Abstract

本发明提供一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该按键结构包括至少一个按键,该按键包括一触控面,该本体开设用以收容所述按键的通槽及设置于通槽内的悬臂,该悬臂用以弹性卡持所述按键于通槽内,该触控面构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键垂直于所述盖体滑动方向于所述通槽内滑动,从而使所述按键伸出或收容于本体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,尤其是涉及具有可隐藏式按键的滑盖式便携式电子装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展以及人们生活水平的日益提高,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、数码相机等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,使消费者对这些便携式电子装置的使用功能要求也越来越高。
这些便携式电子装置,如滑盖式移动电话,为了方便滑盖与本体的开合并实现超薄设计,其键盘设计成平板式或者是触控式键盘。但是,该类键盘按键排布紧凑,使用者操作时较不方便且可能因为手感较差或触摸不到位而影响对键盘的操作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较好触感且方便操作的按键的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该按键结构包括至少一个按键,该按键包括一触控面,该本体开设用以收容所述按键的通槽及设置于通槽内的悬臂,该悬臂用以弹性卡持所述按键于通槽内,该触控面构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键垂直于所述盖体滑动方向于所述通槽内滑动,从而使所述按键伸出或收容于本体。
相较于现有技术,所述滑盖式移动电话的按键通过弹性悬臂和通槽装配并可收容于本体内,盖体相对该本体滑开或闭合使该按键相对本体的伸出与收容。该按键结构在使用触摸功能时同样可以有好的触感,也不影响电子装置的厚度。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明滑盖式便携式电子装置包括一本体10、一按键结构20和可滑动的装设于本体10的盖体30。
该本体10大致呈长方体罩状,其包括一表面11、沿表面11弯折的二侧壁12及一端壁13、一电路板14和一安装部15。该二侧壁12相对设置。该端壁13与该二侧壁12的一端均相连接且高于该二侧壁12。该电路板14设于该表面11上,靠近该端壁13。
该安装部15为一轮廓与该本体10相同的板体,其可盖设于该本体10的侧壁12及端壁13上。本实施例中,该安装部15包括一主板体151、数个具有弹性的悬臂152和与本体10的端壁13配合的端部153,本实施例中,该悬臂152的数量为四个。该主板体151包括一上表面1511和数个与悬臂152相对应的通槽1512。该数个通槽1512呈长条状,其平行排列贯通该主板体151并邻近该端部153。该通槽1512包括一与该端部153相对的槽壁1513。该悬臂152为长条形板体,其一端固定于该通槽1512的槽壁1513上。该悬臂152靠近端部153的一端相对槽壁153相连接的一端可平行于上表面延伸,或朝向该上表面1511的方向倾斜延伸,其受按压时可弹性下沉至上表面1511之下。该悬臂153可通过冲压成型、注射成型或超声波焊接等方式一体成型于该槽壁1513上。
请一并参阅图2,该按键结构20包括数个按键21、装配于按键21的长条形板状的数个触控板22和数个弹性部23。本实施例中,该按键21的数量为四个。该按键21为多个按键的组合体,其包括一按键体210、一第一安装槽211和第二安装槽212。该按键体210呈长条板状,其包括一侧面2101、一背面2102和一触控面2103。该背面2102与该触控面2103相对,该侧面2101与该背面2102及该触控面2103相连接。该第一安装槽211和第二安装槽212均为长条形凹槽,其相邻凹设于该按键体210的侧面2101上,分别用于收容该触控板22和悬臂152。该触控面2103可平行于背面2102设置,或其远离侧面2101的一端背向背面2102倾斜设置,以使该按键21安装于悬臂152上时,该触控面2103接近端部153的一端凸出于上表面1511。该触控板22与电路板14电连接,通过电容感应控制该按键21上对应数字的信号。
该弹性部23为弹性塑料材质制成,其包括与该按键21相配合的弹性体231。该弹性体231包括一长条形固定板232和一弹性臂233。该弹性臂233为截面呈“V”形的长条板,其固定于该固定板232的表面中部。该弹性臂233远离该固定板232的一端为一弹性端234。该弹性端234与该按键210背面2102远离侧面2101的一端相对。
该盖体30为滑盖式移动电话的滑动盖,其尺寸与该安装部15的主板体151尺寸相当。该盖体30包括一面板31和与该端部153相抵的底部32。该面板31上设有显示屏311和操作键区312。当该盖体30背向该端壁13方向滑动时,按键结构20被露出以便使用者操作。该盖体30朝向该端壁13方向滑动至完全叠设于本体10上时,盖体30盖设于按键结构20上,以对按键结构20实现保护及减小该滑盖式移动电话的长度。
请一并参阅图3与图4,组装时,先将该弹性部23的弹性体231通过固定板232固定于该本体10的电路板14上,且该四个弹性体231并列放置。再将该悬臂152装配于该按键体210的第一安装槽211内,并且将该按键体210穿过该通槽1512,使该背面2102与该主板体151的上表面1511相背,将该触控板22分别装配到每个按键体210的第二安装槽212内。此时,该按键体210部分容置于该通槽1512内,其触控面2103露出该上表面1511且向盖体30滑开的方向呈一定倾斜角度。
再次,将装有按键21的安装部15盖设于该本体10上,使该弹性体23的弹性端234分别与按键体210的背面2102相对。该弹性体231用以提供足够的弹力给按键体210。最后将装配该盖体30于该本体10上,此时,该按键体210的触控面2103与盖体30的内表面312抵压并与该上表面1511相平,使该悬臂152产生弹性形变向本体10弯曲,从而使按键体210收容于通槽1512及该本体10内,该按键体210的背面2102与该弹性体231的弹性端234相抵并使该弹性臂233产生弹性形变。此时,该盖体30与该本体10闭合,按键21处于已锁状态。
请一并参阅图5,当使用按键20时,滑开该盖体30远离按键21,此时,该弹性臂233和该悬臂152由于弹性势能恢复原状,将该按键体210弹出,使触控面2103露出该上表面1511且呈一定倾斜角度,该按键21便凸出该本体10,可以进行使用。
所述滑盖式移动电话的按键21通过具有弹性的悬臂152固定于本体10上,并与该本体10内的弹性体231弹性抵持,从而可弹性收容于本体10内,当盖体30与本体10滑动闭合时按键21可收容于本体10内,使用时通过该弹性臂233和该悬臂152弹出本体10,该按键结构20在使用触摸功能时同样可以有好的触感,也不影响电子装置的厚度。
可以理解,该按键21不局限于4个。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该按键结构包括至少一个按键,其特征在于:该按键包括一触控面,该本体开设有用以收容所述按键的通槽及设置于通槽内的悬臂,该悬臂用以弹性卡持所述按键于通槽内,该触控面构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键垂直于所述盖体滑动方向于所述通槽内滑动,从而使所述按键伸出或收容于本体。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该盖体相对该本体闭合时抵触该触控面,以使该按键朝本体内方向移动而收容于本体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该按键结构还包括设于本体内的对应每个按键的弹性体,该弹性体设有一弹性端,该弹性端用以弹性抵持该按键,该盖体相对该本体滑开时,该悬臂连同该弹性体将该按键弹起。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该按键结构还包括对应每个按键的触控板,该按键还包括一侧面、凹设于该侧面的第一安装槽和第二安装槽,该悬臂与该触控板分别装配于该第一安装槽和第二安装槽内。
5.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一电路板,该触控板与电路板电连接,通过电容感应控制该按键上对应数字的信号。
6.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一安装部,该安装部包括一上表面,该通槽开设于所述安装部上,该通槽设有一槽壁,该悬臂一端固定于该槽壁上,该悬壁与该槽壁相对的另一端可平行于上表面延伸、或朝向该上表面的方向倾斜延伸。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该安装部还包括一主板体和端部,该通槽平行排列贯通该主板体并邻近该端部,且该槽壁与端部相对。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一表面和沿表面弯折的二相对的侧壁和端壁;该主板体盖设于该侧壁和端壁上,该端部与该端壁相抵。
