技术领域
本发明涉及一种锭翼压掌自动撑开机构,特别是一种设置于棉纺悬锭粗纱机上的锭翼压掌自动撑开机构。
背景技术
在现有棉纺悬锭粗纱机上,不论其落纱形式是自动或手动,当粗纱机纺纱到设定定长后停机,下龙筋超降到落纱位置时,由挡车工把粗纱满管取出放入落纱小车中,然后插入空管,龙筋上升至开车位置时,由于锭翼压掌的结构决定使锭翼压掌始终有一个向锭翼的回转中心内的力,经常会使锭翼压掌和筒管撞击,造成锭翼、筒管的损坏,在此过程中挡车工需要用手将锭翼压掌向锭翼的回转中心外撑开,避免锭翼压掌与空筒管撞击,这样使操作不方便,且使用人力撑开锭翼难免会出现危险。
因此,需要一种新的技术方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有锭翼压掌所存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供能使锭翼压掌自动撑开的机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明锭翼压掌自动撑开机构可采用如下技术方案:
一种锭翼压掌自动撑开机构,其具有锭翼及与锭翼相连的锭翼压掌,且该锭翼压掌位于一筒管表面上,所述锭翼中开设有一缺口,所述缺口中设有一回转摆杆,该锭翼压掌自动撑开机构还设有一个抵靠于该回转摆杆上的弹性件,该弹性件对回转摆杆的弹性力使锭翼压掌远离所述筒管表面并与筒管表面之间具有空隙。
本发明与现有技术相比:锭翼压掌自动撑开机构设有一个抵靠于该回转摆杆上的弹性件,该弹性件对回转摆杆的弹性力使锭翼压掌远离所述筒管表面并与筒管表面之间具有空隙,即可使锭翼压掌自动撑开,避免了锭翼压掌与筒管之间的撞击。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
请一并参阅图1及图2所示,本发明锭翼压掌自动撑开机构具有锭翼1及与锭翼1相连的条形的锭翼压掌4,且该锭翼压掌4位于一筒管7表面上(该筒管7上用以缠绕纱线),所述锭翼1中开设有一缺口8,所述缺口8中设有一回转摆杆6,该锭翼压掌自动撑开机构还设有一个通过螺钉3与锭翼1连接在一起的弹性件2(在本实施方式中该弹性件2为簧片),该弹性件2位于所述缺口8内并抵靠于所述回转摆杆6上并对回转摆杆6施加弹性力f。在本实施方式中,所述锭翼1具有一个旋转中心(未标号),而所述回转摆杆6与所述锭翼压掌4分别位于该旋转中心的两侧而形成一个简单的杠杆结构,所述弹性力f对所述回转摆杆6的作用使锭翼压掌4远离所述筒管7表面并与筒管7表面之间具有空隙(未标号),从而在落纱时在F力作用下纱条5在所述空隙中脱离筒管7表面,有效地防止在落纱时筒管7表面与锭翼压掌4的摩擦,使每一回落纱时免去挡车工用手推开锭翼压掌4的动作。且不管是何种形式的落纱(自动、手动),由于筒管7与锭翼压掌4之间存在空隙不会使锭翼压掌4对筒管7直经的增大(卷装容量大)产生影响;有利于筒管表面纱条质量的提高;有利于挡车工的落纱与插空管。另外,由于锭翼压掌4在满纱落纱时已断纱,使锭翼压掌4脱离筒管7表面,在龙筋(未图示)上升时,空的筒管7与锭翼压掌4间有足够的空隙让其顺利到位,避免了筒管7与锭翼压掌4相撞,从而延长锭翼压掌4与筒管7的使用寿命。

Claims (4)

1.一种锭翼压掌自动撑开机构,其具有锭翼及与锭翼相连的锭翼压掌,且该锭翼压掌位于一筒管表面上,其特征在于:所述锭翼中开设有一缺口,所述缺口中设有一回转摆杆,该锭翼压掌自动撑开机构还设有一个抵靠于该回转摆杆上的弹性件,该弹性件对回转摆杆的弹性力使锭翼压掌远离所述筒管表面并与筒管表面之间具有空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锭翼压掌自动撑开机构,其特征在于:所述弹性件与锭翼通过一螺钉连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锭翼压掌自动撑开机构,其特征在于:所述锭翼具有一旋转中心,所述回转摆杆及锭翼压掌分别位于所述旋转中心的两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的锭翼压掌自动撑开机构,其特征在于:所述弹性件为簧片。
