Abstract

本发明涉及一种插孔电连接器及其制造方法,其中连接器包括配合插头的一弹性导电簧片卷(1)及套在其外由里及表的一导电内套(2)和一导电外套(3),所述导电外套中通孔与导电内套外表面之间固定卡入所述弹性导电簧片卷伸出所述导电内套外的两头弯折伸出端;制造方法包括:将弹性导电簧片卷套入导电内套并将其伸出端一头扩充变形、再采用过盈配合将辅助外套(8)套入所述一头,然后将弹性导电簧片卷伸出端另一头扩充变形并采用过盈配合将导电外套套入所述另一头、压入挤出所述辅助外套。这种电连接器及其制造方法,其成品具有低温升/压降、尺寸小、接触面积大、结合力好、插拔柔顺、低能耗的优点,同时一整体导电外套能降低成本,提升性能、质量和合格率。

一种插孔电连接器及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电连接器,具体涉及一种插孔电连接器及其制造方法。
背景技术
电连接器也可称接头/插座,广泛应用于各种电气线路中,起着连接或断开电路的作用,能简化将这类插座或接头安装到它们将要电连接的电气装置上的过程。插针插孔是电连接器关键元件,它直接影响着电连接器的可靠性。传统接触件插孔使用高铍铜作为弹性簧片(片状或树直栅格),因结构原因接触面积小、因材料原因而导电性低发热量大(温升高、压降大),并且会因为时间而降低弹性。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,如何提供一种插孔电连接器,能大大提高电连接器性能和使用寿命。
本发明的第一个技术问题这样解决:构建一种插孔电连接器,包括配合插头的一弹性导电簧片卷及套在其外由里及表的一导电内套和一导电外套;所述导电外套中通孔与导电内套外表面之间固定卡入所述弹性导电簧片卷伸出所述导电内套外的两头弯折伸出端。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述导电外套中通孔与套在该中通孔内的所述导电内套和所述伸出端是过盈配合,例如:所述导电外套中通孔和所述导电内套外表面都是圆形,所述导电外套的中通孔半径大于所述导电内套的外半径、但小于所述导电内套的外部半径与所述弹性导电簧片卷厚度之和。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述弹性导电簧片卷轴向长度大于一个所述导电内套的轴向长度、小于二个所述导电内套的轴向长度。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述弹性导电簧片卷位于所述导电内套内部的部分成扭曲曲线形。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述导电外套外表面横截面可以是圆形、椭圆形或方形;所述导电外套中通孔与所述导电内套外表面的横截面形状相同是圆形、椭圆形或方形;所述导电内套中通孔与弹性导电簧片卷的横截面形状相同是圆形、椭圆形或方形。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述导电外套外表面、导电外套中通孔和导电内套中通孔三者横截面形状相同、二者相同或各不相同。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述导电外套设有内导角。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述导电外套的长度与所述导电内套中通孔的长度相同或基本相同,也可以不相同。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,构成所述弹性导电簧片卷的导电簧片的宽度与所述导电内套中通孔横截面的周边长相同或基本相同。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器,所述弹性导电簧片卷是铜簧片卷;所述导电外套和或导电内套包括表面电镀层。
本发明的另一个技术问题这样解决:构建一种插孔电连接器制造方法,包括以下步骤:
形成导电内套、导电外套、辅助外套和弹性导电簧片卷;
将弹性导电簧片卷套入导电内套;
将导电内套中的弹性导电簧片卷伸出端一头扩充变形,再采用过盈配合将辅助外套套入所述一头并压入导电内套中;
将导电内套中的弹性导电簧片卷伸出端另一头扩充变形,再采用过盈配合将导电外套套入所述另一头、压入导电内套并挤出所述辅助外套。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器制造方法,形成所述弹性导电簧片卷包括将冲压成形的栅格簧片进行卷圆。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器制造方法,在将导电外套压入导电内套的同时还包括扭转导电外套使弹性导电簧片卷中各簧片扭曲。
按照本发明提供的插孔电连接器制造方法,所述辅助外套和导电外套设有便于压套导电外套和弹性导电簧片卷变形伸出端的内导角;所述辅助外套中通孔和或所述弹性导电簧片卷对应所述辅助外套部分贴紧所述辅助外套中通孔的一面涂有油层。
本发明提供的插孔电连接器,采用高导电的弹性材料和紧凑致密的接触结构,体现出超群的低温升、低压降、尺寸小的特性,并在与插针配合时提供了超大的接触面积、平滑柔顺的插拔力、正常高限的结合力和持久稳定的弹性,从而实现低温升(为传统接触对的50%温升)、低压降、尺寸小、接触面积大、结合力好、插拔柔顺的全新性能,为新能源行业(太阳能、风能、电动车等)提供先进的、低能耗的接触件解决方案,进一步导电外套为一整体,较导电外套为二个分离部件具有以下突出优点:
1.电连接器采用两个导电外套,过盈压配合在导电内套和簧片上,会出现两个导电外套不能完全对齐、错位的现象。装好的的电连接器组件和其它电气零件配合时,因为两导电外套的错位,而不能配合良好。而一个导电外套的电连接器,不会出现错位问题,可以很好的与其余零件配合。
2.两个导电外套的电连接器靠工具将其靠在一起,可能会有间隙,从而使其在传导大电流时受到阻碍。而一个导电外套的电连接器可以让电流畅通无阻。
3.两个导电外套的电连接器外观有不连续性,而一个导电外套的电连接器为一个整体,外观变得非常美观。
4.两个导电外套的电连接器在振动环境下,两个导电外套可能会分开,从而可能造成严重的安全隐患。而一个导电外套的电连接器不会存在这些隐患。
5.两个导电外套的电连接器因为增加了一个零件,增加了加工时间,从而增加了成本。而一个外套扭簧由四个零件减为了三个零件,降低了成本。
6.两个导电外套产品因为其天生的缺陷,两外套中间有间隙,从而水气、潮气等会进入插孔内部,影响电接触。而一个插孔产品就不会。

具体实施方式
如图5所示,本发明插孔电连接器具体实施例包括弹性导电簧片卷1、一导电内套2和一导电外套3,弹性导电簧片卷1、一导电内套2和一导电外套3横截面都是圆形的。
该具体实施例这样制作和装配:
1、使用冲压模具对铜带加工,加工成栅格簧片,形状如图1所示;
2、手工/使用工具将冲压成形的簧片进行卷圆形成弹性导电簧片卷1,形状如图2所示;
3、将弹性导电簧片卷1装入导电内套2中;
4、手工/使用工具将伸出导电内套2外的导电簧片卷1伸出端一头扩充变形,扩充变形如图4所示;
5、将导电内套2和导电簧片卷1的组件与辅助外套8一起放入手动压床中,再使用手动压床采用过盈配合将辅助外套8套入导电簧片卷1扩充变形的一头,形成组件如图3、4所示;
6、取出并将上述组件调转一头并将导电簧片卷1伸出端另一头也扩充变形再与导电外套3一起放入手动压床中,使用手动压床采用过盈配合将导电外套3套入导电簧片卷1伸出端另一头,并在导电外套3压入同时进行扭转,使得簧片扭曲到一定角度,再压到底、仅将辅助外套8挤出且仍然套牢辅助外套8一头的导电簧片卷1伸出端;
7、测试插拔力,校验排除不合格产品;
8、根据客户要求对表面进行金、银、锡或其它材料的电镀处理。
上述制作和装配的关键,①辅助外套8和导电外套3都设有便于压套导电外套和弹性导电簧片卷1伸出端的内导角,②手动压床上对应挤出端位置设有用于顶住导电内套2及防止弹性导电簧片卷1伸出端被挤出的部件,③辅助外套8中通孔内壁涂油或弹性导电簧片卷1对应面涂油或其他使弹性导电簧片卷1与辅助外套8之间摩擦力小于弹性导电簧片卷1与导电内套2之间摩擦力,这样在通过过盈配合压入导电外套3挤出辅助外套8的同时不挤出导电簧片卷1,而仅仅是导电外套3置换辅助外套8。这个关键使得本发明一整体导电外套3成为可能。
最后,使用本发明插孔电连接器可以将装好的产品再压入另外一个零件中或套在其余的孔里,同时本发明插孔电连接器导电外套、导电内套和它们的中通孔可以是各种形状,导电外套与导电内套的轴向长度也可以不一样。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种插孔电连接器,其特征在于,包括配合插头的一弹性导电簧片卷(1)及套在其外由里及表的一导电内套(2)和一导电外套(3);所述导电外套中通孔与导电内套外表面之间固定卡入所述弹性导电簧片卷伸出所述导电内套外的两头弯折伸出端。
2.根据权利要求1所述插孔电连接器,其特征在于,所述导电外套中通孔与套在该中通孔内的所述导电内套和所述伸出端是过盈配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述插孔电连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性导电簧片卷轴向长度大于一个所述导电内套的轴向长度、小于二个所述导电内套的轴向长度。
4.根据权利要求1所述插孔电连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性导电簧片卷位于所述导电内套内部的部分成扭曲曲线形。
5.根据权利要求1所述插孔电连接器,其特征在于,所述导电外套外表面横截面可以是圆形、椭圆形或方形;所述导电外套中通孔与所述导电内套外表面的横截面形状相同是圆形、椭圆形或方形;所述导电内套中通孔与弹性导电簧片卷的横截面形状相同是圆形、椭圆形或方形。
6.根据权利要求1所述插孔电连接器,其特征在于,所述导电外套设有内导角。
7.一种插孔电连接器制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
形成导电内套(2)、导电外套(3)、辅助外套(8)和弹性导电簧片卷(1);
将弹性导电簧片卷套入导电内套;
将导电内套中的弹性导电簧片卷伸出端一头扩充变形,再采用过盈配合将辅助外套套入所述一头并压入导电内套中;
将导电内套中的弹性导电簧片卷伸出端另一头扩充变形,再采用过盈配合将导电外套套入所述另一头、压入导电内套并挤出所述辅助外套。
8.根据权利要求7所述制造方法,其特征在于,形成所述弹性导电簧片卷包括将冲压成形的栅格簧片进行卷圆。
9.根据权利要求7所述制造方法,其特征在于,在将导电外套压入导电内套的同时还包括扭转导电外套使弹性导电簧片卷中各簧片扭曲。
10.根据权利要求7所述制造方法,其特征在于,所述辅助外套和导电外套设有便于压套导电外套和弹性导电簧片卷变形伸出端的内导角;所述辅助外套中通孔和或所述弹性导电簧片卷对应所述辅助外套部分贴紧所述辅助外套中通孔的一面涂有油层。
