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述第一内部喷嘴插件(12)的第一出口开口(17)的总面积不同于所述第二内部喷嘴插件(13)的第一出口开口(17)的总面积。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述第一内部喷嘴插件(12)、所述第二内部喷嘴插件(13)、所述第一外部喷嘴插件(14)以及所述第二外部喷嘴插件(15)中的至少一个由各自的热空气导管供应热空气。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述热气喷嘴进一步包括冷却环(20),所述冷却环适于与所述热气喷嘴(10)配合。
8.如权利要求7所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述冷却环(20)包括两个开口(21,22),所述第一内部喷嘴插件(12)和所述第二内部喷嘴插件(13)装配于所述两个开口中。
9.如权利要求8所述的热气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述两个开口(21,22)设置有导向表面(23,24)。
10.一种装管机,其包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的热气喷嘴。
11.一种用于密封双管并且将所述双管联接在一起的方法,所述双管包括布置成彼此邻近的第一管和第二管,所述方法包括以下步骤:
利用内部喷嘴插件对所述第一管和所述第二管的内部部分进行加热;
利用外部喷嘴插件对所述第一管和所述第二管的外部部分进行加热,其中受热部分位于所述第一管与所述第二管之间,使得受热的外部部分在所述双管密封之后将联接所述第一管和所述第二管;
利用夹爪密封和联接所述双管的端部密封部分。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,对所述双管的内部部分和外部部分同时进行加热。
