Abstract

本发明提供一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该本体包括一电路板,该按键结构包括数个按键体和数个与该按键体相对的触点,该触点设于该电路板上,该按键体包括一按压面,该本体开设有用以收容所述按键体的通槽及设置于通槽内的悬臂,该悬臂用以弹性卡持所述按键体于通槽内,该按压面构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键体垂直于所述盖体滑动方向于所述通槽内滑动,从而使所述按键体伸出或收容于本体。

便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,尤其是涉及具有可隐藏式按键的滑盖式便携式电子装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展以及人们生活水平的日益提高,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、数码相机等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,使消费者对这些便携式电子装置的使用功能要求也越来越高。
这些便携式电子装置,如滑盖式移动电话,为了方便滑盖与本体的开合并实现超薄设计,其键盘设计成平板式或者是触控式键盘。但是,该类键盘按键排布紧凑,使用者操作时较不方便且可能因为手感较差或触摸不到位而影响对键盘的操作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较好触感且方便操作的按键的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该本体包括一电路板,该按键结构包括复数个按键体和复数个与该按键体相对的触点,该触点设于电路板上,该按键体包括一按压面、与该按压面相对的背面、一端面及一该端面相对的侧面,该侧面与该端面均与该背面及该按压面相连接,该侧面上凹设有一安装槽,,该本体开设有用以收容所述按键体的通槽及设置于通槽内的悬臂,该悬臂装配于该安装槽内用以弹性卡持所述按键体于通槽内,该按压面构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键体垂直于所述盖体滑动方向于所述通槽内滑动,从而使所述按键体伸出或收容于本体。
相较于现有技术,所述便携式电子装置的按键通过弹性悬臂和通槽装配并可收容于本体内,盖体相对该本体滑开或闭合使该按键相对本体的露出与收容。该悬臂使该按键具有弹性可以有好的触感,也不影响电子装置的厚度。

具体实施方式
本发明便携式电子装置可为于移动电话、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等,在本实施方式中,以滑盖式移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1和图2,该滑盖式移动电话包括一本体10、一按键结构20和可滑动的装设于本体10的盖体30。该按键结构20包括数个按键体21和设于该本体10内的数个金属触点22。
该本体10大致呈长方体罩状,其包括一表面11、沿表面11弯折的二侧壁12及一端壁13、一电路板14和一安装部15。该二侧壁12相对设置。该端壁13与该二侧壁12的一端均相连接且高于该二侧壁12。该电路板14可装设于该表面11上,其靠近该端壁13。该按键结构的数个金属触点22均匀凸设于该电路板14一表面上。
该安装部15为一轮廓与该本体10相同的板体,其可盖设于该本体10的侧壁12及端壁13上。本实施例中,该安装部15包括一主板体151、数个通槽152、数个具有弹性的悬臂153和与本体10的端壁13配合的端部154。该主板体151包括一上表面1511。该数个通槽152呈长条状,其平行排列贯通该主板体151并邻近该端部153。该通槽152包括一与该端部154相对的槽壁1521。本实施例中,该通槽152数量为四个。该悬臂153为矩形板体,其固定于该通槽152的槽壁1521上,该悬臂153靠近端部154的一端相对于与槽壁1521相连接的一端可平行于上表面1511延伸,或朝向该上表面1511的方向倾斜延伸,其受按压时可弹性下沉至上表面1511之下。该悬臂153的数量为十二个,每三个悬臂153并列固设于一通槽152内。该悬臂153可通过冲压成型、注射成型或超声波焊接等方式一体成型于该槽壁1521上。
本实施例中,该按键体21个数与每个悬臂153个数一一对应,该按键体21大致呈梯形块体,每一按键体21包括一侧面211、一端面212、一背面213、一按压面214和一安装槽215。该侧面211与该端面212相对,背面213和按压面214相对,该侧面211与该端面212均与该背面213及该按压面214相连接。该按压面214可平行于背面213设置,或其靠近端面212的一端背向背面213倾斜设置,以使该按键体21安装于悬臂153上时,该按压面214接近端部154的一端凸出于上表面1511。按键体21相对装设于该悬臂153上,其背面213设有与电路板14上的金属触点22相对的凸起(图未标),以实现电性连接。各该安装槽215为长条形凹槽,各自凹设于一对应的按键体21的侧面2101上,用于收容一相应的悬臂153。
该盖体30为滑盖式移动电话的滑动盖,其尺寸与该安装部15的主板体151尺寸相当。该盖体30包括一面板31和与该端部154相抵的底部32。该面板31设有一内表面311。当该盖体30背向该端壁13方向滑动时,按键结构20被露出以便使用者操作。该盖体30朝向该端壁13方向滑动至完全叠设于本体10上时,盖体30盖设于按键结构20上,以对按键结构20实现保护及减小该滑盖式移动电话的长度。
请一并参阅图3与图4,组装时,先将该电路板14装设于本体10上。再将该悬臂153一一对应装配于该按键体21的安装槽215内,并且将该按键体21穿过该通槽152,使该背面213与该主板体151的上表面1511相背。此时,该按键体21部分容置于该通槽152内,其按压面214露出该上表面1511且向盖体30滑开的方向呈一定倾斜角度。
再次,将装有按键体21的安装部15盖设于该本体10上,使该按键体21的背面213上的凸起与设于电路板14上金属触点22的相对。最后将装配该盖体30于该本体10上,此时,该按键体21的按压面214与盖体30的内表面311抵压并与该上表面1511相平,使该悬臂153产生弹性形变向本体10弯曲,从而使按键体21收容于通槽152及该本体10内,该按键体21的背面213与该金属触点接触。此时,该盖体30与该本体10闭合,按键功能处于已锁状态。
请一并参阅图5,当使用按键体21时,滑开该盖体30远离按键体21,此时,该悬臂153由于弹性势能恢复原状,将该按键体21弹出,使按压面213露出该上表面1511且呈一定倾斜角度,该按键体21设有端面212一端便凸出该本体10,当所有按键体21露出本体10时,按键功能解锁,可以进行使用。
所述滑盖式移动电话的按键体21通过具有弹性的悬臂153固定于本体10上,可弹性收容于本体10内,当盖体30与本体10滑动闭合时按键21可收容于本体10内,使用时通过该悬臂153弹出本体10,该按键结构20在使用过程中因悬臂153提供弹力给每个按键体21,使用者可以有好的触感,也不影响电子装置的厚度。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体、一按键结构和一滑动装设于本体的盖体,该本体包括一电路板,该按键结构包括数个按键体和与该按键体相对的数个触点,该触点设于电路板上,其特征在于:该按键体包括一按压面、与该按压面相对的背面、一端面及一与该端面相对的侧面,该侧面与该端面均与该背面及该按压面相连接,该侧面上凹设有一安装槽,该本体开设有用以收容所述按键体的通槽及设置于通槽内的悬臂,该悬臂装配于该安装槽内用以弹性卡持所述按键体于通槽内,该按压面构成为当该盖体相对该本体滑动时,所述按键体垂直于所述盖体滑动方向于所述通槽内滑动,从而使所述按键体伸出或收容于本体。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该盖体相对该本体闭合时抵触该按压面,以使该按键朝本体内方向移动而收容于本体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该按压面可平行于背面设置,或其靠近端面的一端背向背面倾斜设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一安装部,该安装部包括一上表面,该通槽开设于所述安装部上,该通槽设有一槽壁,该悬臂一端固定于该槽壁上,该悬臂与该槽壁相对的另一端可平行于上表面、或朝向该上表面的方向倾斜。
5.如权利要求4所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该安装部还包括一主板体和端部,该通槽平行排列贯通该主板体并邻近该端部,且该槽壁与端部相对。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该本体还包括一表面和沿表面弯折的二相对的侧壁和一端壁;该主板体盖设于该侧壁和端壁上,该端部与该端壁相抵。
