Abstract
本发明涉及一种用来制造用于变压器的线圈的绕组块的方法,绕组块带有至少一个由导电的线状材料或带状材料制成的、带有多个匝的绕组和由电绝缘纤维材料制成的、带有一定数量的绝缘纤维材料的绕组的绝缘层。由导电材料制成的匝独立于绝缘材料的匝而施加,并且在施加预定数量由导电材料制成的匝后,在相同段上将较少数量的电绝缘材料的匝施加到导电材料的匝上,从而使得直到由导电材料制成的匝的数量而保留的剩余数量的由电绝缘材料制成的匝用作边缘绝缘物。
Description
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的方法和一种用于根据权利要求2的前序部分的变压器的线圈(Spule)的绕组块(Wicklungsblock)。
从文件DE 44 45 423.6-09中已知一种用来制造干式变压器的绕组块的方法,在该方法中,由导电的线状材料(Drahtmaterial)或者带状材料(Bandmaterial)组成的各个层借助于由浸渍树脂的纤维材料制成的绝缘层而相互绝缘。在此,例如在施加(aufbringen)高压绕组(Oberspannungswicklung)之前,确定对于层绝缘所要求的最大的绝缘厚度和相应于该绝缘厚度的纤维粗纱(Faserroving)的数量;每个绕组层(Wicklungslage)和所属的绝缘层的制造同时进行,然而相互之间有空间错位,其中,不仅通过纤维粗纱的数量而且通过纤维粗纱的缠绕进料(Wickelvorschub)进行所需绝缘厚度的调节。
除了在由线状或带状电气材料制成的匝(Windung)之间的层绝缘,绕组(Wicklung)的总体绝缘物由必须引入在绕组的端部处的边缘绝缘物组成。由于在对于导体材料和绝缘材料的同步缠绕时只有相同数量的匝供使用,因此在实际的缠绕过程结束时必须随后引入绝缘物,这意味着提高工作费用。
本发明的目的在于,实现开头所提及类型的用来制造用于变压器的线圈的绕组块的方法,在该方法中,不再需要附加地引入边缘绝缘物。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求的特征实现。
因此,根据本发明,通过以下方式独立于纤维粗纱的匝而施加由导电材料制成的匝,即,在施加预设数量的线匝(Drahtwindung)(由导电材料制成的匝)时施加较少数量的纤维粗纱匝。然后,将剩余数量的纤维粗纱用作边缘绝缘物。
如果例如以90个匝缠起由导电材料制成的绕组时,则将一定数量(该数量为相应于90个匝的数量)的纤维材料以比由导电材料制成的匝的数量低的数量而施加,例如以约为70个绝缘材料匝的数量。因此,在当前的例子中,还剩余20个由绝缘材料制成的匝,剩余的这20个匝可用作边缘绝缘物。因此,边缘绝缘物与绝缘绕组和线绕组(Drahtwicklung)的制造同时进行。
本发明的另一个目的在于,实现用于线圈的绕组块,其中,执行方法。
该目的根据本发明通过权利要求2的特征实现。
因此,用于线圈的绕组块在以下方面具有特征,即,将由绝缘材料制成的绕组16施加到线圈体10的外侧上,在该绕组16上,以一定数量的匝缠绕由导电材料制成的内绕组区段151,将由电绝缘材料制成的层151施加到内区段141上,其中,由电绝缘材料制成的匝的数量小于内绕组区段141的匝的数量,从而边缘区段也缠卷有匝151。
本发明另一有利的设计方案可在以下方面具有特征,即,由导电材料制成的匝的轴向宽度小于由电绝缘材料制成的匝的轴向宽度。
借助于图示(在该图示中,示出有穿过变压器的线圈的示意性纵向截面图),进一步解释和描述本发明、本发明的其它有利的设计方案以及其它优点。
变压器的线圈具有管状的线圈体10,在该线圈体10的端部处安装有线圈法兰11,12。在两个线圈法兰11及12和线圈体10之间的空间13中,存在由导电材料制成的绕组14以及由纤维粗纱材料制成的绝缘的绕组15。此外,在线圈法兰11和12内多个纤维粗纱的层16缠绕到线圈体10上,然后用于绕组14的内绕组区段(又称为内层141)的线匝施加到层16上。内层141的线匝的数量例如为“X”,在特定的情况下为100个匝,该100个匝覆盖特定的轴向长度。将由纤维粗纱制成的绝缘层151缠起到层141的长度上,其中,纤维粗纱的匝的数量为“X”-“Y”,也就是说,较少数量的纤维粗纱匝缠起到线匝的相同的长度上。例如,在已提及的带有100个线匝的实施方案中,缠绕80个带有纤维粗纱的匝。层141的线匝的施加和纤维粗纱匝的绝缘层151的施加相互独立地进行,从而实现不同的匝数。由于不同的匝数,利用多余数量的纤维粗纱匝,还可将在层141的端侧和线圈法兰11,12之间的区域D1和D2缠卷纤维粗纱。
绕组14具有两个其它的线匝区段142和143,这些线匝区段142和143在径向上位于所谓的内层141之外且径向上位于绝缘层151之外,并且以相互之间为D3距离的方式结束(enden);由于相对于线匝的较少数量的纤维粗纱匝,因此在相同的工作过程中除了区域D1和D2之外还可无问题地对区域D3进行缠卷。在此,每个匝的轴向长度小于相关的纤维粗纱匝的轴向长度,从而使得区域D1和D2的覆盖和此外区域D3的覆盖成为可能。
同样地,将纤维粗纱缠起到层142和143或绕组区段142和143上,其中,以相同的方式,纤维粗纱的匝的数量小于绕组区段142,143的匝的数量,从而也使得区域D1或D2可在一个工作过程中缠卷有绝缘材料。以相同的方式在绕组区段142和143之外设置有其它绕组区段(无参考标号),在其中,如在内绕组区段141,142和143一样,以相同的方式实现缠卷纤维粗纱。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于制造用于变压器的线圈的绕组块的方法,绕组块带有
至少一个由导电的线状材料或带状材料制成的、带有多个匝的绕组和由电绝缘纤维材料制成的、带有一定数量的绝缘纤维材料的绕组的绝缘层,其特征在于,所述由导电材料制成的匝独立于绝缘材料的匝而施加,并且在施加预定数量由导电材料制成的匝后,在相同段上将较少数量的电绝缘材料的匝施加到导电材料的匝上,从而使得直到由导电材料制成的匝的数量而保留的剩余数量的由电绝缘材料制成的匝用作边缘绝缘物。
2.一种用于变压器的线圈,所述线圈根据按照权利要求1的方法而制造,其特征在于,由绝缘材料制成的绕组(16)施加到线圈体(10)的外侧上,在所述绕组(16)上,以一定数量的匝缠绕由导电材料制成的内绕组区段(151),将由电绝缘材料制成的层(151)施加到内区段(141)上,其中,由电绝缘材料制成的匝的数量小于所述内绕组区段的匝的数量,从而使得边缘区段也缠卷有匝(151)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的线圈,其特征在于,由导电材料制成的匝的轴向宽度小于由电绝缘材料制成的匝的轴向宽度。
