一种防水床上用品的制作方法，将防水织物置于织物本体与包边絎缝线处或抗菌层与包边絎缝线处，在500-700℃作用下，使防水织物粘贴于织物本体、抗菌层和包边。防水织物包括底布、防水层和胶水层，防水层位于底布和胶水层之间。在织物本体与包边连接处，以及抗菌层与包边连接处贴合防水织物，避免了包边在与抗菌织物连接时产生的破损而使水气进入，从而能够防止现有抗菌织物的抗菌层容易与织物本体相脱离的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种日常用品的制作方法，尤其涉及一种防水床上用品的制作方法，以防止水气渗入床上用品而使复合层脱离。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高，人们更加注意自身居住的环境，现代社会中，人的一生平均有超过60％的时间是在室内度过。室内空气污染物主要包括两大类，微生物污染物是其中之一，如：细菌、病毒、花粉和尘螨等。世界卫生组织把尘螨过敏引起的哮喘列为当今世界第六严重的健康问题，数以千计的尘螨在床上、枕头、被褥、装饰物和地毯中。这些尘螨会引起急性哮喘的发作，对老人和儿童的危害特别大。
床上用品，如：床罩和枕套，一般使用毛巾布或涤纶毛纤制成。毛巾布含80％的棉，吸水性好。但是由于编织过程中切割，使得制成的毛巾布多为短纤，稍稍抖动就会有短纤掉落，飘散于空气中，易于造成过敏。由于毛巾布表面的毛纤平均长度2-3mm，外观粗糙，手感差，而且尘垢不易清除，造成尘螨滋生。
这些床上用品在制作过程中采用添加抗菌层的方式在织物上形成复合织物。为了美观，还在四周缝上包边，容易造成复合织物的破损，造成这些部位防水效果较差，水气会通过这些破损渗入，从而容易使抗菌层与织物脱离。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种防水床上用品的制作方法，对各部分之间絎缝线的防水制作，增强床上用品的防水效果，防止水气从絎缝线渗入，进而解决抗菌层容易与织物本体相脱离的问题。
本发明所述的防水床上用品，包括织物本体、抗菌层、包边和防水织物，织物本体与抗菌层相复合而成复合层，包边连接于复合层边沿，防水织物包括第一防水层和第二防水层，第一防水层贴合于织物本体与包边絎缝线处，第二防水层贴合于抗菌层与包边絎缝线处。
针对本发明防水床上用品的制作方法，将防水织物置于织物本体与包边絎缝线处或抗菌层与包边絎缝线处，在500-700℃作用下，使防水织物粘贴于织物本体、抗菌层和包边。
织物本体为防水面料包括涤纶面布、防水层和针织摇粒绒经遍布。防水层位于涤纶面布和针织摇粒绒经遍布之间。
防水织物包括底布、防水层和胶水层。防水层位于底布和胶水层之间。
底布为针织起毛布，如：摇粒绒，由丙纶制成，还需要将针织起毛布紧密度调整至较疏松。
防水层是由选自TPE、TPEE、PES和PET之一种或几种聚酯材料制成的薄膜，如：由TPE/TPEE/PES/PET制成的薄膜。
胶水层为热溶胶，即热溶粘胶剂。
将本发明的防水织物使用TPE、TPEE、PES和PET之一种或几种聚酯材料制成的薄膜能显著提高防水层的熔点和软化点，如：TPE、TPEE、PES或PET的熔点约为230℃，软化点160-190℃。从而便于贴条在热封过程中提高温度、压力和热封时间。
当防水织物的底布使用丙纶时，其耐温温度由230℃减低至140℃，且在热封过程中较易被熔融，进而加强了防水效果。
本发明实现的有益效果：
本发明所述的一种防水床上用品的制作方法，将防水织物置于织物本体与包边絎缝线处或抗菌层与包边絎缝线处，在500-700℃作用下，使防水织物粘贴于织物本体、抗菌层和包边。防水面料包括涤纶面布、防水层和针织摇粒绒经遍布；防水织物包括底布、防水层和胶水层，防水层位于底布和胶水层之间。在织物本体与包边连接处，以及抗菌层与包边连接处贴合防水织物，避免了包边在与抗菌织物连接时产生的破损而使水气进入，从而能够防止现有抗菌织物的抗菌层容易与织物本体相脱离的问题。
防水层由TPE、TPEE、PES和PET之一种或几种聚酯材料制成的薄膜能显著提高防水层的熔点和软化点，从而便于防水织物在热封过程中提高温度、压力和热封时间，提高加工过程中温度、压力和时间的可容性，使床上用品的热封工艺容易操作。丙纶易在热封过程中被熔融，进而加强了防水效果。

具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的技术方案。本发明实施例仅供说明具体方法，该方法的其规模不受实施例的限制。
实施例
如图1所示，本发明防水床上用品，包括织物本体1、抗菌层2、包边3和防水织物4。
织物本体1与抗菌层2相复合而成复合层，包边3连接于复合层边沿。
防水织物4包括第一防水层41和第二防水层42，第一防水层41贴合于织物本体1与包边3连接处，第二防水层42贴合于抗菌层2与包边3连接处。
如图2所示，本发明防水织物，包括底布43、防水层44和胶水层45。防水层44位于底布43和胶水层45之间。本实施例中使用的防水织物由底布、防水层和胶水层复合而成，防水层位于底布和胶水层之间。防水层为由PES制成的薄膜，胶水层为热溶胶。
织物本体与抗菌层相复合而成复合层，并在复合层边沿缝上包边后，将防水织物分别置于织物本体与包边絎缝线处，以及抗菌层与包边絎缝线处，在600℃作用下，使防水织物粘贴于织物本体、抗菌层和包边上。
防水层使用聚酯材料PES能显著提高防水层的熔点和软化点，从而便于贴条在热封过程中提高温度、压力和热封时间，提高加工过程中温度、压力和时间的可容性，使成衣的热封工艺容易操作。本实施例中，防水织物底布使用丙纶，在热封过程中被熔融，进而加强了防水效果。

1.一种防水床上用品的制作方法，其特征在于将防水织物置于织物本体与包边绗缝线处或抗菌层与包边绗缝线处，在500-700℃作用下，使防水织物粘贴于织物本体、抗菌层和包边；
所述防水织物包括底布、防水层和胶水层，所述防水层位于所述底布和所述胶水层之间，所述防水层为由选自TPE、TPEE、PES和PET之一种或几种聚酯材料制成的薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水床上用品的制作方法，其特征是所述底布由丙纶制成。
