Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分所述的可电驱动的手持式工具机。
背景技术
在DE 10 2004 050 798 A1中描述了一种具有可振荡地驱动的驱动轴的手持式工具机,该驱动轴被电机式地驱动。为此,在该手持式工具机的壳体内设有一电机,该电机通过电机轴驱动一个偏心盘,一个与驱动轴不可旋转地连接的臂卡入到该偏心盘中,以便将偏心盘的旋转运动转换成驱动轴的振荡式运动。
通常,在这种手持式工具机中通用电机作为电驱动装置使用,通用电机通过交流电运行并且为了电流交换设有一个与电枢固定的换向器,该换向器与固定在壳体上的刷触点接触,以便将电流传输到电枢绕组上。由于滑动的运动,所述刷经受磨损并且为了维护的目的必须更换。因此必须确保能够以可接受的耗费从壳体中取出并且更换所述刷。同时,必须保证,在正常的运行中在刷与换向器之间存在足够的接触,以保证可靠的电流传输。
发明内容
本发明基于以下任务:构造一种可电驱动的手持式工具机,使得能够通过简单的措施执行刷的更换。
该任务根据本发明通过权利要求1的特征解决。从属权利要求给出符合目的的扩展结构。
根据本发明的手持式工具机具有一个驱动电机,所述驱动电机构造为具有一个用于将电流传输到换向器上的刷的换向器电机。在所述手持式工具机的壳体内设有一个可松开的盖,该盖是弹簧元件的载体,该弹簧元件在装配状态下向着所述换向器的方向对所述刷加载弹簧力。
一方面,该实施方案允许在拆掉盖(该盖封闭所述壳体中的一个孔)的同时去除保持在所述盖上的弹簧元件。由此省去了附加的工作步骤,在这些附加的工作步骤中尤其首先在从手持式工具机的壳体中取下盖后才能去除弹簧元件。但是,弹簧元件的去除是接近所述刷以及取出所述刷的必要前提。
但是也可能的是,不从该装置中取出弹簧,而是在打开该盖之后使弹簧抬升并且定位在碳刷旁边的一种停放位置中,随后可以从格中取出碳刷。
另一方面,借助该弹簧元件产生足够大的力,该力作用在所述刷上并且向着换向器的方向对所述刷进行力加载,从而保证所述刷与换向器之间的足够好的接触,并且从而也保证了电枢中的起作用的电流供应,以便产生电磁交变场,换向器随着该电枢运转。
另一个优点在于,设置在盖的内侧上的弹簧由于其预紧力对盖加载提高的反应力,该反应力与作用在所述刷上的力相反。这具有以下结果:只要盖的锁被松开,所述盖就被弹簧元件的力抬起。因此,不需要任何其他的工具来取出盖和由此也取出保持在盖上的弹簧元件。
在去掉盖和弹簧元件之后,所述刷位于壳体内部、可自由地接近并且可以为了维护的目的取出。但是,根据另一种实施方案也符合目的的是,所述刷同样如弹簧元件一样保持在盖的内侧上,为此有利的是将一个刷保持装置或刷保持装置的一部分设置在盖上。该刷保持装置允许在被接收的刷与所述盖之间至少小范围的相对运动,以便在弹簧元件的作用下能够被压靠到换向器上。
也可能的是,由刷保持装置、弹簧和盖构成一个可更换的模块。然后,电流供应可例如通过手持式工具机与该模块之间的插接舌产生。
根据一种有利的扩展结构,在该盖上设置一个支撑板,该支撑板是弹簧元件的载体。该支撑板优选在垂直于盖的平面中延伸,该支撑板优选与盖一体地构造,但是在必要时也构成一个单独的且有待与盖连接的构件。在该支撑板上可以设置一个保持栓,该保持栓用于接收弹簧元件。该支撑板优选与盖一体地构造,该盖符合目的地构造为塑料浇铸构件。此外,在盖上可以设置一个优选同样一体地构造的、用于接收螺钉的凸台,以便使盖在装配位置中牢固地与壳体连接。而该保持栓,其设置在用于保持弹簧元件的支撑板上,可以由另一种材料制成,尤其是由金属制成。这也同样适用于支撑板上的止挡,该止挡设置用于限制弹簧元件的复位运动。该止挡例如构造为销或栓或相似物。
在壳体内部的方向上延伸的支撑板,其至少近似垂直于盖平面,优选地与凸台连接,由此尤其是在弯曲力方面改善了支撑板的稳定性。该支撑板为弹簧元件以及保持栓和止挡的安置和保持提供足够的空间。
根据另一种优选的实施方案,该弹簧元件构造为螺旋弹簧,该螺旋弹簧定心地推到保持栓上,使得螺旋弹簧的旋转轴线与保持栓的轴线重合。该止挡用于限制螺旋弹簧的回复运动,使得该螺旋弹簧可以通过预紧力伸入到壳体中。在将盖装入和固定在壳体上之后,弹簧元件的自由端位于刷上并且向着换向器的方向对该刷加载力。

具体实施方式
在图1中所示的手持式工具机是角磨机1,该角磨机的示意性地装入的刀具2通过一个未示出的传动装置由电机4的电枢5驱动,该电机构造为通用电机。换向器6与该电枢5连接,与壳体固定地保持的刷7滑动地支承在该换向器上,以便将电流传输到该电枢5的绕组上,但是该刷可以符合目的地在轴向方向上运动。该刷7被螺旋弹簧8的力向着换向器6的方向加载,以便在连续的运行中保证该刷与换向器之间足够的接触。该螺旋弹簧8保持在一个盖9上,该盖可松开地接收在角磨机1的壳体3中。该盖9在其面向壳体内部的底面上具有一个支撑板10,在该支撑板上设有一个保持栓11,该保持栓是螺旋弹簧8的载体,其方式是该螺旋弹簧8被推到该保持栓11上,使得螺旋弹簧的旋转轴线与保持栓的轴线重合。该盖9通过一个设置用于接收螺钉的凸台12固定地与工具机的壳体3连接。此外在支撑板10上设有一个构造为螺栓的止挡13,该止挡具有限制螺旋弹簧8的回复运动的功能。
如图2所示,在该盖9的端面上成形有一个突出的导向鼻14,该导向鼻在盖的装配状态中插入到手持式工具机的壳体中的一个相应的凹槽内。此外从图2中看出,该支撑板10大致垂直于盖9的平面延伸。符合目的地,该盖9构造为塑料浇铸构件,并且所述导向鼻14、支撑板10和用于接收螺钉的凸台12与该盖构造成一体。保持栓11以及构造为螺栓或相似件的止挡13可以构造为独立的构件,例如由金属制成并且与支撑板10连接,例如插入到支撑板中的凹槽内。
在图3中,螺旋弹簧8套装在该保持栓11上。该螺旋弹簧8的一个自由的臂8a贴靠在止挡13上,该止挡反作用于所述臂8a的进一步的展开运动。该止挡13防止螺旋弹簧在其内应力的作用下散开。
在图4中,螺旋弹簧8的臂8a的自由端对碳刷7加载并且将该碳刷压到换向器6上(图1),使得在电枢4的运转期间保证了刷与换向器之间用于电流传输的持久接触。在装上盖9的情况下,该臂8a的自由端支承在刷7的顶面上,在该状态中臂8a从止挡13抬升,使得螺旋弹簧的力不被止挡13吸收,而是完全传输到刷7上。这同时具有以下优点:通过松开盖9与壳体的固定,即通常通过松开穿过凸台的螺钉,该盖9可以通过螺旋弹簧8的反应力从壳体中的凹槽抬起,从而可以容易地抓取。
在图5和6中以两个不同的视图示出一个盖9。从图5中可清楚看出,支撑板10垂直于盖9的平面。此外,支撑板10与凸台12连接,该支撑板10与凸台12相切地交界,由此给予该支撑板另外的稳定性。该支撑板10在大致矩形构造的盖9的纵向方向上延伸。
在图7中示出一种实施方式变型,其中该支撑板10关于盖9的纵向方向倾斜或成角度地设置并且相对于盖9的纵向轴线大致围成一个30°的角度。该成角度的布置的结果是:螺旋弹簧8与纵向轴线也成相同角度。
在图8中示出了在弹起状态中的盖9。导向鼻14,其设置在盖9的端面上,卡入到工具机壳体3中的相应凹槽内,由此构成一个具有铰链轴线的铰链,盖9可以绕该铰链轴线翻开和翻合。
在图9中以放大的细节图示出设置用于接收螺旋弹簧8的保持栓11。在该保持栓11的端面上开有一个轴向延伸的中间切口15,该切口设置用于接收螺旋弹簧的一个端部,使得螺旋弹簧的该端部不可旋转地与保持栓11连接。在该保持栓11的外壳面上开有一个缺口16,该缺口与保持栓的自由端部有一定距离并且起到螺旋弹簧的轴向止动装置的作用。
在根据图10和11的实施例中,导向销17与盖9一体地构造,该导向销垂直于盖的平面延伸并且设置在盖的每个角上。在装配位置中,这些导向销17伸入到壳体中的相应凹槽内并且由此固定该盖。附加地,通过凸台12中的螺钉实现在壳体上的最终固定。
根据图11在盖的底面上设有一个刷保持装置18,该刷保持装置设置用于保持和接收所述刷。该刷保持装置18构造为固定在盖9底面上的独立的构件。该固定有利地以如下方式进行,即刷能够在刷保持装置18内部在弹簧元件的作用方向上走过至少小的路程并且由此可以被弹簧元件压靠到换向器上。
该弹簧必须能够走过一定的路程,因为由此说明了碳刷的使用寿命/服务期限。例如对于小型角磨机,碳刷通常经受5至7mm的磨损,从而弹簧也应当能够经过该5至7mm在所述刷上施加力。在更大型的装置中,该路程相应地更大。
Claims (11)
1.可电驱动的手持式工具机,具有一个接收在所述手持式工具机的壳体(3)中的驱动电机(4),其特征在于,所述驱动电机(4)构造为具有用于将电流传输到换向器(6)上的刷(7)的换向器电机,在所述壳体(3)中接收一个可松开的盖(9),所述盖是一个弹簧元件(8)的载体,所述弹簧元件在装配状态中向着所述换向器(6)的方向对所述刷(7)加载弹簧力。
2.根据权利要求1的手持式工具机,其特征在于,在所述盖(9)上设有一个支撑板(10),所述支撑板是所述弹簧元件(8)的载体。
3.根据权利要求2的手持式工具机,其特征在于,所述支撑板(10)垂直于所述盖(9)的平面延伸。
4.根据权利要求2或3的手持式工具机,其特征在于,在所述支撑板(10)上设有一个用于接收所述弹簧元件(8)的保持栓(11)。
5.根据权利要求2至4之一的手持式工具机,其特征在于,在所述支撑板(10)上设有一个用于限制所述弹簧元件(8)的展开运动的止挡(13)。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一的手持式工具机,其特征在于,在所述盖(9)上设有一个用于接收螺钉的凸台(12)。
7.根据权利要求2至6之一的手持式工具机,其特征在于,所述支撑板(10)与所述凸台(12)连接。
8.根据权利要求2至7之一的手持式工具机,其特征在于,所述盖(9)、所述支撑板(10)和所述凸台(12)构造为一体的浇铸构件。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一的手持式工具机,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件构造为螺旋弹簧(8)。
10.根据权利要求1至9之一的手持式工具机,其特征在于,在所述盖(9)上设有一个用于保持所述刷(7)的刷保持装置(18)。
11.根据权利要求1至10之一的手持式工具机,其特征在于,在所述盖(9)上成形有突出的导向鼻(14),所述导向鼻在装配状态中伸入到所述壳体(3)中的相应凹槽内。
