Abstract

本发明提供一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该按键结构包括至少一个按键和与按键相对的弹性体,该按键包括一触控面,该本体开设有用以收容所述按键和弹性臂的安装槽,该安装槽设有一向盖体闭合方向倾斜的槽底壁,该弹性体用以弹性抵持并固定所述按键于安装槽内,该按键构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键沿槽底壁于所述安装槽内滑动,从而使所述触控面伸出或收容于安装槽。

便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,尤其是涉及具有可隐藏式按键的滑盖式便携式电子装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展以及人们生活水平的日益提高,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、数码相机等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,使消费者对这些便携式电子装置的使用功能要求也越来越高。
这些便携式电子装置,如滑盖式移动电话,为了方便滑盖与本体的开合并实现超薄设计,其键盘设计成平板式或者是触控式键盘。但是,该类键盘按键排布紧凑,使用者操作时会不舒适或触摸不到位而影响对键盘的操作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作舒适的按键的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该按键结构包括至少一个按键和弹性体,该弹性体包括固定板及弹性臂,该弹性臂一端固定于固定板上,另一端为一弹性端,该按键包括一触控面,该本体开设有用以收容所述按键和弹性臂的安装槽,该安装槽设有一向盖体闭合方向倾斜的槽底壁,该弹性端固接于按键上,以弹性抵持并固定所述按键于安装槽内,该按键构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键沿槽底壁于所述安装槽内滑动,从而使所述触控面伸出或收容于安装槽。
相较于现有技术,所述滑盖式移动电话的按键通过弹性臂弹性固定并收容于本体内,盖体相对该本体滑开或闭合使该按键相对本体的伸出与收容。该按键结构具有较舒适的操作角度,在使用触摸功能时同样可以有好的触感,也不影响电子装置的厚度。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明滑盖式便携式电子装置包括一本体10、一按键结构20和可滑动的装设于本体10的盖体30。
该本体10大致呈长方体罩状,其包括一表面11、沿表面11弯折的二侧壁12及一端壁13、一电路板14和一安装部15。该二侧壁12相对设置。该端壁13与该二侧壁12的一端均相连接且高于该二侧壁12。该电路板14设于该表面11上,靠近该端壁13。
该安装部15为一轮廓与该本体10相同的板体,其可盖设于该本体10的侧壁12及端壁13上。本实施例中,该安装部15包括一主板体151、数个安装槽152和与本体10的端壁13配合的端部153,本实施例中,该安装槽152的数量为四个。该主板体151包括一上表面1511。
请一并参阅图2,该数个安装槽152呈长条状,其平行排列凹设于该主板体151的上表面1511上并邻近该端部153。该安装槽152包括一槽底壁1521、一第一槽侧壁1522和一与该第一槽侧壁1522平行相对的第二槽侧壁1523。该第二槽侧壁1523与该端部153相对。该槽底壁1521与该第一槽侧壁1522和第二槽侧壁1523相连接,并且由第二槽侧壁1523向该第一槽侧壁1522倾斜一定角度。
该按键结构20包括数个按键21、装配于按键21的长条形板状的数个触控板22和数个弹性部23。本实施例中,该按键21的数量为四个,分别可收容于该安装槽152内。该按键21呈长方体板状,为多个按键的组合体,其包括一触控面210、一背面211、一安装面212和一与安装面212相对的侧面213。该触控面210与该背面211平行相对,且均与该安装面212和侧面213相连接。该安装面212上凹设有一容置槽214。该凹槽214为长条形凹槽,用于收容该触控板22。该触控板22与电路板14电连接,通过电容感应控制该按键21上对应数字的信号。
该弹性部23为弹性塑料材质制成,其包括与该按键21相配合的弹性体231。该弹性体231包括一长条形固定板232和一弹性臂233。该固定板232与该安装槽152的第一槽侧壁1522相对。该弹性臂233为截面呈“V”形的长条板,其固定于该固定板232的表面中部。该弹性臂233远离该固定板232的一端为一弹性端234。该弹性端234与该按键21的侧面213相对。
该盖体30为滑盖式移动电话的滑动盖,其尺寸与该安装部15的主板体151尺寸相当。该盖体30包括一面板31和与该端部153相抵的底部32。该面板31上设有操作键区311和显示屏312。当该盖体30背向该端壁13方向滑动时,按键结构20被露出以便使用者操作。该盖体30朝向该端壁13方向滑动至完全叠设于本体10上时,盖体30盖设于按键结构20上,以对按键结构20实现保护及减小该滑盖式移动电话的长度。
请一并参阅图3与图4,组装时,先将每一弹性部23的固定板232分别固定于该安装槽152的第一槽侧壁1522上,使该弹性端234与该第二槽侧壁1523相对。将触控板22分别装设于该按键21的容置槽214内。再将该按键装设于该安装槽152内,该弹性端234与该侧面213固接以使该按键21固接于该安装槽152内。该背面211可沿该槽底壁1521相对第一槽侧壁1522滑动。该弹性体231用以提供足够的弹力给按键体21。此时,该触控面210向盖体30滑开的方向呈一定倾斜角度且靠近该侧面213的一端凸出于上表面1511。
再次,将装有按键21的安装部15盖设于该本体10上,使端部153与该端壁13相抵。最后将该盖体30向闭合方向滑动装配于该本体10上,此时,该盖体30的底部32推动按键21的触控面210凸出上表面1511的一端,从而使该按键21压缩弹性臂233产生弹性形变并沿槽底壁1521向第一槽侧壁1522滑动,进而使该按键21收容于安装槽152内。此时,该盖体30与该本体10闭合,按键21处于已锁状态。
请一并参阅图5,当使用按键20时,滑开该盖体30远离按键21,此时,该弹性臂233由于弹性势能恢复原状,将该按键体21沿槽底壁1521弹出,使触控面2103靠近该侧面213的一端凸出于上表面1511,该按键21露出该上表面1511且呈一定倾斜角度,操作者可以进行使用。
所述滑盖式移动电话的按键21通过弹性臂233固定于本体10上,并弹性抵持,从而可弹性收容于本体10内,当盖体30与本体10滑动闭合时,盖体30推动按键21可收容于本体10内,使用时通过该弹性臂233弹出本体10并呈一定倾斜角,该按键结构20使使用者有较舒适的操作感,且在使用触摸功能时准确操作,也不影响电子装置的厚度。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该按键结构包括至少一个按键,其特征在于:该按键结构还包括弹性体,该弹性体包括固定板及弹性臂,该弹性臂一端固定于固定板上,另一端为一弹性端,该按键包括一触控面,该本体开设有用以收容所述按键和弹性体的安装槽,该安装槽设有一向盖体闭合方向倾斜的槽底壁,该弹性端固接于按键上,以弹性抵持并固定所述按键于安装槽内,该按键构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键沿槽底壁于所述安装槽内滑动,从而使所述触控面伸出或收容于安装槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该盖体相对该本体闭合时抵触该触控面,以使该按键压缩该弹性臂朝盖体相对本体闭合方向移动而收容于本体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该盖体相对该本体滑开时,该弹性臂将该按键沿该槽底壁向盖体打开方向弹出使该触控面露出本体。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该安装槽还包括一第一槽侧壁和一与该第一槽侧壁平行相对的第二槽侧壁,该槽底壁与该第一槽侧壁和第二槽侧壁相连接,并且由第二槽侧壁向该第一槽侧壁倾斜一定角度;该固定板固设于该第一槽侧壁上。
5.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该按键还包括一与触控面相对的背面和一侧面,按键通过该背面沿该槽底壁相对第一槽侧壁滑动,该弹性端固接于该侧面。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该按键结构还包括对应每个按键的触控板,该按键还包括一安装面、凹设于该安装面的容置槽,该触控板装配于该容置槽内。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一电路板,该触控板与电路板电连接,通过电容感应控制该按键上对应数字的信号。
8.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一安装部,该安装部包括一具有端部的主板体,该安装槽平行排列贯通该主板体并邻近该端部,该第二槽侧壁与该端部相对。
9.如权利要求8所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一表面和沿表面弯折的二相对的侧壁和端壁;该主板体盖设于该侧壁和端壁上,该端部与该端壁相抵。
