Abstract

本发明公开了一种干式振动料用树脂的制备方法,属树脂的制备方法。由聚酯、酚醛树脂和漂珠按比例直接混合均匀后,将其磨成180-220目的粉状即为干式振动料用树脂;聚酯和酚醛树脂的重量百分比为:聚酯50%-70%,酚醛树脂30%-50%;漂珠用量为聚酯和酚醛树脂总重量的5%-10%。有益效果是本工艺可直接将聚脂、酚醛树脂和漂珠混合均匀后加工成180-220目的粉状干式振动料用树脂。缩短了干式料振动用树脂的生产周期,降低了树脂在熬合工序对环境的污染和能源的消耗大大降低了生产成本。

干式振动料用树脂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种树脂的制备方法,具体是一种干式振动料用树脂及制备方法。
背景技术
干式振动料是指不加水或液体结合剂用振动方法成型的不定形耐火材料。在振动作用下,材料可形成致密而均匀的整体。使用时需和粘合剂一起使用。粘合剂一般是树脂,已有技术的干式振动料用树脂是由聚酯和酚醛树脂为原料采用以下制备工艺制得:在可进行热交换的反应釜中,在釜内温度达到130℃-160℃搅拌过程中缓慢进行加料,先加入聚酯将其熔融,再加入酚醛树脂待混合均匀后在-0.09MPa下进行真空蒸馏直至软化点至110℃-130℃后放料,待其冷却后再将其磨粉成180目-220的粉体。上述生产工艺的缺点是:生产周期较长,在生产过程中加热熔融和真空蒸馏阶段能耗较大,在放料后的自然冷却过程耗时较长,并会在此过程中吸潮从而影响产品的水分含量。
发明内容
为克服已有技术的上述不足,本发明提供一种干式振动料用树脂及制备方法
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种干式振动料用树脂的制备方法,由聚酯和酚醛树脂按比例直接混合均匀后,再加入聚酯和酚醛树脂总重量5%-10%的漂珠再混合均匀后,将其磨成180-220目的粉状即为干式振动料用树脂;聚酯和酚醛树脂的重量百分比为:
聚酯      50%-70%
酚醛树脂  30%-50%。

漂珠用量为聚酯和酚醛树脂总重量的5%-10%。
漂珠是一种能浮于水面的粉煤灰空心球,呈灰白色,壁薄中空,重量很轻,容重为720kg/m3(重质),418.8kg/m3(轻质),粒径约0.1毫米,表面封闭而光滑,热导率小,耐火度≥1610℃,是优良的保温耐火材料。漂珠的化学成份以二氧化硅和三氧化二铝为主,具有颗粒细、中空、质轻、高强、耐磨、耐高温、保温绝缘、绝缘阻燃等多种功能。用漂珠代替部分酚醛树脂使用也节约了原料成本。
本发明的有益效果是:本工艺可直接将聚脂、酚醛树脂和漂珠混合均匀后加工成180-220目的粉状干式振动料用树脂。缩短了干式料振动用树脂的生产周期,降低了树脂在熬合工序对环境的污染和能源的消耗大大降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1
聚酯:60kg
酚醛树脂:40kg
漂珠:6kg.。
将三种原料按比例混合均匀直接进入磨粉机将其磨成180目-200目的粉状。
经检测,本发明所生产的干式料用树脂可达到采用传统工艺生产的干式料用树脂的各项指标要求,通过客户反映钢包的使用寿命有一定程度的提高,而在工艺周期方面则大大的缩短了,不仅节约了生产的能耗,降低了对环境的污染。

1.一种干式振动料用树脂的制备方法,其特征是:由聚酯和酚醛树脂按比例直接混合均匀后,再加入聚酯和酚醛树脂总重量5%-10%的漂珠再混合均匀后,将其磨成180-220目的粉状即为干式振动料用树脂;聚酯和酚醛树脂的重量百分比为:
聚酯      50%-70%
酚醛树脂  30%-50%。
