技术领域
本发明涉及了一种叶轮,尤其涉及一种用于流体设备的叶轮,其包括叶轮轮毂和围绕中心轴分布的多个叶片。
背景技术
用于流体设备的叶轮,例如水泵和涡轮机,由于例如带有沙粒的河水穿过叶轮而使其磨损。
叶轮通常以铸造或者焊接结构的方式进行加工,以提供符合要求的,但通常相对复杂的具有足够精度的叶片几何形状。此外,制作完成能够达到充分的无空化流动和可接受的效率的叶轮需要大量的工作。
叶轮的磨损在几个组成部件上通常是最明显的,典型的是在叶片上。公知的叶轮无法提供叶轮组件的单独替换。
美国专利3608172公开了一种由四个叶轮部件组成的叶轮,每个部件均包括叶轮轮毂部分、叶轮环和至少一个叶片,每个部件都是可替换的,但是对例如叶片的单独替换是不可能的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于纠正或者减少现有技术中的至少一个缺点。
该目的将通过下面说明书和随附的权利要求书中所详述的特征而予以实现。
本发明提供一种用于流体机械的叶轮,其包括叶轮轮毂和围绕叶轮中心轴分布的多个叶片,其中每个叶片可拆卸地连接在叶轮上。
该叶轮的一方面在于叶片与叶轮轮毂的凹槽相互配合安装,或者叶轮上的凸肋与叶片的凹槽相互配合安装。凹槽可以是分开的。
该叶轮的另外一方面在于叶轮通过叶轮环被封闭。
该叶轮的再一方面在于叶片带有鞍形键,用以与至少一个叶轮轮毂或者叶轮环进行安装。
叶片典型地为曲线形状以获得满意的流线形状和较好的功效。
在叶片被安装在叶轮上之前,叶片以完整的形状和尺寸进行加工。叶片可以通过精密铸造进行加工,其中所谓的熔模铸造(lost-wax casting)是一种较为适合的方法。另外,通过为此目的而编程的加工机床也是一种较为适合的加工方法。
叶轮的再一方面是叶片通过螺栓连接、铆接或者鸠尾槽连接的方法与轮毂进行连接。
叶轮的再一方面在于叶片的表面与叶片其它部分相比是抗磨的。叶片表面增加的抗磨性可通过设置与轮叶片材料不同的涂层或者通过对叶片表面部分的材料进行处理而实现。
有关涂层可能包括碳化物、矿物质、合成材料或者相关的耐磨材料。
对叶片表面部分的叶片材料的处理包括例如热处理、化学处理或者机械加工。
提供的叶片轮中,至少叶片可设置为具有相对抗磨性的表面,因此可以相对方便地对磨损或损坏的叶片进行替换,而不必像在通常情况下那样,必须随后对叶片轮的流路进行费力的辅助调整。

具体实施方式
在附图中,附图标记1所指为叶轮,其包括叶轮轮毂2,多个叶片4和叶轮环6。在运行期间,叶轮1绕着叶轮1的中心轴8旋转。
如图2和3所示,每一个叶片4成型为包括分别与叶轮轮毂2上的第一凹槽14和叶轮环6上的第二凹槽16相配合安装的纵向第一棱边部10和纵向第二棱边部12。
叶片4通过螺丝连接18与叶轮轮毂2和叶轮环6相连接。
叶片4在已经具备相对复杂形状的情况下,加工成具有足够精度用以在配平后投入使用,而不需要进一步的辅助工作。
在叶片4各自的棱边部10、12,为增加叶片4的强度和减少来自于小颗粒的磨损并且提高流体流动通过叶轮1,叶片4被加工成带有鞍形键20(hollow keys)的形状。
在几种叶轮遭受非常大磨损的操作情况下,含有碳化合物的涂层22被应用于叶片4上。
在另外一个实施例中,如图4所示,叶轮轮毂2设置有一个与叶片4的凹槽26配合安装的凸肋(bead)24。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于流体设备的叶轮,包括叶轮轮毂(2)和围绕叶轮(1)的中心轴(8)分布的多个叶片(4),每一个叶片(4)可拆卸地与叶轮轮毂(2)相连接,其特征在于,叶片(4)与叶轮轮毂(2)上的凹槽(14)相互配合安装,该凹槽(14)与叶片(4)的曲率一致,叶轮(1)由叶轮环(6)所封闭,叶片(4)在与叶轮轮毂(2)和叶轮环(6)中至少一个的连接处设置有鞍形键(20);叶片的表面与叶片其它部分相比是抗磨的。
2.如权利要求1所述的叶轮,其特征在于,凹槽(14)是分开的;叶片上具有涂层(22),所述涂层包括碳化物、矿物质、合成材料的耐磨材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的叶轮,其特征在于,叶片(4)为曲线形状。
4.如权利要求1所述的叶轮,其特征在于,叶片(4)通过远离流体路径的螺栓结合(18)的方式与叶轮轮毂(2)相连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的叶轮,其特征在于,叶片(4)通过远离流体路径的铆接的方式与叶轮轮毂(2)相连接。
