一种液态有机玻璃,具体指将有机玻璃单体-甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合在特定的液体里,使之成为液态。
背景技术:
有一种聚氯乙烯-即PVC鞋材涂料,由于其特定的涂覆对象,受PVC树脂粉可溶度和PVC树脂粉非涂料树脂的制约,涂层结膜后的光泽度较差,手感也不好。因此,便需要有一种与PVC涂料和PVC基材相容性好、结膜光泽度高的材料来添加,以提高涂装效果。
发明内容:
本发明公开一种聚合液态有机玻璃的配方和方法,即把有机玻璃单体-甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合在液体里,使之成为液态状的树脂膏,然后添加到PVC涂料,尤其是浸涂涂料里,改善涂料结膜后的光泽度和手感。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:把邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,环己酮,甲基丙烯酸甲酯按比例配成混合液态,加入过氧化二苯甲酰,让甲基丙烯酸甲酯在增塑剂和有机溶剂的混合液体里聚合成液态树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:将有机玻璃单体聚合成的液体树脂,作为增亮剂添加到PVC涂料里,可极大提高结膜后的光泽度和手感。
具体实施方式:
具体做法是:按重量百分比,取邻苯二甲酸二丁酯25%,环己酮40%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯35%投入到敞开式反应罐,水浴加温,开动搅拌机低速搅拌。取过氧化二苯甲酰0.5%溶解在环己酮里成聚合剂溶液,当罐内液体温度到60~70度时,开始滴加聚合剂溶液。
当罐内的单体开始聚合时,会有强烈的化学反应,其表现是:产生大量气泡,液态成沸腾状,产生大量热量。此时应停止加温并放空罐外热水,加速搅拌。如果反应过于强烈,还应暂停滴加聚合剂溶液,等反应稍缓再继续滴加,直到聚合剂溶液滴完,聚合反应结束为止即成液态有机玻璃树脂。

Claims (2)

1.一种液态有机玻璃,其特征是:按重量百分比,取邻苯二甲酸二丁酯25%,环己酮40%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯35%投入到敞开式反应罐,水浴加温,开动搅拌机低速搅拌;取过氧化二苯甲酰0.5%溶解在环己酮里成聚合剂溶液,当罐内液体温度到60~70度时,开始滴加聚合剂溶液,让甲基丙烯酸甲酯在增塑剂和有机溶剂的混合液体里聚合成液态树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液态有机玻璃,其特征在于:所述的反应罐为敞开式水浴加温反应罐,并配有可变速搅拌机,传导温度的水可以根据需要排空或注入。
