背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们更加注意自身居住的环境,现代社会中,人的一生平均有超过60%的时间是在室内度过。室内空气污染物主要包括两大类,微生物污染物是其中之一,如:细菌、病毒、花粉和尘螨等。世界卫生组织把尘螨过敏引起的哮喘列为当今世界第六严重的健康问题,数以千计的尘螨在床上、枕头、被褥、装饰物和地毯中。这些尘螨会引起急性哮喘的发作,对老人和儿童的危害特别大。
日常生活用品,如:床罩和枕套,一般使用毛巾布或涤纶毛纤制成。毛巾布含80%的棉,吸水性好。但是由于编织过程中切割,使得制成的毛巾布多为短纤,稍稍抖动就会有短纤掉落,飘散于空气中,易于造成过敏。由于毛巾布表面的毛纤平均长度2-3mm,外观粗糙,手感差,而且尘垢不易清除,造成尘螨滋生。
这些生活用品在制作过程中采用添加抗菌层的方式在织物上形成复合织物。但是,在织物与抗菌层复合的边缘由于防水效果较差,水气也会通过边缘渗入,从而容易使抗菌层与织物脱离。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗菌防水织物,增加了防水层,从而能够防止现有抗菌织物的抗菌层容易与织物本体相脱离的问题。
一种抗菌防水织物,包括织物本体、抗菌层和防水织物,织物本体与抗菌层相复合,防水织物包绕于织物本体与抗菌层相复合的边沿。
织物本体与抗菌层相复合的边沿为一条边沿、两条边沿、三条边沿或四周。优选的,防水织物包绕于织物本体与抗菌层相复合的四周。
防水织物包括底布、防水层和胶水层。防水层位于底布和胶水层之间。防水织物的形状为条状。
防水层是由选自TPE、TPEE、PES和PET之一种或几种聚酯材料制成的薄膜,如:由TPE/TPEE/PES/PET制成的薄膜。
胶水层为热溶胶,即热溶粘胶剂。
本实用新型技术方案实现的有益效果:
本实用新型公开的一种抗菌防水织物,在现有抗菌织物的织物本体与抗菌层相复合的边沿包绕防水织物,从而能够防止现有抗菌织物的抗菌层容易与织物本体相脱离的问题。

如图1所示,本实用新型抗菌防水织物,包括织物本体1、抗菌层2和防水织物3,织物本体1与抗菌层2相复合,防水织物3嵌设于织物本体1与抗菌层2相复合的边沿。
如图2所示,本实用新型防水织物,包括底布31、防水层32和胶水层33。防水层32位于底布31和胶水层33之间。聚酯材料PES能显著提高防水层的熔点和软化点,从而便于贴条在热封过程中提高温度、压力和热封时间,提高加工过程中温度、压力和时间的可容性,使抗菌防水织物的热封工艺容易操作。

1.一种抗菌防水织物,其特征是包括织物本体、抗菌层和防水织物,所述织物本体与所述抗菌层相复合,所述防水织物包绕于所述织物本体与所述抗菌层相复合的边沿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防水织物,其特征是所述的防水织物包括底布、防水层和胶水层,所述的防水层位于所述的底布和所述的胶水层之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防水织物,其特征是所述的防水织物为条状。
