本发明涉及一种换热器用复合管,包括由导热且耐腐蚀材料制成的金属外套管,金属外套管内呈偏心状套设有金属内套管,对应金属内套管外壁与金属外套管内壁之间的余量腔内紧密嵌设有胀紧导热扁管,胀紧导热扁管一侧紧贴金属内套管外壁,金属内套管和胀紧导热扁管分别与金属外套管内壁紧贴相抵,所述胀紧导热扁管内腔填充有导热材料。采用该结构的换热器用复合管,金属外套管采用耐腐蚀性材料制成,其耐腐蚀性得到有效提高,从而提高换热器使用寿命。

一种换热器用复合管
技术领域
本发明涉及热泵用换热器技术领域,尤其是一种结构合理、耐腐蚀性好、导热性能好的换热器用复合管。
背景技术
现有热泵用的换热器,其换热管多采用单管式设置,其工作原理是通过管体内、外之间流动的流质体与水在流动过程中进行热量交换,其结构简单,传热性能较好,但单管式管体外壁与流质体长期接触,抗腐蚀能力差,影响换热器使用寿命;而且,单管式管体换热面积有限,传热效果不能进一步提升;再者,如果换热管中的流质体泄漏出来进入水中,它将污染水体而损害人体健康.所以要做到万一流质体泄漏出来也不能让它进入水中,只能让它进入一个与水隔开的管道或容器中,并将它排出水箱外才是安全的,而特殊材质的金属管如钛、不锈钢等虽然化学性能和机械性能好,也不能解决第二个问题,因此,两层管复合是一种很好的选择,现急需提出一种集合上述材料优点的新型的换热管。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足之处,而提供一种结构简单,增加换热面积,且具有良好的导热性能和耐腐蚀性的换热器用复合管;同时也解决了万一流质体泄漏污染水质的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种换热器用复合管,其结构特点是:包括由导热且耐腐蚀材料制成的金属外套管,金属外套管内呈偏心状套设有金属内套管,对应金属内套管外壁与金属外套管内壁之间的余量腔内紧密嵌设有胀紧导热扁管,胀紧导热扁管一侧紧贴金属内套管外壁,金属内套管和胀紧导热扁管分别与金属外套管内壁紧贴相抵,所述胀紧导热扁管内腔填充有导热材料。采用该结构的换热器用复合管,由金属内套管和金属外套管组成内、外复合管形式,金属外套管内壁与金属内套管外壁之间的余量腔内还嵌设胀紧导热扁管,胀紧导热扁管与金属内套管两者呈相互胀紧状紧贴,且胀紧导热扁管内腔还填充有导热材料,例如超导热物质或者导热极好的纳米材料,从而大大提高导热性能;再者,金属外套管采用耐腐蚀性材料制成,其耐腐蚀性得到有效提高,从而提高换热器使用寿命。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,所述胀紧导热扁管呈月牙状,由于金属内套管和金属外套管内、外壁均为圆弧状,月牙状的胀紧导热扁管能以最大面积地与金属内套管和金属外套管内、外壁相互贴近,最大限度地提高管体之间的换热面积,增大传热面积,提高导热性能。
所述金属外套管采用紫铜或钛或不锈钢等耐腐蚀性的金属管制成。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)、采用该结构的换热器用复合管,由金属内套管和金属外套管组成内、外复合管形式,金属外套管内壁与金属内套管外壁之间的余量腔内还嵌设胀紧导热扁管,胀紧导热扁管与金属内套管两者呈相互胀紧状紧贴,且胀紧导热扁管内腔还填充有导热材料,例如超导热物质或者导热极好的纳米材料,从而大大提高导热性能;再者,金属外套管采用耐腐蚀性材料制成,其耐腐蚀性得到有效提高,从而提高换热器使用寿命。
(2)、所述胀紧导热扁管呈月牙状,由于金属内套管和金属外套管内、外壁均为圆弧状,月牙状的胀紧导热扁管能以最大面积地与金属内套管和金属外套管内、外壁相互贴近,最大限度地提高管体之间的换热面积,增大传热面积,提高导热性能。
(3)、当金属内套管内的流质体泄漏,由于金属内套管外还设有金属外套管,所以流质体不会因泄漏而出来进入水中,而是进入金属内套管外壁与金属外套管内壁之间的腔体内,与水隔开,并将它排出水箱外,安全可靠,不会对人体造成伤害。

所述金属外套管外壁1可加套翅片(图中未画出)以进一步增加换热面积。
