本实用新型公开一种银纤维防水透湿面料，包括面料层、内料层，面料层为新型防水透湿面料和含银纤维混纺的面料，内料层为含有银纤维混纺织物，微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜的一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与面料层贴合，另一面与内料层贴合形成衬里。本实用新型具防水透湿和防寒性能，又利用银纤维面料的除臭、抗静电、磁疗和热效应保温性等特殊功能性，实现了防寒舒适性和特殊功能性的统一。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种含银纤维的防水透湿面料。
背景技术
步入21世纪，人类健康、环保意识增强，对纺织品的舒适性、安全、卫生、保健性能都提出了更高的要求，各种功能性纤维层出不穷。比如像防水透湿面料，防水透湿就是使水在一定的压力下不透过织物，而人体散发的汗液可以蒸汽的形式通过织物传导至外界，不在人体皮肤表面或织物上冷凝积聚，从而保证人穿着的生理舒适性，这是目前织物面料普遍具有的性能，但目前还没发现有一种将防水透湿和除臭、抗静电、磁疗、热效应保温性等特殊功能合为一体的面料，随着人们对纺织品面料要求的提高，我们需进一步提出具备各种功能的纺织品面料的研究开发工作。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提出一种银纤维防水透湿面料，其保持了防水透湿和舒适性能的同时，还具备抗菌、抗静电和保温性好的特殊功能。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以解决：
一种银纤维防水透湿面料，包括面料层、内料层，所述面料层为新型防水透湿面料和含银纤维混纺的面料，内料层为含有银纤维混纺织物，微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜的一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述面料层贴合，另一面与所述内料层贴合形成衬里。
由于采用以上技术方案，本实用新型的一种银纤维防水透湿面料，其保持了防水透湿和舒适性能的同时，还具备抗菌、抗静电和保温性好的特殊功能，主要试用于医疗上的抗菌绷带、消防中的燃烧防护服、抗菌内衣等医疗保健纺织品领域，可生产保健袜、床单、内衣裤、幼儿服装及尿布、医疗手术服、绷带、口罩、电磁屏蔽服、航空地毯、轿车内饰、屏蔽帐篷等，银纤维防水透湿面料还可装备特种部队，具有非常广阔的发展前景。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1所示，本实用新型的一种银纤维防水透湿面料，包括面料层1、内料层3，面料层1为新型防水透湿面料和含银纤维混纺的面料，内料层3为含有银纤维混纺织物，微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜的一面通过热熔胶(PUR)点钜涂层与面料层1贴合，另一面与内料层3贴合形成衬里。
本实用新型充分利用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜其良好的防水透湿和防寒性能，又利用银纤维面料的除臭、抗静电、磁疗和热效应保温性等的特殊功能，同时又具有良好的舒适性，能充分满足防寒舒适性的需要，实现了防寒舒适性和特殊功能性的统一。
在一定的工艺条件下，采用正交设计，优选配方和工艺参数，通过反复试验和借助计算机软件对该整理技术进行单因素和多元线性回归分析，获得一种生产高档防水、高透湿、抗寒等多功能复合织物的最佳工艺，然后在专用复合机备上，利用热熔胶(PUR粘合剂)加工成新型生态多功能织物，提高纺织品功能化水平，增加纺织品附加值。
但是，上述的具体实施方式只是示例性的，是为了更好的使本领域技术人员能够理解本专利，不能理解为是对本专利包括范围的限制；只要是根据本专利所揭示精神的所作的任何等同变更或修饰，均落入本专利包括的范围。

1、一种银纤维防水透湿面料，包括面料层、内料层，其特征在于：所述面料层为新型防水透湿面料和含银纤维混纺的面料，内料层为含有银纤维混纺织物，微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜的一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述面料层贴合，另一面与所述内料层贴合形成衬里。
