本发明涉及一种猪肉生产链,尤其涉及一种安全猪肉生产链。现有的猪都是吃经过增加“瘦肉精”的饲料,因此,这样的猪肉吃起来不鲜嫩,可口,有时还会有人将死猪肉进行出售。一种安全猪肉生产链的步骤为:1)饲料原料采购,2)对原料进行检验检查,3)生产加工,4)对加工好的饲料进行检验,检验不合格退换,合格的进入下一步,5)安全繁殖饲养,6)屠宰前静养放松,7)低压麻电使猪在瞬间昏迷,无痛苦,8)无痛状态下放血并且回收血液,9)运河式烫毛,10)安全屠宰,11)冷却排酸,12)在0-4℃下无菌包装,13)经过冷链物流,送入市场。

本发明涉及一种猪肉生产链,尤其涉及一种安全猪肉生产链。
背景技术:
伴随者饲料工业的迅速发展以及全球对快速生长的瘦肉型猪的广泛认可,我国的饲料产量逐年提高,瘦肉型猪得到了大力推广,饲料转化效率明显改进。然而,食品安全问题在经济日益发展的今天显得格外突出,猪肉中“瘦肉精”事件暴发,正是给我们以深深的警示,我们分析,在猪肉成为产品之前的各个环节,饲料生产企业由于行业的竞争在不惜一切代价追求高饲料转化率,高生长速度,高瘦肉率,因此,各种药物饲料添加剂,包括只允许作为治疗用的药物添加剂,甚至像盐酸克伦特罗(瘦肉精)这样的添加剂仍在疯狂的使用,食品安全实在令人堪忧,在猪的养殖环节,在目前疫病风险不断加剧的今天,养猪企业都在自觉或不自觉的依靠药物养猪,因此在猪饲养的全程,大量的药物在使用,不仅是仔猪,在快要出栏的肥猪中也会有大量的药物使用,而国家规定的商品育肥猪出栏前停药期也因为饲料与养猪不属于一个企业而根本难于实现。在屠宰加工及销售环节,同样由于行业的残酷竞争,各种注水肉、死猪肉更是充斥市场,让大家不敢吃肉。
发明内容:
为了克服以上缺点,本发明提供一种安全猪肉生产链。
为克服现有技术存在的问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种安全猪肉生产链,其特征在于:所述的安全猪肉生产链的步骤为:1>、饲料原料采购,2>、对原料进行检验检查,3>、生产加工,4>、对加工好的饲料进行检验,检验不合格退换,合格的进入下一步,5>、安全繁殖饲养,6>、屠宰前静养放松,7>、低压麻电使猪在瞬间昏迷,无痛苦,8>、无痛状态下放血并且回收血液,9>、运河式烫毛,10>、安全屠宰,11>、冷却排酸,12>、在0-4℃下无菌包装,13>、经过冷链物流,送入市场。
