数控铜铝排圆角铣,主要包括铣头、床身、双层工作台和夹具;其中铣头倒置安装于床身左侧,铣头主轴冲上垂直于工作台面,床身上左右固定安装有两套纵向的直线导轨A,中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付A,直线导轨滑座A及滚珠丝杠付螺母A均安装于床身上的直线导轨A与滚珠丝杠付A相应位置上部的双层工作台下层下面;滚珠丝杠付的前端由联轴器固定联结伺服电机A;双层工作台下层上面前后两侧安装有两套横向的直线导轨B和中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付B,直线导轨座B和滚珠丝杠付螺母B按直线导轨B和滚珠丝杠付B的相应位置固定安装于双层工作台上层的下面;滚珠丝杠付B的右端通过联轴器与伺服电机B固定联结;双层工作台面上左右安装有两套夹具。

技术领域
本发明属于加工机械领域,特别是铜铝排圆角铣领域。 
背景技术
当前国内电器柜等所用铜铝排均系直楞直角,并均带有毛刺废边,势必影响绝缘和导电,使得间隙击穿电压和耐压值降低,容易引起电晕、极间击穿放电、起弧和短路故障,但要去除边角毛刺目前只能靠手工钳锉打磨没有一个专用设备进行加工,所以费时费工,而且质量得不到保证。所以,采用机械加工设备去除边角毛刺使其成为圆角可以大大提高操作的可靠性,提高效率。 
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种数控铜铝排圆角铣,以解决上述问题。 
数控铜铝排圆角机,其特征在于,主要包括铣头(1)、床身(2)、双层工作台(8)和夹具(14);其中铣头(1)倒置安装于床身(2)左侧,铣头主轴冲上垂直于工作台面,床身(2)上左右固定安装有两套纵向(y方向)的直线导轨A(6),中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付A(4),直线导轨滑座A(7)及滚珠丝杠付螺母A(5)均安装于床身(2)上的直线导轨A(6)与滚珠丝杠付A(4)相应位置上部的双层工作台(8)下层下面;滚珠丝杠付(4)的前端由联轴器固定联结伺服电机A(3);双层工作台下层上面前后两侧安装有两套横向(x方向)的直线导轨B(10)和中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付B(11),直线导轨座B(13)和滚珠丝杠付螺母B(12)按直线导轨B和滚珠丝杠付B的相应位置固定安装于双层工作台(8)上层的下面;滚珠丝杠付B的右端通过联轴器与伺服电机B(9)固定联结;双层工作台面上左右安装有两套夹具(14)。 
与现有技术相比,本发明传动精度高,传动精度≤0.02,工件加工后的粗糙度小≤Ra3.2,生产效率高:件/40s,可加工范围广,包含所有铜铝排规格,减轻工人劳动强度,结构简单,造价低,国内首创,完全满足各类铜铝排质量和生产率所需。

具体实施方式

数控铜铝排圆角铣,主要包括铣头(1)、床身(2)、双层工作台(8)和夹具(14);其中铣头(1)倒置安装于床身(2)左侧,铣头主轴冲上垂直于工作台面,床身(2)上左右固定安装有两套纵向(y方向)的直线导轨A(6),中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付A(4),直线导轨滑座A(7)及滚珠丝杠付螺母A(5)均安装于床身(2)相应位置上部的双层工作台(8)下层下面;滚珠丝杠付(4)的前端由联轴器联结固定伺服电机A(3)从而组成纵向移动(Y方向)的传动系统;由伺服电机A(3)带动丝杠使螺母带动工作台前后纵向移动。直线导轨A(6)保证双层工作台纵向移动的直线性。双层工作台下层上面前后两侧同样安装有两套横向的直线导轨B(10)和中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付B(11),直线导轨座B(13)和滚珠丝杠付螺母B(12)按直线导轨B和滚珠丝杠付B的相应位置固定安装于双层工作台(8)上层的下面;滚珠丝杠付B的右端通过联轴器与伺服电机B(9)固定联结;由伺服电机B带动滚珠丝杠付B使滚珠丝杠付螺母B带动工作台左右移动从而组成横向(X方向)的传动系统;直线导轨B保证工作台横向移动的直线性。由于上述结构保证工作台可以使X、Y方向的单动及联动,移动轨迹及速度由伺服电机控制。工作台面上左右安装有两套夹具(14)用于定位夹紧所需加工的铜铝排工件。 
操作过程如下: 
工件(铜铝排)由人工放入工作台的夹具(14)上定位夹紧后,即可启动X,Y方向传动系统的伺服电机A(3)、伺服电机B(9)使工作台带动工件快速进给至铣头上的铣刀处,启动铣头,双层工作台(8)按加工要求由数控系统控制,进行x、y坐标联动的工作进给完成R或R和直线组成的轨迹,r轨迹由凹型圆弧成型铣刀保证。夹具(14)在双层工作台(8)上可以左右调整以适应铜铝排长短的规格需求。 
铣削时所用刀具为凹形圆弧成型铣刀。根据铜铝排薄厚及要求r的尺寸可快速更换相适应的凹形圆弧成型铣刀。

1.数控铜铝排圆角铣,其特征在于,主要包括铣头(1)、床身(2)、双层工作台(8)和夹具(14);其中铣头(1)倒置安装于床身(2)左侧,铣头主轴冲上垂直于工作台面,床身(2)上左右固定安装有两套纵向的直线导轨A(6),中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付A(4),直线导轨滑座A(7)及滚珠丝杠付螺母A(5)均安装于床身(2)上的直线导轨A(6)与滚珠丝杠付A(4)相应位置上部的双层工作台(8)下层下面;滚珠丝杠付(4)的前端由联轴器固定联结伺服电机A(3);双层工作台下层上面前后两侧安装有两套横向的直线导轨B(10)和中部安装有一套滚珠丝杠付B(11),直线导轨座B(13)和滚珠丝杠付螺母B(12)按直线导轨B和滚珠丝杠付B的相应位置固定安装于双层工作台(8)上层的下面;滚珠丝杠付B的右端通过联轴器与伺服电机B(9)固定联结;双层工作台面上左右安装有两套夹具(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控铜铝排圆角铣,其特征在于,所述的铣头(1)为凹型圆弧成型铣刀。
