Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗紫外线的童装面料及其制作方法,包括棉布层,所述棉布层的一侧设有抗紫外线层一,所述棉布层远离所述抗紫外线层一的一侧设有抗紫外线层二,所述抗紫外线层一远离所述棉布层的一侧设有反光层,所述抗紫外线层二远离所述棉布层的一侧设有石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层远离所述抗紫外线层二的一侧设有亲肤层,所述亲肤层与石墨烯层之间通过粘粘层连接,所述反光层、所述抗紫外线层一、棉布层、抗紫外线层二和石墨烯层通过纤维丝连接,所述纤维丝靠近反光层的一端与基布层固定连接。有益效果:该面料不仅能够将紫外线进行反射,对紫外线进行屏蔽,同时还可吸收紫外线,抵御紫外线的穿透,有效的保护儿童,降低紫外线对儿童的影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及童装面料领域,具体来说,涉及一种抗紫外线的童装面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平、生活质量的提高,人们对纺织品、服装提出了各种功能性的要求,开发功能性纺织品,集舒适、休闲、保健为一体,这已成为当今世界纺织品发展的潮流。
太阳光中紫外区可分为三段,波长400-320nm区域称UV-A;波长320-280nm区域称UV-B;波长280-200nm区域称UV-C。UV-C波长较短,在空气中已被吸收,不能达到地球表面。紫外线在日光中约占6%,其中UV-A的比例较大,UV-B比例较小。UV-A会透过表皮组织下面,使肌肉失去弹性,皮肤粗糙,造成皱纹。UV-B则有致皮肤癌问题。因此要求能有效地屏蔽UV-B和UV-A中波长短的部分。
随着环境污染的严重,臭氧层被破坏,皮肤癌的发生率也在提高,普通面料无法抵抗紫外线,紫外线很容易穿透面料伤及皮肤,儿童年龄小,抵抗力差,皮肤娇嫩,若不进行保护比成年人更加容易被紫外线晒伤,需要防紫外线功能的面料进行日常保护。
现有技术中也公开大量的防紫外辐射的面料,中国专利(CN207669924U)公开了一种高遮盖窗帘用布,其包含第一抗紫外层,第一粘结层,光致变色层,第二粘结层和第二抗紫外层;第一抗紫外层与光致变色层之间设置第一粘结层,光致变色层与第二抗紫外层之间设置第二粘结层;通过第一粘结层和第二粘结层中的低熔点纤维在;所述的第一抗紫外层为含有抗紫外微胶囊的抗紫外涂层,抗紫外涂层为三元乙丙橡胶EVA涂层,抗紫外微胶囊为负载抗紫外吸收剂的纳米氧化锌,第二抗紫外层为抗紫外聚氨酯PU涂层,其中抗紫外聚氨酯涂层中含有有机抗紫外吸收剂。但是其两层抗紫外层都是通过粘结层连接,而且抗紫外涂层很厚、都包含高分子聚合物,透气性差、不环保、不舒适,无法满足用于制备儿童服装面料的需要,而且其仅仅使用抗紫外层吸收紫外线,抗紫外线效果不好;中国专利(CN207468812U)公开了一种抗紫外线面料,包括反光层、吸收层、隔热层、透气层,所述反光层、吸收层、隔热层、透气层、通过连接纤维丝缝纫在一起;所述反光层由径向珠光丝、纬向珠光丝交错编织在一起;经过珠光丝制成的反光层进行反射,将大部分紫外线反射出去。虽然其采用珠光丝编织反光层反射紫外线,但是仅仅通过设置反射层无法高效的防御紫外线辐射,不能满足制备儿童服装面料的需要;中国专利(CN205167704U)公开了一种抑菌、抗静电、防水透气多功能复合无纺布,由防水透气膜层和无纺布层复合而成,其特征在于:所述无纺布层包括第一纺粘无纺布层,第一纺粘无纺布层下表面覆盖有石墨烯层,独特的石墨烯层可以抗菌抑菌,而且能够使该无纺布的抗静电效果大大增强,虽然其公开了设置石墨烯层可以起到防止静电的作用,但是并且记载如何解决抗紫外线辐射的问题,因此也无法满足用于制备儿童服装面料的需要;中国专利(CN207345212U)公开了一种抗紫外防水透湿织物,其特征在于,包括防水透湿层、夹层和抗紫外层,所述夹层的两侧依次设置抗紫外层和防水透湿层,所述夹层采用纯棉制作而成,所述抗紫外层包括紫外吸收层和紫外屏蔽层,但是其抗紫外效果不好,而且也不具备抗静电、抗菌效果,舒适性不佳,不适合作为儿童服饰用面料。
针对现有技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。基于此,发明人通过不断探索,设计出一款可以高效抗紫外线、抗菌、环保、舒适的可以满足儿童服装用的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗紫外线的童装面料及其制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的对儿童日常中受紫外线影响的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种抗紫外线的童装面料,包括棉布层1,所述棉布层1的一侧设有抗紫外线层一2,所述棉布层1远离所述抗紫外线层一2的一侧设有抗紫外线层二3,所述抗紫外线层一2远离所述棉布层1的一侧设有反光层4,所述抗紫外线层二3远离所述棉布层1的一侧设有石墨烯层5,所述石墨烯层5远离所述抗紫外线层二3的一侧设有亲肤层6,所述亲肤层6与所述石墨烯层5之间通过粘粘层7连接,所述反光层4、所述抗紫外线层一2、所述棉布层1、所述抗紫外线层二3和所述石墨烯层5通过纤维丝8连接,所述纤维丝8靠近所述反光层4的一端与基布层9固定连接。
进一步的,所述亲肤层6是由棉纤维纺织而成,所述粘粘层7是由纯丙烯酸乳胶构成。
进一步的,所述抗紫外线层一2是由纳米二氧化钛构成,所述抗紫外线层二3是由纳米氧化锌构成。
进一步的,所述反光层4是由珠光丝编织而成。
进一步的,所述基布层9是由丙纶纤维和竹炭涤纶纤维编织而成。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种抗紫外线的童装面料的制作方法。
该抗紫外线的童装面料的制作,包括以下步骤:
将预先配好的蒸馏水、醋酸和异丙醇放置容器中,搅拌,制成溶液;
取适量的棉布,将棉布放进溶液中浸制20-30分钟,进行软化;
将软化后的棉布从溶液中取出,烘干;
将烘干后的棉布的一面涂抹纳米二氧化钛水溶液,风干,形成单面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布;
将单面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布的另一面涂抹纳米氧化锌水溶液,风干,形成一面具有抗紫外线层二另一面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布;
将珠光丝平铺在抗紫外线层一上,通过纤维丝将珠光丝缝制在抗紫外线层一的表面,形成反光层;
将丙纶纤维和竹炭涤纶纤维混编,通过纤维丝缝制在反光层表面,形成基布层;
将缝制后的棉布平铺,将抗紫外线层二置于上方,涂抹石墨烯,形成石墨烯层;
将石墨烯层通过纯丙烯酸乳胶与棉纤维粘合,形成亲肤层,得到成品。
该方法进一步的,上述溶液由蒸馏水、醋酸和异丙醇按照10∶0.5∶0.1的比例配置而成。
该方法进一步的,上述浸制后的棉布烘干时,烘干温度为155-163℃,烘干速度为25-30m/min。
该方法进一步的,上述纳米二氧化钛水溶液涂抹时,湿涂量为85-90g/m2,涂抹后涂层厚度约为0.1-0.2mm。
该方法进一步的,上述纳米氧化锌水溶液涂抹时,湿涂量为80-85g/m2,涂抹后涂层厚度约为0.15-0.25mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过在棉布层两侧通过涂覆二氧化钛和氧化锌纳米颗粒层,形成超薄的抗紫外辐射层,不经能够有效抗紫外线辐射,而且不影响棉布层的舒适性、透气性和良好的触感,是一种能够适合用于儿童通服装制备的面料,该面料能够有效的抵抗紫外线,不仅能够将紫外线进行反射,同时对紫外线还能够起到屏蔽的作用,同时还可吸收紫外线,多层保护,抵御紫外线的穿透,能够有效的保护儿童,降低紫外线对儿童的影响,同时通过石墨烯的导电性提高面料的抗静电性,且石墨烯为柔性材料,具有良好的弹性。
(2)、棉纤维制品吸湿和透气性好,柔软而保暖,触摸感好,儿童皮肤娇嫩,棉纤维的亲肤性能够有效的降低儿童肌肤与面料的摩擦性,纯丙烯酸乳胶具有耐晒、耐黄变性,环保无毒,具有较高初粘力与粘着力,同时兼顾了长期高温环境下良好的内聚力,能够有效的进行粘合。
通过在棉布层两侧涂抹纳米二氧化钛水溶液和纳米氧化锌水热,然后风干,纳米级二氧化钛由于粒径小,活性大,既能反射、散射紫外线,又能吸收紫外线,从而对紫外线有超强的阻隔能力,纳米氧化锌是稳定的化合物,可以提供广谱的紫外保护,同时还有抗菌和抗炎的作用,在阻隔紫外线的同时还有很好的抗菌能力,使得面料更加健康;通过在棉布层两侧形成超薄的纳米二氧化钛抗紫外层和纳米氧化锌抗紫外层,而且该独特的设计,在高效起到抗紫外辐射作用的同时,还保证了棉布的舒适性、透气性和良好触感,能够适合用于儿童通服装制备的面料。
(4)、面对太阳光照射,珠光丝能够有效的进行反光,将大部分紫外线反射出去。
(5)、丙纶纤维具有质轻、弹性好的优点,并且具有抗菌防霉的能力,竹炭涤纶纤维则具有除异味的能力,由丙纶纤维和竹炭涤纶纤维编织而成,可以在一定程度上抗菌防霉、减少异味。

另外为了更清楚的理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下通过具体实例对本发明的上述方案进行详细说明。
实施例一
如图2所示,所述基布层9远离所述反光层4的一侧设有遮挡布条10,所述遮挡布条10位于所述基布层9的周边,所述基布层9上设有若干圆孔11,可以在基布层9上缝制图案,遮挡布条10可以挡住缝制线条,圆孔11可以置放纽扣类的装饰物,便于固定装饰物进行缝制操作,图案和装饰物增添面料的外观性,使其更受儿童的喜爱。
实施例二
如图3所示,当该面料用于夏天服装的时候,所述棉布层1的中部设有抑菌层12,所述抑菌层12是由桑蚕丝纤维和铜氨纤维混纺而成,所述棉布层1的内部设有若干通孔13,所述通孔13分别位于所述抑菌层12的两侧,通孔13可以增加棉布层1的透气性,降低面料的闷热感,所述棉布层1是由精梳棉纱织而成,具有较高的耐洗和耐用度,桑蚕丝纤维有利于提高吸湿透气,并有很好的抑菌效果,铜氨纤维具有很好的吸水性,不会产生闷热感,柔软且不易产生静电,二者配合不仅达到抑菌的效果,同时能够保证较好的通透性,制成的服装适合夏天穿着。
实施例三
如图4所示,当该面料用于冬天服装的时候,所述棉布层1的两侧增加防风层14,所述防风层14是由聚氨酯膜构成,聚氨酯膜具有较高的粘着性和耐低温性,能够增加面料的抗寒性能,所述棉布层1是由精梳棉和棉纶纤维混纺而成,棉纶纤维的芯吸效应,使其具有轻柔保暖、导湿干爽、卫生抗菌等特性,添加棉纶纤维不仅可以保证棉布层1的抑菌效果,同时可以增加棉布层1的保暖效果,制成的服装适合冬天穿着。
实施例四
如图5所示,所述亲肤层6远离所述石墨烯层5的一侧设有缝纫布条15,所述缝纫布条15位于所述亲肤层6的周边,所述缝纫布条15上设有缝纫区16,所述缝纫布条15的宽度小,不影响穿着的舒适感,可以在缝纫区16缝制内衬,增加衣物的服帖度,同时也可通过缝纫区16进行拆卸,方便替换内衬,保证衣物的卫生性。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下结合附图对本发明的上述方案的流程进行详细说明,具体如下:

如图6所示,在实际生产过程中,该抗紫外线的童装面料的制作包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,将预先配好的蒸馏水、醋酸和异丙醇放置容器中,搅拌,制成溶液;
步骤S103,取适量的棉布,将棉布放进溶液中浸制20-30分钟,进行软化;
步骤S105,将软化后的棉布从溶液中取出,烘干;
步骤S107,将烘干后的棉布的一面涂抹纳米二氧化钛水溶液,风干,形成单面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布;
步骤S109,将单面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布的另一面涂抹纳米氧化锌水溶液,风干,形成一面具有抗紫外线层二另一面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布;
步骤S111,将珠光丝平铺在抗紫外线层一上,通过纤维丝将珠光丝缝制在抗紫外线层一的表面,形成反光层;
步骤S113,将丙纶纤维和竹炭涤纶纤维混编,通过纤维丝缝制在反光层表面,形成基布层;
步骤S115,将缝制后的棉布平铺,将抗紫外线层二置于上方,涂抹石墨烯,形成石墨烯层;
步骤S117,将石墨烯层通过纯丙烯酸乳胶与棉纤维粘合,形成亲肤层,得到成品。
在一个实施例中,上述溶液由蒸馏水、醋酸和异丙醇按照10∶0.5∶0.1的比例配置而成;上述浸制后的棉布烘干时,烘干温度为155-163℃,烘干速度为25-30m/min;上述纳米二氧化钛水溶液涂抹时,湿涂量为85-90g/m2,涂抹后涂层厚度约为0.1-0.2mm;上述纳米氧化锌水溶液涂抹时,湿涂量为80-85g/m2,涂抹后涂层厚度约为0.15-0.25mm。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗紫外线的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于该抗紫外线的童装面料的制作包括以下步骤:
将预先配好的蒸馏水、醋酸和异丙醇放置容器中,搅拌,制成溶液;
取适量的棉布,将棉布放进溶液中浸制20-30分钟,进行软化;
将软化后的棉布从溶液中取出,烘干;
将烘干后的棉布的一面涂抹纳米二氧化钛水溶液,风干,形成单面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布;
将单面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布的另一面涂抹纳米氧化锌水溶液,风干,形成一面具有抗紫外线层二另一面具有抗紫外线层一的棉布;
将珠光丝平铺在抗紫外线层一上,通过纤维丝将珠光丝缝制在抗紫外线层一的表面,形成反光层;
将丙纶纤维和竹炭涤纶纤维混编,通过纤维丝缝制在反光层表面,形成基布层;
将缝制后的棉布平铺,将抗紫外线层二置于上方,涂抹石墨烯,形成石墨烯层;
将石墨烯层通过纯丙烯酸乳胶与棉纤维粘合,形成亲肤层,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,上述溶液由蒸馏水、醋酸和异丙醇按照10∶0.5∶0.1的比例配置而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,上述浸制后的棉布烘干时,烘干温度为155-163℃,烘干速度为25-30m/min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗紫外线的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,上述纳米二氧化钛水溶液涂抹时,湿涂量为85-90g/m2,涂抹后涂层厚度约为0.1-0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求5所述的抗紫外线的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,上述纳米氧化锌水溶液涂抹时,湿涂量为80-85g/m2,涂抹后涂层厚度约为0.15-0.25mm。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述方法制备的抗紫外线的童装面料,其特征在于,包括棉布层(1),所述棉布层(1)的一侧设有抗紫外线层一(2),所述棉布层(1)远离所述抗紫外线层一(2)的一侧设有抗紫外线层二(3),所述抗紫外线层一(2)远离所述棉布层(1)的一侧设有反光层(4),所述抗紫外线层二(3)远离所述棉布层(1)的一侧设有石墨烯层(5),所述石墨烯层(5)远离所述抗紫外线层二(3)的一侧设有亲肤层(6),所述亲肤层(6)与所述石墨烯层(5)之间通过粘粘层(7)连接,所述反光层(4)、所述抗紫外线层一(2)、所述棉布层(1)、所述抗紫外线层二(3)和所述石墨烯层(5)通过纤维丝(8)连接,所述纤维丝(8)靠近所述反光层(4)的一端与基布层(9)固定连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗紫外线的童装面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤层(6)是由棉纤维纺织而成,所述粘粘层(7)是由纯丙烯酸乳胶构成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗紫外线的童装面料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线层一(2)是由纳米二氧化钛构成,所述抗紫外线层二(3)是由纳米氧化锌构成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种抗紫外线的童装面料,其特征在于,所述反光层(4)是由珠光丝编织而成
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种抗紫外线的童装面料,其特征在于,所述基布层(9)是由丙纶纤维和竹炭涤纶纤维编织而成。
