Abstract

本发明公开了一种可以与周围的环境达到共振、共鸣的分子共振板,包括中间层的地砖型陶瓷材料、以及包裹在地砖型陶瓷材料周围的负电离子发生材料。本发明提供了一种可活化净化水、且能释放大量负离子,还有具有耐高温、无毒无害、无放射性对人体健康的分子共振板。

技术领域
本发明属于分子材料领域,特别涉及一种可以与周围的环境达到共振、共鸣的分子共振板。
背景技术
MRM是英文Molecular Resonance Membrane的缩写,是“分子共振”之意。继五十年代美国科学家发现NMR(Nuclear MagneticResonance)“核磁共振”,并被医学界广泛应用而获得诺贝尔物理奖之后近半个世纪,MRM技术在经过无数次权威机构和专家临床验证。大家都知道,在自然森林中存在着大量的负电荷(负氧离子),身处其中,能够让人顿时感到清神气爽,若长期置身于负氧离子含量较高的环境和场所中,人体各部分功能都可以逐渐恢复到最佳状态,从而使细胞能够自身修复,实现了很多慢性疾病和城市亚健康症状不治自愈的理想效果。日本民间自古就有在居家中电视机、电脑、冰箱、床头床尾、墙角、衣柜、鞋柜等周围放置木炭的习惯,目的是利用木碳中产生远红外线和负离子,但由于木碳产生的负离子量少得可怜(一立方厘米中不到27个含有量),据实验证明一片MRM卡所能产生的负离子含量相当于在家中堆放了200Kg的木炭。现有的高频分子共振板产生的负离子是7万/HZ,可适用于人体,亦称“温感疗法”,是一套复杂的电子高压变频技术,成本高、耗能源,不能够应用于水中,且抗撞击的效果差,需要维修,还有应用领域也很有限。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供了一种可活化净化水、且能释放大量负离子,还有具有耐高温、无毒无害、无放射性对人体健康的分子共振板。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
分子共振板,关键在于该板包括中间层的地砖型陶瓷材料、以及包裹在地砖型陶瓷材料周围的负电离子发生材料。
更优的,所述的地砖型陶瓷材料为在釉药中混入10%~20%的分子共振粉烧结而成,所述地砖型陶瓷材料烧结的温度在1100℃~1250℃。
更优的,所述负电离子发生材料的负离子发生量为1500~2000个/cm3。
采用上述技术方案后,由于分子共振板是由多种天然极性矿物与纳米复合耐高温抗菌材料等多种无机非金属材料经精细加工而成,所以具有活化净化水、有益健康元素、释放负离子等多种生态健康功能,并且还具有耐高温、无毒无害、无放射性等特点。又由于水分子团重新排列,裂变成5-6个水分子的小分子团,从而具有更强的渗透力、溶解力、代谢力,并能使溶于其中的有毒气体释放,重金属下沉。还由于分子共振板可耐强酸、强碱,可在水中、空气中任意使用,成本低。应用后实现的效果,放在胸前,可以平缓心脏的负担,提高细胞的携氧量;放在颈椎,可以让大脑产生α波,提高睡眠质量,强化记忆力;放在肩周炎的患处,顿感轻松,缓解疼痛;如果每天清晨喝一瓶由分子共振板处理过的矿泉水能提高你的代谢能量,加快血液循环;如果想吃清甜可口的蔬菜水果,可将分子共振板放在水中同时浸泡15分钟后,蔬菜水果表面农药化肥的残留将会被降解溶入水中;如果想让儿童喝上超高级的矿泉水,那就用分子共振板板将其放在上面;如果想让自己置身于森林当中,那就将分子共振板挂在胸前;还有应用范围延伸到食品发酵工业、酿酒、酱油、醋、豆板酱、及发酵前原料的清除农药化肥之用,能够产生良好的结果,对于超市所有蔬菜瓜果的农残化肥有降解的功效,冷藏柜中起延长三倍的保鲜作用,抗菌除臭,特别是水产的作用最明显。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,分子共振板,该板包括中间层的地砖型陶瓷材料1、以及包裹在地砖型陶瓷材料1周围的负电离子发生材料2。地砖型陶瓷材料1为在釉药中混入10%~20%的分子共振粉烧结而成,所述地砖型陶瓷材料1烧结的温度在1100℃~1250℃,负电离子发生材料2的负离子发生量为1500~2000个/cm3。上述分子共振粉的配方是把重量比10%~50%的碳、20%~60%的陶瓷、5%~25%的白云石、5%~25%的碳化钙,经真空混砂机搅拌,将搅拌后的混合原料做成颗粒状,置于无氧烧成炉中,在1100℃~1250℃的温度条件下,做8~12小时烧成。将本发明应用于燃煤锅炉、燃气锅炉、窑炉、发电厂、飞机燃烧系统中结合使用时,可直接省能源10-30%。由于本发明具有耐高温、耐强酸碱功能,成本低功效大特点。上述的设备凡是燃烧都必须要有氧气,安装时,在上设备的进气管道上可以安装在管道外径(无论大小、粗细、规则型、异型)都可采用包裹形式来实施完成空气分子的排列最终起到助燃作用,实现了充分燃烧,排废气量大幅减少,既省能源又减排的效果。
以上所述的仅是本发明分子共振板的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.分子共振板,其特征在于该板包括中间层的地砖型陶瓷材料、以及包裹在地砖型陶瓷材料周围的负电离子发生材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的分子共振板,其特征在于所述的地砖型陶瓷材料为在釉药中混入10%~20%的分子共振粉烧结而成,所述地砖型陶瓷材料烧结的温度在1100℃~1250℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的分子共振板,其特征在于所述负电离子发生材料的负离子发生量为1500~2000个/cm3。
