Abstract

轧机水冷导卫装置,是由快换锁紧装置、进水箱、水冷导板所组成。在快换锁紧装置的内腔中设置有进水箱,进水箱的中央设置有水冷导板,所述的水冷导板的右端联接着偏转收集水箱。本发明具有冷却、除磷、导向护卫轧件的三重功能,根据不同轧制速度设计不同的喷射角度,可获得短距离、高强度的射力喷淋效果,冷却效率良好且均匀。

轧机水冷导卫装置
技术领域:本发明涉及到轧钢领域,特别是涉及到轧钢技术领域中的轧机水冷导卫装置。
背景技术:轧机导卫装置的作用一般是将红钢轧制顺利导入或导出轧机轧辊,而通过轧制时,轧件在高温状态下表面易形成氧化铁皮及温度逐渐升高的过程,每道次平均温升在6-10℃之间,因此轧件表面易产生氧化铁皮,氧化铁皮粘结太多会影响产品的表面质量及增加防锈的难度,而轧件升温后更不符合轧制工艺的要求,容易使钢坯的金属组织发生改变,晶粒增粗,严重影响到产品的机械性能,不利于控轧控冷工艺的实施。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是要提供一种轧机水冷导卫装置,它能很好地克服目前轧机导卫装置所存在的问题。本发明的目的是这样实现的,轧机水冷导卫装置,是由快换锁紧装置、进水箱、水冷导板所组成,其特征在于:快换锁紧装置的内腔中设置有进水箱,进水箱的中央设置有水冷导板,所述的水冷导板的右端联接着偏转收集水箱。本发明具有冷却、除磷、导向护卫轧件的三重功能,根据不同轧制速度设计不同的喷射角度,可获得短距离、高强度的射力喷淋效果,冷却效率良好且均匀。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明;
轧机水冷导卫装置,是由快换锁紧装置1、进水箱3、水冷导板2所组成,其特征在于:快换锁紧装置1的内腔中设置有进水箱3,进水箱3的中央设置有水冷导板2,所述的水冷导板2的右端联接着偏转收集水箱4。具体实施时,喷水口设计为环形切向结构,轧件通过时,冷却水由喷水口喷向轧件,冷却水在轧件表面受高温,迅速气化并形成高压,使水冷导板内水流产生紊流,轧件表面氧化铁皮迅速脱落。所以本发明具有冷却、除磷、导向护卫轧件的三重功能,根据不同轧制速度设计不同的喷射角度,可获得短距离、高强度的射力喷淋效果,冷却效率良好且均匀。将本装置设置在棒线轧钢生产线上的轧机出口位置上,可很方便地将轧件温度控制在轧制工艺要求的范围内,能确保提高轧件质量,并相应提高导卫装置的使用可靠性及使用寿命。

1.轧机水冷导卫装置,是由快换锁紧装置(1)、进水箱(3)、水冷导板(2)所组成,其特征在于:快换锁紧装置(1)的内腔中设置有进水箱(3),进水箱(3)的中央设置有水冷导板(2),所述的水冷导板(2)的右端联接着偏转收集水箱(4)。
