Abstract

Description

本发明涉及到一般的注模系统,特别是涉及具有阀件的阀控系统,该阀件在其前尖端上具有导热部分,该导热部分由一个肋形的绝热部分支持着。
对于大容量的浇口,注模系统有一个不断提高的要求,要求大的阀门和相应的大直径的阀件或销栓。用大直径的阀件,其问题是由于它向前到阀门传导太多的热量而粘连,因此,注模循环慢下来以便允许有更多的时间使之冷却,冷却降低了效率且仍有常常不易察觉的阀门斑迹。
在注模领域中,绝热空气间隔的使用是众所周知的。例如,绝热空气间隔被正常地提供在被加热的喷管与周围冷却的模板之间。此外,相邻阀销中的导热塞的空气间隔的使用。在美国申请的专利中已被公开,此专利的专利号是4,521,179,在1985年6月4日发布,涉及到芯环阀门模注,然而,在那个申请中,因为阀件或者销栓,当关闭时不承受连续撞击,所以没有涉及或要求高结构强度。
因此,本发明的目的是:用一个具有一个绝热部分的阀栓结构至少部分地克服现有技术中的问题,该阀栓对导热部分提供附加的结构强度。
为此,就其诸多方面之一来说,本发明提供一个阀控热浇口注模系统,此系统具有一个加热了的喷管位于模板中的内腔中,喷管具有一个中心孔,该孔在此延伸穿过以安装一个具有向前的尖端和后端的长杆状阀件,并提供熔化物的通道,该通道在中心孔中延伸,至少环绕阀件的前部份,以便运送熔化物到阀门,该阀门穿过模板到模槽延伸。阀件的驱动装置使阀件纵向往复运动,此运动在一个收缩的开启位置和一个向前关闭位置之间进行,在此向前关闭位置时,阀件的尖端置于阀门内。阀件的改进部份包含一件整体的绝热部分,此部分在一个从后端延伸的相对长的钢主体部分和一个相对短的邻接前尖端的导热部分之间,导热部分包含一个高导热的金属,绝热部分至少包含一个被纵向安置的肋,以便支持导热部分的导热金属。
阀件的绝热部分包含许多肋,此肋从外层套管部份向内径向延伸;外层套管部分延伸到尖端以形成一个座,该座位于肋与尖端之间,并有一高导热材料的塞子安装在座中以形成导热部分。
本发明更进一步的目的及优点将在以下的描述中表现出来,并伴随附图一起描述。
图1是一个注模系统的一部分的剖面图。它是根据本发明的一个最佳实施例。
图2是同一系统的剖面图,它与图1是成直角的。
图3是一个阀件被局部剖示的轴侧图,它显示呈肋状的绝热部分。
首先涉及图1,图1表示一个喷管10座落于模槽钢板14中的深腔12之中,喷管10具有一个中心内孔16,该内孔和阀门18成一直线排列,该阀门18延伸穿过模槽钢板14到模槽20。喷管10被一个绝热的环壳22和一个喷管密封镶嵌垫26准确地置于此位置,该环壳22座落抵靠在圆周形的台肩24上。被拧在喷管10的前端28上的喷管密封镶嵌垫26具有一个圆筒形的凸部30和一个锥形孔34,该凸部被装在环绕阀门18的座32 中,该锥形孔34呈一直线地从喷管10的中心内孔16延伸到阀门18。电板加热器36在申请人的加拿大专利申请中描述,该专利申请的申请号是589,738,递交日为1989年2月1日,名称是“用于注模喷管的叶型钢板加热器”,该电板加热器位于相对于喷管10的侧边处,以便加热喷管。模槽钢板14是通过输送管道38的由泵送的冷却水冷却,绝热空气间隔40在被加热的喷管10与绕其周围的冷却的(2)模槽钢板14之间。
螺栓46把总管42紧固到喷管10的后端44上,总管42和喷管10被一个定位套环48适得其所地固定住,该套环48又被螺栓52扣紧到后板50。同样地,后板50用螺栓安装到模槽钢板14上,此螺栓图中没表示。如图2中所示,抵靠着相对两边56的电板加热器54加热总管42。一个绝热空气间隔58把加热的总管42与绕其周围的冷的后板50作热分离,总管42仅仅与定位套环48有最小的接触。
总管42有一个横向的开口60,该开口足够大以至可接纳一个可动的驱动架62从该处穿过。架62被螺栓固紧到长杆状阀件66的后端64处,该长杆状阀件被装在喷管10的中心内孔16中。架62的外端68用螺钉70分别连接到杆72上,该杆72从置于后钢板50中的气缸76中的一个液压驱动活塞74延伸开去。一个高压密封垫78环绕各自的活塞杆72延伸,以防止泄漏。一对活塞74协调一致地被驱动,按照预定循环周斯以使架62作往复运动,并且使阀件66在图1中所示的收缩开启位置与在图2中所示的向前关闭位置之间往复,在向前关闭位置时,阀件66的前方尖端80座落在阀门18中。
如图2中所示,一个熔化物通道82从位于总管42的后端86上的中心入口84延伸到阀门18以输送加压的熔化物,通道82分成两根支通道88,该支通道绕过穿越总管42的开口60。在开口中的架62作往复运动,并且支通道连接环绕阀件66的中心孔16中的空间。当阀件66在收缩开启的位置时,熔化物于是通过阀门18流动,填满凹槽20。一个密封的套管92在喷管10的后端处环绕着置于中心孔16中的阀件66上,为了防止当阀件66往复运动时,加压的熔化物从空间90泄漏。
阀件66具有一个整体的绝热部分94,这部分在一个相对地长的主体部分96与一个相对地短的导热部分98之间延伸,96部分是从后端64延伸的,98部分邻接前尖端80,如图3中所示。阀件66由一个钢杆100制成,该钢杆被从前端80机加工,形成多个径向延伸的肋102,该肋由外层套管部分104包围。如图所示:外层套管部分104延伸到正前端80以形成一个中心封口106,此封口在肋102与前端80之间。然后,一个铍铜合金的圆柱形塞子108整体地被铜焊或熔接焊在座106中以形成阀件66的前尖端80。因此,在外层套管部分104与肋102之间,绝热部分94具有许多绝热空气间隔110,然而102为相对薄弱的铍顶盖108提供结构上的支撑,为了当关闭时顶盖经受住连续重复的撞击力。应用于大容积时相对大直径的阀件是要求的,这实际上是关键的。
在使用中,此系统如图示安装,并且电能施加在导线112,114上,而到板加热器36,54上,用以加热喷管10和使总管42达到预斯的运行温度。加压的熔化物从注模机(图中没表示)按照预定的循环通过中心出口84被注入进熔化通道82。对缸体76的液压也是根据此循环控制,以使当施加注射熔化物压力时,阀件66位于收缩开启位置。熔化物流径各个环绕阀件66的间隔90,并通过阀门18以填充凹槽20。那时,注射压力保持倾刻以使之致密,然后活塞74驱动架62和阀件66到向前的关闭状态。在此状态中,阀件66的前尖端80座落于阀门18中,然后注入压力被释放并在短暂的冷却期之后,模子沿着分离线116打开逐出模制产品。在逐出产品之后,模子被关闭,并且再次对缸体76施加液压使之撤回阀件66至开启状态,并再次施加压力以使再填满模槽20。这个循环以一个频率反复连续不断重复,该频率决定于模槽的尺寸及被模注的材料类型。每次阀件66都是被向前驱动到关闭状态,有一个突加负载加在前尖端80上。阀件66的绝热部分94的构形提供肋102,该肋支撑铍铜塞子108,为了防止它在连续的突加负载的情况下而落下。在肋102之间的空气间隔110提供一个热栅栏,为使热传导沿着阀件66从主体部分96传到在尖端80上的导热部分98。同时,在向前关闭状态时,当导热部分98接触的冷却模槽板14中的阀门18时,它使导热 部分更迅速地冷却。这种绝热部分94和导热部分98的结合使在尖端80的温度上有一个更迅速的下降,当模具开启时,该尖端80同样能减少粘连,此组成允许循环时间缩短,在阀件66的结构强度上没有一个难以接受的损失。当此带有一个阀件的且有一个邻接尖端80的导热部分98的注模系统被描述的同时,相对更完美的实施例已经被提出,它的结构不受此限制。多种变化改进将出现在那些擅长于此的技术中,例如,绝热部分94很显然能有许多不同种的肋102,并且94的构型和尺寸能够改变。参照本发明确定的附加的权利要求。

Claims (4)

1、一种阀控热流道注模系统,在该系统中具有一个被加热的喷管,此喷管位于模槽板的内腔中,此喷管具有一个中心孔,该中心孔在此延伸穿过,以便安装一个带前尖端和后端的长杆状阀件,并且提供一个熔化物通道,该通道在中心孔中延伸,至少环绕阀件的前部,以运送熔化物到阀门,此阀门穿过模槽板延伸至模槽,阀件驱动装置使阀件在收缩开启状态与向前关闭状态之间纵向往复运动,在关闭状态时,阀件的尖端位于阀门中,其特征是,阀件包含一个整体的纸热部分,此部分在从后端延伸来的相对长的钢主体部分和邻接于前尖端的相对短的导热部分之间,该导热部分包含一个高导热金属,绝热部分至少包含一个纵向安置的肋,以支撑导热部分的导热金属。
2、根据权利要求1所述注模系统,其特征是,阀件的绝热部分包含许多肋,此肋从外层套管部份向内径向延伸。
3、根据权利要求2所述注模系统,其特征是,外层套管部分延伸到尖端以形成一个座,该座位于肋与尖端之间,并有一高导热材料的塞子安装在座中以形成导热部分。
4、根据权利要求3所述注模系统,其特征是,高度导热材料是铍铜合金。
