Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种床垫,尤其是一种可在用床垫取暖时,根据用户设置自由选择取暖状态;产生负离子和臭氧抑制、除去细菌及霉菌繁殖;可利用单独取暖和整体取暖功能,对所需部分进行加热,从而能够始终保持温暖、清洁状态的床垫。
背景技术
一般而言,床垫的外表面用平整的布料包裹,而其内部设置有包含软垫材料的弹性体。而且,其内部被密闭,结构上不能通风。
不通风的环境为各种细菌、霉菌及螨虫的滋生繁殖提供条件。因此,极易引发过敏性鼻炎及皮肤病等各种疾病。
为减少床垫的污染,解决各种细菌、霉菌及螨虫滋生繁殖的问题,已公开有韩国实用新型第0373763号的“床垫清洁装置”。上述技术由本发明人所提供,其目的是抑制上述床垫污染和细菌及致病菌的繁殖,以更清洁的状态使用床垫。
上述技术在利用除湿加热器除去床垫内部所产生的湿气,利用空气循环风扇加速空气流动,通过紫外线照射杀灭细菌的同时,通过产生负离子和臭氧去除异味,从而实现对床垫的除湿、杀菌及除异味,以更清洁的状态使用床垫,是关于持续保持床垫清洁的技术。
另外,除保持床垫清洁的技术之外,还公开有能够对床垫进行加热的技术。上述技术有直接在床垫中内置加热器,通过加热器所产生的热量调节床垫温度的直接加热型床垫;和为了在冬季克服较低的床垫表面温度,在床垫上另外铺设发热垫(电热地板)等的技术。
但是,内置加热器的床垫,因为要提高较大表面积的全部温度,因此每次启动加热器时要使全部的加热器一同工作,因此电力消耗较大。
例如,仅需加热床垫的一部分(双人床的一半)时,也因不能选择性地加热其中的一部分,需启动全部的加热器,电力消耗较大。另外,在床垫上另外铺设发热垫时,虽然可通过选用适当大小的发热垫节省电力,但因为加热器直接接触人体,其电磁辐射将对人体产生不良影响。但若不采用加热床垫的方式,而仅凭室内取暖设备取暖,则将消耗更多的取暖能源。
如上所述,虽然已公开有能够保证通风,抑制各种细菌、霉菌及螨虫的繁殖,可以清洁的状态使用床垫的技术和对床垫进行加热的技术,但还没有公开既能以清洁的状态使用床垫,又能在冬季选择性地对床垫的一部分进行加热的技术。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术之不足而提供一种床垫,床垫使用者可随意分别控制一部分床垫表面温度,比起现有加热器方式提高能源发热速度的同时,确保良好的加热性能和稳定性,电力消耗少。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种床垫,节约取暖能源,通过电气石负离子效果促进人体细胞的新陈代谢,增进活力,抗疲劳,倡导健康的床垫使用理念,而且通过臭氧灯所产生的臭氧杀灭床垫内部空间内的细菌及霉菌,抑制其繁殖的同时,除去异味,从而可始终保持床垫的清洁状态。
本发明的又一目的在于,提供一种床垫,节约因用户采用室内直接取暖方式所消耗的能源,节约用电。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种床垫,包括构成上部面的表面板、可弹性支撑上述表面板的弹性体和由前面、后面及两侧面构成的壁面,其特征在于还包括:床垫主体,其内部形成空间,在侧面的一部分形成切开的设置孔;分割部件,设置于上述床垫主体内部,分割上述床垫主体内部空间;外壳,沿着上述床垫主体的设置孔设置;取暖及杀菌装置,为对被上述分割部件所分割形成的床垫主体内部空间进行加热和杀菌,循环床垫主体内部空间的空气,以上述外壳为中心设置。
上述分割部件的特征是,为双向对称分割上述床垫主体的内部空间,沿着长度方向以较长的长度设置。
上述取暖及杀菌装置的特征是,包括:加热器,为调节上述床垫主体内部空间温度,设置于上述外壳内侧;空气循环风扇,设置于上述外壳内侧,向上述床垫主体内部空间循环空气;臭氧灯,以上述外壳为中心设置并产生臭氧;温度传感器,检测上述床垫主体内部空间的温度;驱动电路,控制上述加热器、空气循环风扇及臭氧灯的驱动。
上述取暖及杀菌装置的特征是,在上述床垫主体内部空间还具备过热传感器,检测上述床垫主体空间内的过热温度,并确认上述加热器的过热温度,以此向上述驱动电路和外部操作控制器传送检测信号。

本发明的床垫20,包括:表面板11,构成上部面10;弹性体12,可弹性支撑上述表面板11;壁面,由前面13、后面14及两侧面15构成。
具体而言,包括:床垫主体23,其内部形成空间21,在侧面15的一部分形成切开的设置孔22;分割部件24,设置于上述床垫主体23内部,分割上述床垫主体23内部空间21;外壳25,沿着上述床垫主体23的设置孔22设置;取暖及杀菌装置26,为对被上述分割部件24所分割形成的床垫主体23内部空间21进行加热和杀菌,循环床垫主体23内部空间21的空气,以上述外壳25为中心设置。
较佳地,在上述设置孔22的内侧和外侧设置设置支架27,以固定设置上述外壳25。设置于床垫主体23设置孔22的设置支架27,有助于将上述取暖及杀菌装置26牢固固定于床垫主体23上。
上述分割部件24,为双向对称分割上述床垫主体的内部空间,沿着长度方向以较长的长度设置为宜。图1所示的是沿水平方向设置分割部件24的情况,也可以相同的原理沿垂直方向设置。另外,图1所示的是将床垫主体23内部空间21对称地对等分割的情况,但可通过改变分割部件24的设置位置按任意比例分割床垫主体23的空间,例如分割为三个部分。
上述分割部件24可选用阻燃聚氨酯海绵、布、合成树脂中的任何一种构成,需尽可能选用热变形较少的材料,防止高温变形和火灾。
上述取暖及杀菌装置26,各沿在上述床垫主体23侧面切开形成的设置孔22设置为宜。附图所示为在利用一个分割部件23对等分割的床垫主体23的空间21,各独立设置取暖及杀菌装置26的情况。
如图2及图3所示,在设置于上述床垫主体23的上述外壳25外部,可设置具备操作面板29及运行状态显示面板30的外部操作控制器31。
上述外部操作控制器31,可通过有线或无线方式与上述取暖及杀菌装置26连接。在此,外部操作控制器31可直接设置于外壳25前面,也可以遥控器的形式分离设置。即,如上所述,上述外部操作控制器31为控制取暖及杀菌装置26的运行或显示运行状态的控制器,可采取与外壳25组合在一起的一体型或与外壳25分离的遥控器型。若采用与外壳25组合的一体型,则可直接通过连接端子36与取暖及杀菌装置26连接;若采用与外壳分离的遥控器型,则可利用普通遥控器的无线收发方式,确认和控制取暖及杀菌装置26。
如图4及图5所示,上述取暖及杀菌装置26包括:加热器32,为调节上述床垫主体23内部空间21温度,设置于外壳25内侧;空气循环风扇33,设置于上述外壳25内侧,向上述床垫主体23内部空间21循环空气;臭氧灯34,以上述外壳25为中心设置并产生臭氧;温度传感器45,检测上述床垫主体23内部空间21温度;驱动电路35,控制上述加热器32、空气循环风扇33及臭氧灯34的驱动。
上述加热器32,较佳地,采用具备取暖和除湿功能的同时,在表面涂布电气石(Tourmaline),从而在运行时产生电气石负离子的结构。电气石为可放射大量电气石负离子的物质,具有提高人体细胞活性,促进新陈代谢,增进活力,抗疲劳等功效。
上述加热器32可采用便于防止过热现象,无需预热过程直接加热的P.T.C(Positive Temperature Coefficent)铝皱纹加热器。与直线及线圈型普通加热器相比,P.T.C加热器具有热发散速度快,发热性好,安全,电力消耗少等特点,达到一定的温度之后,因为相变(Phase Transition)电阻值随温度的上升急剧增加,从而降低温度,防止过热;而且在一定温度(居里温度)条件下,电阻急剧增加,从而在初期加热时,可无需预热直接加热。
上述取暖及杀菌装置26,可在上述床垫主体23内部空间21设置过热传感器37,以检测上述床垫主体23内部空间21的过热温度,并确认上述加热器32的过热温度,向上述驱动电路35和上述外部操作控制器31传送检测信号。
另外,取暖及杀菌装置26还包括:驱动电路35,与上述外部操作控制器31共享数据或控制信号,并将处理结果输出至外部操作控制器31一侧的微处理器38,以驱动微处理器39;连接端子42,与向上述驱动电路35供应电源的电源供应部40及电源输入部41和外部操作控制器31一侧连接端子36相连。
另外,上述外部操作控制器31可选择性地具备电源供应部43,以向共享上述取暖及杀菌装置26一侧微处理器38输入/输出数据信号的微处理器39提供电源。若外部操作控制器31为与外壳25组合的一体型,则无需另外的电源供应部。
操作面板29上可设置电源停止键29a、取暖停止键29b、杀菌停止键29c、电气石停止键29d、预约取暖设置键29e及取暖温度设置键29f等,另外可对应于上述各键,在运行状态显示面板30上,具备显示取暖及杀菌装置26运行状态的功能部。未说明符号“44”为温度保险丝。
本发明床垫的运行过程如下:
通过取暖及杀菌装置26的电源供应部40向驱动电路35和微处理器39提供电源,则微处理器39根据规定的程序内容,启动空气循环风扇33、加热器32及臭氧灯34等功能部。在此,可预约设置空气循环风扇33、加热器32及臭氧灯34的启动时间和工作时长,也可通过控制供应至加热器32的电源,设置取暖温度和预约温度。
加热器32设置于外壳25,并在得到电源供应时开始发热;若空气循环风扇33启动,床垫主体23内部空间21的空气流入空气循环风扇33。流入空气循环风扇33的空气,在外壳25内流经加热器32排出,在此过程中通过加热器32加热并在床垫主体23内部空间21流动,从而提高床垫主体23内部空间21的温度,达到取暖的目的。
温度上升之后,加热器32在发热的同时,放射涂布于表面的电气石负离子。电气石负离子的放射量取决于加热器32的发热温度。
通过空气循环风扇33流入床垫主体23内部空间21流动的空气流动范围,通过分割床垫主体23内部空间21的分割部件24的作用,限制在设置有取暖及杀菌装置26的区域。
如图1所示,若在床垫主体23内部设置分割部件24,则需以分割部件24为准两侧都设置取暖及杀菌装置26,才可以对两边都进行取暖及杀菌。因此,可以分割部件24为准,只选择一个部分进行取暖和杀菌,或同时对两侧部分进行取暖和杀菌,而且可通过不同的运行方式,交替进行取暖和杀菌。这样,在床垫主体23设置分割部件,通过上述分割部件23选择整个床垫主体23面积中的一部分实施集中取暖,从而可根据用户的需要减少取暖面积,节省电力消耗。
另外,在制造成型加热器32时,涂布电气石粉,随加热器32的运行产生电气石负离子,从而在使用床垫时,利用电气石负离子促进人体细胞新陈代谢,增进活力,抗疲劳,倡导健康的床垫使用理念;而且通过臭氧灯34所产生的臭氧杀灭床垫内部空间21内的细菌及霉菌,抑制其繁殖的同时,除去异味,从而可长时间保持床垫的清洁状态。
工业实用性
根据本发明,利用床垫取暖时,可根据用户需要单独或整体对床垫进行加热,在产生负离子和臭氧杀灭、抑制细菌及霉菌繁殖同时,单独或整体上对床垫进行加热,从而可始终以温暖、清洁的状态使用床垫,提供舒适、清洁的床垫使用环境,不给人体带来危害。
Claims (11)
1.床垫,包括构成上部面的表面板、可弹性支撑上述表面板的弹性体和由前面、后面及两侧面构成的壁面,其特征在于还包括:
床垫主体,其内部形成空间,在侧面的一部分形成切开的设置孔;
分割部件,分割上述床垫主体内部空间;
外壳,沿着上述设置孔设置;
取暖及杀菌装置,为对床垫主体内部空间进行加热和杀菌,循环床垫主体内部空间的空气,以上述外壳为中心设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述分割部件,为双向对称分割上述床垫主体的内部空间,沿着长度方向以较长的长度设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述取暖及杀菌装置包括:
加热器,为调节上述床垫主体内部空间温度,设置于上述外壳内侧;
空气循环风扇,设置于上述外壳内侧,向上述床垫主体内部空间循环空气;
臭氧灯,以上述外壳为中心设置并产生臭氧;
温度传感器,检测上述床垫主体内部空间的温度;
驱动电路,控制上述加热器、空气循环风扇及臭氧灯的驱动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述加热器采用便于防止过热现象,无需预热过程直接加热的P.T.C加热器。
5.根据权利要求3所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述取暖及杀菌装置,在上述床垫主体内部空间具备过热传感器,以检测上述床垫主体空间内的过热温度,并确认上述加热器的过热温度,以此向上述驱动电路和外部操作控制器传送检测信号。
6.根据权利要求3所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述取暖及杀菌装置,沿着上述床垫主体的两侧面切开形成的设置孔各设置于两侧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的床垫,其特征在于:设置于上述床垫主体的上述外壳外部,设置具备操作面板及运行状态显示面板的外部操作控制器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述外部操作控制器可通过有线或无线方式中的一种,与上述取暖及杀菌装置连接。
9.根据权利要求3所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述加热器上涂布电气石,从而在加热器启动时产生负离子。
10.根据权利要求2所述的床垫,其特征在于:上述分割部件可选用阻燃聚氨酯海绵、布、合成树脂中的任何一种构成。
11.根据权利要求1所述的床垫,其特征在于:在上述设置孔的内侧和外侧设置设置支架,以固定设置上述外壳。
