Abstract

一种连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持在绝缘本体上的导电端子以及包覆绝缘本体的外壳,绝缘本体包括主体部、第一舌板以及自主体部下方一体延伸的支撑板,绝缘本体在主体部与支撑板之间设有插接槽,所述外壳包括顶壁、底壁以及连接顶壁与底壁的两侧壁,底壁的后端设有固持在插接槽内的插接片,所述支撑板上设有贯穿支撑板的上下表面并与插接槽相贯通以露出主体部下表面的开孔。

【技术领域】
本发明有关一种连接器,尤其涉及一种可焊接至电路板上的连接器。
【背景技术】
相关现有技术可参阅于2007年2月21日公告的中国台湾新型专利TW M306723号所揭示的一种可焊接至电路板上的连接器,该连接器包括绝缘本体、固定在绝缘本体上的导电端子以及包覆绝缘本体的外壳。绝缘本体包括主体部、自主体部前端向前延伸的第一舌板以及自主体部下方一体延伸并与第一舌板相平行的支撑板,绝缘本体在主体部与支撑板之间设有插接槽,外壳包括顶壁、与顶壁相对的底壁以及连接顶壁与底壁的两侧壁,所述底壁的后端设有固持在插接槽内的插接片。由于支撑板位于主体部的下表面下方,将主体部的下表面完全遮挡起来,致使主体部下表面与舌板下表面之间或者其他位置与主体部的下表面之间的高度差尺寸很难被准确测量出来。
所以有必要设计出一种连接器以解决上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种方便测量主体部下表面与其他位置高度差尺寸的连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持在绝缘本体上的导电端子以及包覆绝缘本体的外壳,所述绝缘本体包括主体部、自主体部前端向前延伸的第一舌板以及自主体部下方一体延伸并与第一舌板相平行的支撑板,所述绝缘本体在主体部与支撑板之间设有插接槽,所述外壳包括顶壁、与顶壁相对的底壁以及连接顶壁与底壁的两侧壁,所述底壁的后端设有固持在插接槽内的插接片,其中,所述支撑板上设有贯穿支撑板的上下表面并与插接槽相贯通以露出主体部下表面的开孔。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:支撑板上设置露出主体部下表面的开孔,可以方便测量仪器的探针通过开孔接触主体部的下表面而准确测量出第一舌板的下表面与主体部的下表面之间的高度差尺寸,或者其他位置与主体部的下表面之间的高度差尺寸。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1、图4及图5所示,本发明连接器100包括绝缘本体1、组装在绝缘本体1上的基座2、固持在绝缘本体1及基座2上的导电端子3、固持在绝缘本体1上用以进行光信号传输的光纤模组4以及包覆绝缘本体1的外壳5。
请参照图1至图6所示,绝缘本体1包括主体部11、自主体部11的前端向前延伸的第一舌板12以及自主体部11的下方一体延伸并与第一舌板12平行的支撑板13。绝缘本体1在主体部11与支撑板13之间设有插接槽14,绝缘本体1在插接槽14内设有连接支撑板13与主体部11的凸肋15。支撑板13的下表面设有向下延伸的固定柱135,支撑板13的后端设有一对贯穿支撑板13的上下表面并与插接槽14相贯通以露出主体部11下表面的开孔136,该开孔136可以方便测量仪器的探针通过以接触主体部11的下表面从而准确测量出第一舌板12的下表面与主体部11的下表面之间的高度差尺寸,或者其他位置与主体部11的下表面之间的高度差尺寸。主体部11上设有收容槽115以及位于收容槽115下方的固持槽116,主体部11在收容槽115的前端中间位置设有挡止块114。第一舌板12的上表面设有与主体部11的固持槽116相贯通的开槽121以及位于开槽121前端并间隔设置的若干定位槽122,第一舌板12的下表面设有一对向上凹陷的容置槽123。
基座2包括固持在固持槽116内的基部21以及自基部21向前延伸的第二舌板22。基部21的前端及后端均排布有若干沿竖直方向延伸的固定槽211。第二舌板22收容在第一舌板12的开槽121内,第二舌板22的上下两相对表面均排布有若干沿前后方向延伸的通道221。
导电端子3的排布符合USB3.0传输标准,其包括第一端子31以及第二端子32。第一端子31包括收容在定位槽122内的平板状第一接触部311、自第一接触部311后端向下弯折后再向后延伸并收容在第二舌板22下表面的通道221内的第一连接部312、自第一连接部312后端向下弯折延伸并固持在基部21前端固定槽211内的第一固持部313以及自第一固持部313下端向下延伸出绝缘本体1的第一尾部314。第二端子32包括收容在第二舌板22上表面的通道内并向上突伸的弹性第二接触部321、固持在基部21后端的固定槽211内的第二固持部323以及自第二固持部323下端向下延伸出绝缘本体1的第二尾部324。本发明的导电端子3组装时,先将导电端子3固定在基座2上,再将基座2与导电端子3作为整体组装在绝缘本体1上,从而可防止导电端子3组装过程中发生变形。
光纤模组4固持在绝缘本体1的收容槽115内。光纤模组4前端设有若干透镜45以及位于透镜45两侧并向前延伸的定位柱46,该透镜45可与连接至电路板的光纤(未图示)光耦合,以提供高速光信号传输。光纤模组4的前端中间位置设有凹槽41,绝缘本体1上的挡止块114抵持在凹槽内41,从而可防止光纤模组4过度向前移动。
外壳5包覆在绝缘本体1上以起到很好地屏蔽效果。外壳5包括顶壁51、与顶壁51相对的底壁53以及连接顶壁51与底壁53的两侧壁52。底壁53的后端设有固持在插接槽14内的插接片534以及卡持在凸肋15上的卡槽536,绝缘本体1上的支撑板13抵持在底壁53的下方从而可防止外壳5的过度变形。由于主体部11的下表面与第一舌板12的下表面之间的高度差尺寸或者其他位置之间的高度差尺寸可以准确测量出,因此,可根据测量出的该高度差尺寸以及外壳5的尺寸确保该外壳5与主体部11的紧密配合。底壁53上设有一对向前延伸的弹片535以及位于两弹片535之间并向后延伸的弹片535,向前延伸弹片535位于第一舌板12下表面的容置槽123处,该容置槽123可以保证弹片535弹性的充分发挥,向后延伸的弹片535后端设有一位于第一舌板12下方的扩展槽537,从而可以方便测量仪器的探针通过扩展槽537接触第一舌板12的下表面而准确测量出第一舌板12的下表面与主体部11的下表面之间的高度差尺寸,或者其他位置与第一舌板12的下表面之间的高度差尺寸。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围,即凡是依本发明权利要求书及发明说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持在绝缘本体上的导电端子以及包覆绝缘本体的外壳,所述绝缘本体包括主体部、自主体部前端向前延伸的第一舌板以及自主体部下方一体延伸并与第一舌板相平行的支撑板,所述绝缘本体设有位于主体部的下表面与支撑板的上表面之间的插接槽,所述外壳包括顶壁、与顶壁相对的底壁以及连接顶壁与底壁的两侧壁,所述底壁的后端设有固持在插接槽内的插接片,其特征在于:所述支撑板上设有贯穿支撑板的上下表面并与插接槽相贯通以供测量仪器的探针通过并接触主体部下表面的开孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述底壁的后端设有卡槽,所述绝缘本体在插接槽内设有连接支撑板与主体部并卡持在卡槽内的凸肋。
3.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述底壁上设有一对向前延伸的弹片以及位于该两弹片之间并向后延伸的弹片,所述底壁在向后延伸的弹片后端设有位于第一舌板下方以供测量仪器的探针通过并接触第一舌板下表面的扩展槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一舌板的下表面对应两向前延伸的弹片处设有向上凹陷以收容所述两弹片的容置槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳的插接片对应支撑板的开孔处设有供测量仪器的探针通过的凹口。
6.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括用以进行光信号传输的光纤模组,所述主体部设有收容光纤模组的收容槽。
7.如权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部在收容槽的下方设有固持槽,所述第一舌板的上方设有与固持槽相贯通的开槽,所述连接器还包括组装在绝缘本体上的基座,所述基座包括固持在固持槽内的基部以及自基部向前延伸并收容在开槽内的第二舌板。
8.如权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一舌板的上表面设有若干位于开槽前端并间隔设置的定位槽,所述第二舌板的上下两相对表面均设有若干间隔设置的通道,所述导电端子包括第一端子以及第二端子,所述第一端子包括收容在定位槽内的平板状第一接触部、收容在第二舌板下表面的通道内的第一连接部、固持在基部上的第一固持部以及延伸出绝缘本体的第一尾部,所述第二端子包括收容在第二舌板上表面的通道内的弹性第二接触部、固持在基部上的第二固持部以及延伸出绝缘本体的第二尾部。
9.如权利要求8所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的排布符合USB3.0传输标准。
10.如权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述光纤模组的前端设有透镜以及位于透镜两侧并向前延伸的定位柱。
