Abstract

本发明公开了一种手术用铣刀托架,包括具有通孔的固定座(1),顶端带L型的支撑架的手指导向器(4)设置于固定座(1)的上部,所述L型支撑架短边(8)的末端设置有向下的凸起(9),所述凸起(9)的最低点低于铣刀正常工作时圆柱头(10)的最低点;所述手指导向器(4)的腔体内固定有中心具有通孔的螺栓(3);所述固定座(1)的上部设置有压片(7),螺母(6)穿过压片(7)上的孔与螺栓(3)连接。本发明采用凸起阻隔了物体与圆柱头接触的可能,因此也就避免了物体切割不均匀现在的发生。同时,可通过手指导向器带动L型托架转动,改变铣刀的运行方向,便于手术中的操作。

Description

一种手术用铣刀托架
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种手术切割器械,尤其涉及一种手术用铣刀托架。
背景技术
   在手术过程当中,需要铣刀进行一些切割的工作。铣刀包括铣刀托架、刀刃、电机等组成。铣刀托架的顶端具有一个呈L型的支撑架,L型的短边上设置有一孔,铣刀刀头前部的圆柱头伸入孔内。用以保证铣刀较好的受力效果。为了保护铣刀,圆柱头不会完全深入到孔中,会留出一些露在外部。现有技术中,L型的短边均为平面结构,在切割物体时,如果圆柱头碰到物体是不会对物体起任何作用的,这就造成了物体切割的不均匀。,同时这种结构在切割的过程中,铣刀转向的时候比较困难,不方便使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种圆柱头不会接触到被切割物体的,同时可以灵活转向的手术用铣刀托架。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种手术用铣刀托架,包括具有通孔的固定座,其特征在于:顶端带L型的支撑架的手指导向器设置于固定座的上部,所述L型支撑架短边的末端设置有向下的凸起,所述凸起的最低点低于铣刀正常工作时圆柱头的最低点;
所述手指导向器的腔体内固定有中心具有通孔的螺栓;所述固定座的上部设置有压片,螺母穿过压片上的孔与螺栓连接。
所述固定座的下方设置有手指导向器,所述手指导向器的腔体内设置有T型螺栓;所述固定座的上部设置有压片,螺母穿过压片上的孔与螺栓连接。
为了保持铣刀的平稳运转,所述手指导向器的上部设置有轴承。
为了防止手指导向器过于灵活,所述螺栓上还套有一弹簧。
为了防滑,所述固定座和手指导向器的外表面均设置有防滑槽。
本发明采用凸起阻隔了物体与圆柱头接触的可能,因此也就避免了物体切割不均匀现象的发生。同时,可通过手指导向器带动L型托架转动,改变铣刀的运行方向,便于手术中的操作。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:
如图1所示:
一种手术用铣刀托架,包括具有通孔的固定座1,顶端带L型的支撑架的手指导向器4设置于固定座1的上部,L型支撑架短边8的末端设置有向下的凸起9,所述凸起9的最低点低于铣刀正常工作时圆柱头10的最低点;这样就阻隔了物体与圆柱头接触的可能,因此也就避免了物体切割不均匀现象的发生。手指导向器4的腔体内固定有具有通孔的T型螺栓3;所述固定座1的上部设置有压片7,螺母6穿过压片7上的孔与螺栓3连接。
手指导向器4的上部设置有轴承5。螺栓3上还套有一弹簧2。固定座1和手指导向器4的外表面均设置有防滑槽。轴承5可以使得铣刀有一个较近的受力点,保证铣刀了平稳运行,弹簧2保证了手指导向器4与固定座之间有一定的受力,防止手指导向器4转动过于灵活而造成的操作失误。
当转动手指导向器4时,螺栓3和螺母6随之共同转动,这样,手指导向器4就可以带动L型托架转动,改变铣刀的运行方向,便于手术中的操作。

Claims (4)

1.一种手术用铣刀托架,包括具有通孔的固定座(1),其特征在于:顶端带L型的支撑架的手指导向器(4)设置于固定座(1)的上部,所述L型支撑架短边(8)的末端设置有向下的凸起(9),所述凸起(9)的最低点低于铣刀正常工作时圆柱头(10)的最低点;
所述手指导向器(4)的腔体内固定有中心具有通孔的螺栓(3);所述固定座(1)的上部设置有压片(7),螺母(6)穿过压片(7)上的孔与螺栓(3)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的手术用铣刀托架,其特征在于:所述手指导向器(4)的上部设置有轴承(5)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的手术用铣刀托架,其特征在于:所述螺栓(3)上还套有一弹簧(2)。
4.如权利要求要求3所述的手术用铣刀托架,其特征在于:所述固定座(1)和手指导向器(4)的外表面均设置有防滑槽。
