Description

用于容器封盖的片状材料刺穿器
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的用于容器封盖的片状材料刺穿器,以及根据本发明、根据权利要求6的具有片状材料刺穿器的容器封盖。
该类片状材料刺穿器可用于推拉式容器封盖,该推拉式容器封盖装配有用于储存液状或粉状一致的物质的附加腔室(8)。
运动饮料领域中,除了在不断扩大的市场份额方面的增加之外,还存在的快速增长的需求是,能够向适合的容器供给含维生素或富含其它物质的饮料。还有很明显的趋势,即,仅在使用之前即刻加入这些添加剂。可以单手操作的饮料瓶通常很受欢迎。带有所谓“推拉式”封盖的饮料瓶适合该目的。该类饮料瓶不但可以容易地开启,而且还可通过用拇指简单地按压而在使用后再次封闭。
WO 2006/099768公开了一种用于具有所谓“推拉式”封盖的容器的容器封盖。该容器封盖具有带密封唇部的盖部分,该密封唇部可围绕容器开口安置,并且以可移动的方式附接到盖部分(用于促动推拉动作)的滑动部分,其中,可通过使滑动部分在盖部分上移动而释放或封闭流出开口。可撕开或可刺穿的封盖薄膜附接到密封唇部上,其中,相对于容器内容物严密分开的附加腔室形成在盖部分的面对滑动部分的内部腔室中。薄膜刺穿器(由销钉及撕开和刺穿装置构成)也可移动地附接到盖部分中,其中,通过促动薄膜刺穿器,可撕开或刺穿封盖薄膜,且由此可被引入附加腔室中的添加剂能进入到容器内。该薄膜刺穿器的缺点在于,其被构造成两个部分,这使得装配有该刺穿器的容器封盖的制造和组装比较昂贵且比较复杂。
因此,目的在于提供一种用于“推拉”式容器封盖的改进的片状材料刺穿器,以及具有相应的片状材料刺穿器的容器封盖。
该目的由权利要求1和权利要求6的特征实现。
解决方案包括,片状材料刺穿器一件式体,且具有至少一个密封形成件,该密封形成件布置在促动端与刺穿端之间,且构造成用于密封和可闭锁地接触容器封盖。
在用于具有所谓的“推拉式”封盖的容器的容器封盖和根据本发明的片状材料刺穿器中,片状材料刺穿器可以以密封和闭锁方式插入盖部分中。
因此,这包括对根据现有技术的普通容器封盖的改进,所述现有技术一开始即在WO 2006/099768中提到,且进行了描述。
根据本发明的片状材料刺穿器的主要优点在于其一件式的性质。除更易于制造外,利用所提出的解决方案还实现了在容器封盖组装期间,片状材料刺穿器只需要从下方按压入盖部分中,并闭锁于其中。因而简化了组装。
布置在促动端与刺穿端之间的至少一个密封形成件被构造成用于密封和可闭锁地接触容器封盖,这使得可以实现片状材料刺穿器在容器封盖中的上述闭锁定位。
在此情况下,密封形成件意指借助于其主要实现密封效果的构造特征。在当前的情况下,这可通过在密封点处实现贴合且紧密配合的成形来实现,也就是说,例如,利用所使用的材料的自然弹性和硬度。选择通用术语“密封形成件”是因为其为本领域的技术人员所熟悉的,运动学上的颠倒的这些特征原则上通常可以以两种互补的方式实现。因此,相对应成形的圆形密封腹板(web)可设置在片状材料刺穿器或盖部分上。然而,由于密封效果总是需要零件(例如,密封腹板和密封座)的配合,所以优选地叫作在相关位置的密封形成件。
出于节省材料的目的,所述至少一个密封形成件可设计成板状,且用于将片状材料刺穿器更好地引导到盖部分中,两个此类圆形密封形成件可设有相同的圆直径。三个圆形板状密封形成件是特别有利的,这是因为在初始位置(片状刺穿器还未被促动),可以对朝向外侧的附加腔室进行良好密封。特别是,液体添加剂于是被特别好地保护。
片状材料刺穿器的刺穿端处大致略微倾斜的板也是特别有利的。所述板可具有简单的几何形状,例如,正方形。封盖薄膜由倾斜凸出边缘可靠地刺穿,且板的面积保证了薄膜中的刺穿孔充分得大,以致添加剂完全且快速地进入容器中。

图1示出了处于购买状态下或位于其初始位置的‘推拉式’容器封盖2中的片状材料刺穿器1的横截面。在该位置,‘推拉式’封盖被封闭,而片状材料刺穿器1还未被促动。在此情况下,容器封盖2位于容器3上,并且‘推拉式’封盖由位于上面的保护罩4覆盖。
容器封盖2具有盖部分5,滑动部分6位于其上,且可在盖部分5上移动。在此情况下,滑动部分6形成了实际的‘推拉式’封盖;即,必须将其推入或拉入一个位置或其它的位置来封闭或打开容器封盖2。由于有凸缘7,所以该类封盖也适于单手操作。容器封盖2还具有位于中央管状引导件8中的所述片状材料刺穿器1。一方面,出于节省材料的原因,另一方面,为了不会不必要地减小液体出口的横截面,引导件8借助于沿径向布置的材料桥接件9而有利地连接到盖部分5的其它部分上。在当前的示例性实施例中,设置三个该类材料桥接件9。
此外,盖部分5还具有下拉式唇部10,封盖薄膜11附接在该唇部10上。在未经触动的状态下(并且只要容器封盖2位于容器3上),封盖薄膜11会防止容器内容物的任何流出。封盖薄膜11形成了附加腔室12,该附加腔室12相对于盖部分5的面对滑动部分6的内部腔室中的容器内容物严密地分开。可以理解,附加腔室12越大,唇部10就越被向下拉。
片状材料刺穿器1构造成大致旋转对称,且如上文所述,布置成可沿轴向(即,沿其旋转对称轴线R的方向)移动,且在容器封盖2的中央。片状材料刺穿器1的轴向可移动能力与容器封盖2的推拉式部分(即,滑动部分6)的位置无关。
片状材料刺穿器1具有促动端13和刺穿端14。促动端13设计成板状,以便于方便的操作,例如,用一只手的拇指操作。刺穿端14具有布置成略微倾斜的板15。板15然后可具有简单的几何形状,例如正方形。当压下片状材料刺穿器1时,封盖薄膜11就可被该板15下端倾斜地凸出的边缘可靠地刺穿。片状材料刺穿器1作为整体具有大致十字形的、沿其轴线纵向延伸部的加强轮廓,其又使得可以节省材料,而同时具有良好的强度。
片状材料刺穿器1还具有第一板状圆形密封形成件16和第二板状圆形密封形成件17,它们具有相同的圆直径,且布置在促动端13与刺穿端14之间。第一密封形成件16和第二密封形成件17滑动到引导件8中。密封点A和B位于密封形成件16和17与引导件8的接触点处。
片状材料刺穿器1还具有第三板状圆形密封形成件18,其同样布置在促动端13与刺穿端14之间,但在密封形成件16和17的下方。第三密封形成件18用于封闭整个出口的开口。因此,又一密封点C位于密封形成件18与盖部分5的流出管的接触点处。端接板19没有密封功能,而是只用作可见的装饰件(在未使用的状态下清楚端接)。
密封形成件16,17,18或其中的至少一个被以下述方式构造,即,还使得在图1中所示的位置,在片状材料刺穿器1与盖部分5中的引导件8之间形成可闭锁的接触。例如,其可利用具有适合尺寸的闭锁槽或凹口来实现。作为所公开的构造方式的结果,可以将片状材料刺穿器1从下方插入盖部分5中,且以一定的压力使其闭锁在所示的位置。
因此,保护了容纳在附加腔室中的添加剂,特别是,液体不流出。密封点A,B,C防止向外界的任何流出,特别是,通过引导件8中的开口流出。(未经触动的)封盖薄膜11防止朝向内部的任何流出。因此,即使推拉式封盖在该位置开启,也仍然可保护容器3的内容物和附加腔室12的内容物不流出。
图2示出了处于刺穿状态或位于促动位置的根据图1的‘推拉式’容器封盖2中的片状材料刺穿器1的横截面。在该位置,‘推拉式’封盖仍然封闭,但片状材料刺穿器1被促动,即,其受到了向下的按压,且因此实现了添加剂的加入。
为了到达该位置,借助于促动端13上的压力,将片状材料刺穿器1向下推动至其不再凸出的程度。闭锁功能也在该位置下提供,例如,其可提供在第一密封形成件16或第二密封形成件17上。这里未示出撕开的封盖薄膜11。
密封点D此时位于第一密封形成件16与引导件8的接触点处。其防止了混合有添加剂的内容物从容器内通过带引导件8的开口的任何流出。附加密封点E和F位于滑动部分6与盖部分5的接触点处。其防止了混合有添加剂的内容物从仍然封闭的推拉式封盖处离开容器的任何流出。
在图2中所示的位置,原则上仍然可以通过克服闭锁力且使片状材料刺穿器1完全从盖部分5中释放而使片状材料刺穿器1再退回。
图3示出了处于饮用状态的根据图1的‘推拉式’容器封盖2中的片状材料刺穿器1的横截面。在该位置,‘推拉式’封盖打开,且仍然促动片状材料刺穿器1。容器封盖2为饮用做好了准备。流出路径G由方向箭头指出。
为了到达该位置,滑动部分6被向上拉动。容器3的内容物然后可经由流出路径G穿过饮用开口20而向外流动。

Claims (9)

2.根据权利要求1所述的片状材料刺穿器,其特征在于,设置三个圆形密封形成件(16,17,18)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的片状材料刺穿器,其特征在于,设置两个具有相同圆直径的圆形密封形成件(16,17)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的片状材料刺穿器,其特征在于,所述圆形密封形成件(16,17,18)为板状。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的片状材料刺穿器,其特征在于,所述片状材料刺穿器(1)的刺穿端(14)大致为倾斜的板(15)。
