Abstract

本发明公开了一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,包括锂离子电池芯,所述的锂离子电池芯装于圆柱形铝壳中,正负极连接的正负导针由端盖或橡胶塞引出,或由端盖同向引出分别与正负极耳铆接。所述的锂离子电池芯通过滚动成型的封口带和束腰带密封于圆柱形铝壳中,于圆柱形铝壳底部平面上设有防爆压痕。本发明圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,结构简单,使用方便,安全性高。采用圆柱形铝壳包装锂离子电池芯,并经端盖板或橡胶塞引出正负导针,方便了锂离子电池在不同电器使用时以串联或并联方式接入,铝壳底部设有的防爆压痕,有效地释放了锂离子电池在不同情况下产生气体,防止了气体不及时排泄而引起的爆炸发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池技术领域,涉及一种锂离子电池结构,具体涉及一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池。
背景技术
现有圆柱形锂电池,一般采用不锈钢等硬质外包装材料,由于锂电池在发生破损泄漏、过充、高温情况下会产生气体,因此为防止气体不及时释放引起爆炸,通常在正极的头部开有泄气口。通常圆柱形锂电池以一端突出的头部为正极,另一端的平面底部外壳为负极,使用时多采用串接的方式提供大容量、大功率的电压和电流供电器使用,如要采用并联联结的方式,还需要放入为并联连接设置的电池盒内才可使用,相对比较麻烦,很难满足串并联不同场合的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用滚动束腰封口结构,适合于在不同场合方便串并联使用的正负极同向引出的圆柱形锂离子电池,并在外壳底部设有泄气压痕,解决了现有圆柱形锂离子电池存在的上述问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,包括锂离子电池芯,所述的锂离子电池芯装于圆柱形铝壳中,正负极连接的正导针、负导针由端盖引出,所述的锂离子电池芯通过滚动成型的封口带和束腰带密封于圆柱形铝壳中,于圆柱形铝壳底部平面上设有防爆压痕。
本发明所述的一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,其特征还在于,
所述正负极连接的正导针和负导针或由端盖同向引出分别与正极耳、负极耳铆接。
所述的圆柱形铝壳顶端封装端盖或为橡胶塞。
所述的圆柱形铝壳底部平面上设有防爆压痕为“X”形,或为“Y”形。
本发明圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,结构简单,使用方便,安全性高。采用圆柱形铝壳包装锂离子电池芯,并经端盖板同向引出正负极导针,方便了锂离子电池在使用不同电器时以串联或并联方式接入,圆柱形铝壳采用滚动束腰和滚动封口结构,生产效率高,封装质量可靠;铝壳底部设有的防爆压痕,有效地释放了锂离子电池在不同情况下产生气体,防止了气体不及时排泄而引起的爆炸发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,如图1和图2所示,包括锂离子电池芯1,所述的锂离子电池芯1装于圆柱形铝壳2中,正负极连接的正导针4、负导针5由端盖3引出,所述的锂离子电池芯1通过滚动成型的封口带7和束腰带8密封于圆柱形铝壳2中,于圆柱形铝壳2底部平面上设有防爆压痕6;所述正负极连接的正导针4和负导针5或由端盖3同向引出分别与正极耳10、负极耳11铆接,所述的圆柱形铝壳2顶端封装端盖3或为橡胶塞9。
如图3a和图3b所示,圆柱形铝壳2底部平面上设有防爆压痕为“X”形,或为“Y”形。
本发明采用圆柱形铝壳2包装锂离子电池芯1,并经端盖3或橡胶塞9同向引出正负导针4、5,采用滚动封口装置封口成型出滚动封口带7和束腰带8的圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,其结构简单,生产效率高,封装质量可靠。
在锂离子电池制作过程中,首先将卷绕好的锂离子电池芯1正负导针4、5由端盖3或橡胶塞9穿过,或将正负导针4、5与正负极耳10、11铆接在端盖3上,然后再将带有端盖3或橡胶塞9的锂离子电池芯1装入圆柱形铝壳2中,最后再把装有锂离子电池芯1的圆柱形铝壳2与端盖3或橡胶塞9一起经滚动封口装置封口,并在圆柱形铝壳2端口滚动成型出封口带7和束腰带8,完成本发明锂离子电池的加工制作。
本发明圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,针对不同电器对锂离子电池使用时的接入方式,由端盖3或橡胶塞9同向引出的正负导针4、5或铆接的正负极耳10、11可方便的与电器线路进行串联或并联连接,以提供大容量、大功率和高电压的锂离子电池供电器使用。
圆柱形铝壳2底部设有的防爆压痕6,防爆压痕6为“X”形,或为“Y”形,或其它可用于防爆的压痕形状,当锂离子电池在使用中出现破损泄漏、过充、高温情况下而产生的气体,可由防爆压痕6的泄气口处及时得到释放,防止锂离子电池引起爆炸,提高了本发明锂离子电池使用的安全可靠性。

Claims (4)

1.一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,包括锂离子电池芯(1),其特征在于,所述的锂离子电池芯(1)装于圆柱形铝壳(2)中,正负极连接的正导针(4)、负导针(5)由端盖(3)引出,所述的锂离子电池芯(1)通过滚动成型的封口带(7)和束腰带(8)密封于圆柱形铝壳(2)中,于圆柱形铝壳(2)底部平面上设有防爆压痕(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,其特征在于,所述正负极连接的正导针(4)和负导针(5)或由端盖(3)同向引出分别与正极耳(10)、负极耳(11)铆接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,其特征在于,所述的圆柱形铝壳(2)顶端封装端盖(3)或为橡胶塞(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱形铝壳束腰封口正负极同向引出的锂离子电池,其特征在于,所述的圆柱形铝壳(2)底部平面上设有防爆压痕为“X”形,或为“Y”形。
