技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是一种发光二极管照明装置。
背景技术
现在,发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)已被广泛应用到很多领域,尤其是广泛应用于照明。在此,一种新型发光二极管可参见Daniel A.Steigerwald等人在文献IEEEJournal on Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics,Vol.8,No.2,March/April 2002中的Illumination With Solid State Lighting Technology一文。
一般的发光二极管长时间工作后,其产生的热量也较多,当温度达到一定程度时,将会导致低落的内部量子效应并且明显缩短其寿命。为了避免这一状况的发生,一般给发光二极管提供一散热元件,例如散热风扇、热管等等。然而现有照明装置中,由于其各个元件之间的相对位置关系的设置及其材料之导热性能都普遍不太理想,在高功率操作下,发光二极管工作所产生的热量无法及时散去,从而影响整个照明装置正常工作。
现有的发光二极管灯管一般为长条形中空管体,发光二极管设置于中空管体内。中空管体的散热面积较小,且为了兼顾安全性,管体一般由塑料、玻璃等材料制成,其导热性能较差。因此,发光二极管在工作时产生的热量难以在短时间内通过管体散发至空气中,从而影响发光二极管的正常工作。进一步地,由于发光二极管灯管为封闭的中空管状,其内部元件的组装、维修困难。
发明内容
下面将以实施例说明一种具较高散热效率且便于组装的照明装置。
一种照明装置,其包括一个罩体,一个散热模组以及多个发光元件。该散热模组包括一个主体以及与主体相连的承载板,该主体与该罩体相配合形成一个中空腔体,该承载板位于该主体与罩体相连接处且位于该中空腔体内。该发光元件设置于该承载板上且与该罩体相对,该发光元件发出的光经由该罩体射出。
相对于现有技术,所述照明装置的发光元件工作时产生的热量直接传送至散热模组,并通过散热模组直接传送到空气中。由于散热模组直接与空气接触,因此,其具有较高的散热效率。同时,该照明装置用于容置发光元件的中空腔体由罩体与发光元件的主体组成,其结构简单,便于该照明装置组装、维修,其使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
请参见图1-3,本发明第一实施例提供的一种具较高散热效率且便于组装的照明装置10。该照明装置10包括一个罩体11,一个散热模组12以及多个发光元件13。
该罩体11具有空心半圆柱状结构,其由导光材料制成,其可以为玻璃,树脂等。优选地,该罩体11的内表面111上设置有多个锯齿形条状的微结构112,该微结构112用于使光源发出的光均匀发散。
该散热模组12包括一个主体121以及与主体121相连的两个承载板122。该主体121呈一个空心半圆柱状,其与该罩体11相配合形成一个具有中空腔体123的中空圆柱体。该两个承载板122设置在该主体121的开口处且位于该开口相对的两侧。该两个承载板122位于同一平面上,即该两个承载板122沿该中空圆柱体的径向方向延伸。该散热模组12采用高导热材料制成。
该多个发光元件13设置在该承载板122上且与该罩体11相对设置。该多个发光元件13发出的光经由该罩体11射出。该多个发光元件13可以通过散热胶等固定于该承载板122上,并通过打线等方式形成电连接,再与电源电连接。该多个发光元件13可以为发光二极管,发光二极管芯片等其它固态发光元件。
优选地,该照明装置10进一步包括一个反射壳体14与两个连接头15。该反射壳体14收容在该中空腔体123内,且设置在该两个承载板122内,以连接该两个承载板122。在本实施例中,该反射壳体14具有一个与罩体11相对的弧形反射面141,该反射面141用以将照射至其上的光线反射至罩体11并出射,从而防止该多个发光元件13发出的部分光线照射至该散热模组12,用以提高该照明装置10的出光效率。同时,该反射壳体14可改变该照明装置10的出光方向,以使该照明装置10的出光均匀。当然,该反射壳体14的端面也不限于弧形,也可以为其他形状,如柱状,梯形状,锥状等。该连接头15分别连接该罩体11与该散热装置12的两端,该连接头15用于将该照明装置10与外部元件连接。
该照明装置10的发光元件13直接设置于该散热模组12上,且散热模组12直接与空气接触。因此,发光元件13工作时产生的热量通过散热模组12直接传送到空气中。该照明装置10具有较高的散热效率。同时,该照明装置10结构简单,便于组装、维修,使用方便。
可以理解的是,该散热模组12的主体121的端面以及该罩体11的端面也不限于为空心半圆柱状,其可为其他结构,如U型,多边形等。如图4所示,该主体121的端面呈U型。该罩体11的端面呈一个与主体121相配合的倒U型。
请参见图5与图6,本发明第二实施例提供的一种具较高散热效率且便于组装的照明装置20,其与第一实施例提供的照明装置10的结构基本相同,其包括一个罩体21,一个散热模组22,多个发光元件23以及一个反射壳体24。
该照明装置20与第一实施例不同之处在于:该散热模组22包括的主体221呈一个中空去底圆台体状。该承载板222设置于该圆台体的下表面一侧,该承载板222与主体221相连接,其呈环形。该罩体21与主体221相配合形成一个中空腔体223。该多个发光元件23设置于承载板222上,其发出的光经由该罩体21射出。该反射壳体24用于将照射至其上的光线反射至罩体21出,以防止该发光元件23发出的部分光线照射至该散热模组22,并可进一步使该照明装置20的出光均匀。
该圆台体状的主体221的下表面一侧连接一个连接头25,该连接头25用于将该照明装置20与外部元件电连接。
该照明装置20的散热模组22可将发光元件23工作时散热的热量直接传送至空气中,具有较高的散热效率,同时,其结构简单,便于组装、维修,使用方便。
可以理解的是,散热模组22的主体221的结构也不限于中空去底圆台体,也可以为第一实施例所提供的主体121的结构。当然,本实施例提供的主体221的结构也可以用于上述第一实施例。
请参见图7、图8与图9,本发明第三实施例提供的一种具较高散热效率且便于组装的照明装置30,其与第一实施例提供的照明装置10的结构基本相同,其包括一个罩体31,一个散热模组32,多个发光元件33。
该照明装置30与第一实施例不同之处在于:该散热装置32的主体321形成一个沟槽323,该两个承载板322向该沟槽323的底部延伸。每个承载板322包括多个承载部324。每个承载部324包括一个承载面3241以及该承载面3241相连的反射面3242。该多个发光元件33分别设置于该承载面3241上,该反射面3242用于反射该发光元件33发出的光,以防止相邻的发光元件33发出的光线重叠,从而避免该照明装置30的出光不均匀等现象。
优选地,该照明装置30进一步包括一个光学透镜36,该光学透镜36设置于该中空腔体323内,且位于该多个发光元件33的出光面。优选地,该光学透镜36的入光面361上设置有多个微结构362,该多个微结构362用于分散该多个发光元件33发出的光,从而进一步使该照明装置30的出光均匀。
可以理解的是,该承载板322与该空心半圆柱状的主体321所成的角度可以根据需要调整,从而调整该照明装置30的出光方向,以使该照明装置30的出光均匀。
当然,本实施例提供的散热模组32的结构也可以应用在实施例二提供的照明装置20中。
另外,本领域技术人员还可于本发明精神内做其它变化,例如改变该光源所包括的发光二极管、发光二极管芯片的个数、排列顺序,改变该光学透镜36上的微结构362的种类、排布等以用于本发明,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种照明装置,其包括:
一个罩体;
一个散热模组,该散热模组包括一个主体以及与主体相连的承载板,该主体与该罩体相配合形成一个中空腔体,该承载板位于该主体与罩体相连接处且位于该中空腔体内;
多个发光元件,该发光元件设置于该承载板上且与该罩体相对,该发光元件发出的光经由该罩体射出。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该发光元件包括发光二极管,发光二极管芯片。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该散热模组包括两个承载板,该主体形成一个沟槽,该两个承载板分别设置于该沟槽的开口处且位于相对的两侧,该两个承载板位于同一平面上。
4.如权利要求3所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该照明装置进一步包括一个反射壳体,该反射壳体设置于该两个承载板上,以使该两个承载板相连接,该反射壳体用以将照射至其上的光线反射至罩体并出射。
5.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该散热模组包括两个承载板,该主体形成一个沟槽,该两个承载板分别设置于该沟槽的开口处且位于相对的两侧,该两个承载板向该沟槽的底部延伸。
6.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该罩体与该散热模组的主体分别为空心半圆柱状,该罩体与该散热模组的罩体相配合形成一个中空圆柱体。
7.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该散热模组的主体的端面呈U形,该承载板位于该U形主体的开口处。
8.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该承载体包括多个相互连接的承载部,每个承载部包括一个承载面以及该承载面相连的反射面,该多个发光元件分别设置于该承载面上,该反射面用于反射该发光元件发出的光。
9.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该照明装置进一步包括一个具有微结构的透镜,该透镜设置于该中空腔体内,该透镜用以使该发光元件的出光均匀。
10.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该罩体的与承载板相对的表面上具有微结构,该微结构用以使该发光元件发出的光线均匀化。
