Abstract
一种锁闭和施封装置,具有锁杆(1)和锁头(2);锁杆(1)的一端为挡板,锁杆(1)的另一端为锥形插头(5),在锁杆(1)上插头大端一侧设有沟槽(6):锁头(2)装在壳体(3)内,呈杯形,用以插装锁杆(1)的插头(5)。在锁头(2)腔体内至少装有一个止动开口杯(10),此环装在锁杆的环形沟槽(6)中,与锁杆(1)相互作用。此装置上还装有使锁头(2)在预定的作用力下破裂的结构(11)。
Description
本发明涉及小五金,具体地说涉及锁闭和施封装置。
所推荐的这一发明最适用于火车车皮和各种集装箱的锁闭和施封。
ONESEAL A/S公司(丹麦)生产的锁闭和施封装置是一种已知的装置,此装置具有锁杆和锁头,锁杆的一端为挡板,另一端为錐形插头。在锁杆上插头底部一侧设有环形沟槽。装在壳体内的锁头呈环形,用以套装在锁杆的插头上。在锁头腔体内装有止动开口环。此止动开口环装在锁头内表面上的环形沟槽内,此开口环在环形沟槽中与插入的锁杆相互作用。
此已知的装置可以手动地锁闭封存体,并自带必要的标记(装置号和生产公司名称)。但这种装置对封存体锁闭的可靠性较低,因为对此装置进行破封所采用的锁杆破裂原理限制了锁杆和整个装置的强度。此外,此装置所采用的止动开口环沿其周边长度设有切口,以便将此环放入锁头内,而这种做法本身在使从锁杆上揪下锁头的用力方向与止动环切口的位置作一定配合的情况下,可在进行不正当的破封时很快地从封存体上取下此装置并重新将其锁闭在封存体上。
本发明的任务在于创制一种具有很高锁闭强度和可靠性的装置,且在非法取下此装置后不可能重新将其装上。
为完成此任务,可使这种锁闭和施封装置具有锁杆、锁头和至少一止动开口环,锁杆的一端为挡板,另一端为錐形插头,在锁杆上插头大端一侧设环形沟槽;锁头装在塑料壳体内,呈杯形,用以从插头一侧套装在锁杆上;止动开口环设于锁头的腔体内,装在锁杆的环形
沟槽中,与锁杆相互作用;根据本发明还设有使锁头在预定的作用力下破裂的结构。
在具有这种结构的装置中考虑了使锁头破裂而锁杆并不破裂,这就可使锁杆的强度不受限制而可多次使用,这与ONESEAL公司的已知装置不同,此已知装置的破封原理主要在于使锁杆断裂。
使锁头在预定的作用力下破裂的结构最好为设于锁头上插头一侧端部表面上的环形凹槽。
将上述结构作成环形凹槽在技术上最为合理,且在预定的部位破坏锁头这一做法具有较高的可靠性。变动环形凹槽的深度可设计出具有各种不同破断力的锁头。
当采用端壁较薄的锁头时,就必须在锁头腔体内止动开口环和锁头上插头一侧端壁内表面之间为上述结构配置破封环。破封环的外径应大于止动开口环的外径,但不大于环形凹槽的直径,而锁头应由两个刚性连接的部分构成。
采用破封环可以防止止动开口环变形,使破封环的直径保持在上述范围内可保证此装置的工作性能。
为使此装置具有更高的强度和增大止动开口环对插头的夹紧力必须使破封环朝向止动开口环一侧的端部呈錐形。
还可为此装置在与插头相对一侧的锁头端面上设置附加环形凹槽。
通过附加环形凹槽可将锁杆从锁头中压出以便对此装置进行破封。
对此装置最好设置与锁头壳体刚性连接的标签板。
这样就可在将此装置挂上封存体之前加上必需的施封标记和其他标记,如标号和运输工具等。
本发明锁闭和施封装置在对封存体的门进行高质量施封的同时还
可提高施封的可靠性,并可大大加强将锁头从锁杆上断开所需作用力,以对付未经许可摘取此装置的情况。在正常破封的情况下,本装置所采用的使锁头断裂的原理可大大提高锁杆的强度以便多次重复使用锁杆。
通过此装置的结构可根据封存物的价值预定所需破封力并可采取隐蔽措施,此外,在将此装置破封后就不可能再将此装置挂上封存体。在这种结构中采用了标签板,这样,在将此装置挂上封存体之前,就可在标签板上加上所需标记,标记包括运输工具编号、发送负责人代码和到达站代码等。在发货前加上标记就可在保管好锁闭和施封装置的情况下免除严格的材料清点。为卸除本发明的装置只能采用专用的工具。
下面将通过具体实施例及其附图对本发明进行阐述,附图如下:

本发明锁闭和施封装置具有弧形(作为一例)锁杆1(图1)和装在壳体3内的锁头2,本实施例的锁头系用塑料制成。锁杆1的一端为挡板4(图2),另一端为錐形插头5。在锁杆1上插头5的大端一侧设环形槽6。
锁头2(图3)呈杯形,由两个彼此作刚性连接的部分组成,即帽盖7和塞盖8。帽盖7内设穿插锁杆1插头5的孔9。锁头2的腔体内装有止动开口环10。
在此装置上设有使锁头2在预定的作用力下破裂的环形结构11。此结构为环形凹槽11a,位于锁头2上插头5一侧的端面上。
为防止止动开口环10变形,在锁头2的腔体内装有破封环12。破封环12的外径大于止动开口环10的外径,但不大于环形凹槽11a的直径。破封环12设于锁头2的腔体内,位于止动开口环10和锁头2上插头5一侧的端壁内表面之间。破封环12可以呈圆筒形,或如图3所示局部呈錐形。在破封环12朝向止动开口环10一侧的端部所形成的錐形内表面可促使此装置具有更高的强度。
此装置还可在塞盖8的端部表面上设附加环形凹槽14(图4),此附加环形凹槽14便于对此装置采用从锁头2中压出锁杆1(图1)的方法进行破封。
为了设置必要的施封标记或其他标记,在此装置上设有与锁头2的塑料壳体3连铸的标签板15。
此装置的使用方法如下:
在封装体如车皮或集装箱上挂上锁闭和施封装置之前,对标签板15通过加压印上施封标记,然后将锁杆1(图5)的插头5穿过车皮或集装箱搭板16的孔,再将锁杆1的插头5插入锁头2的孔9(图3),将锁杆1压在锁头2上,用手使锁头2与锁杆的插头5接合。此时,止动开口环10与破封环12的錐面13相互作用而张开,随即紧压在锁杆1的沟槽6上。
此装置采用专用破封器(图上未表示)破封,用此破封器将锁头2从锁杆1上揪下。借助于环形凹槽11a沿其薄弱截面处将帽盖7扯裂,此时,破封环12起有加大破封力的作用。还可采用将锁杆1从锁头2中压出的方法对此装置进行破封,也即使专用破封器穿过锁
头2(图4),不是作用在锁杆1上而是直接作用在插头5(图3)上通过塞帽8上由附加环形凹槽14形成的薄弱截面进行破封。
Claims (6)
1、一种锁闭和施封装置,此装置具有锁杆(1)、锁头(2)和至少一个止动开口环(10);锁杆(1)的一端为挡板(4),另一端为錐形插头(5),在插杆(1)上插头(5)的大端一侧设有沟槽(6);锁头(2)装在塑料壳体(3)内,呈杯形,用以从插头(5)一侧装在锁杆(1)上;止动开口环(10)设于锁头(2)的腔体内,装在锁杆(1)的沟槽(6)中,与锁杆(1)相互作用;此装置的特征是:在此装置上设有使锁头(2)在预定的作用力下破裂的结构(11)。
2、一种按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:使锁头(2)在预定的作用力下破裂的结构(11)为一环形凹槽(11a),位于锁头(2)上插头(5)一侧的端面上。
3、一种按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是:在上述结构(11)上设有破封环(12),此环位于锁头(2)的腔体内止动开口环(10)和锁头(2)上插头(5)一侧的端壁内表面之间,破封环(12)的外径大于止动开口环(10)的外径,但不大于环形凹槽(11a)的直径,锁头(2)由两个彼此刚性连接的部分构成。
4、一种按照权利要求3所述的装置,其特征是:破封环(12)朝向止动开口环(10)一侧的端部内表面(13)呈锥形。
5、一种按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是:除上述结构(11)外还设有附加环形槽(14),此槽(14)位于锁头(2)上与插头(5)相对的端面上。
6、一种按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:此装置有与锁头(2)壳体(3)刚性连接的标签板(15)。
