本实用新型涉及一种双壁套管式换热器,属于套管式换热器的改进技术。
背景技术
目前单壁式套管换热器在空气源热泵热水机领域应用非常广泛,但因套管式换热器承受高温高压,因此,长时间运行后,制冷剂容易泄漏,影响了系统的运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够满足能量交换,保证系统长时间运行后,制冷剂不会泄漏,性能稳定,环保的双壁套管式换热器,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种双壁套管式换热器,包括外管及置于外管内的第一铜管,第一铜管内流有制冷剂,其结构特征在于上述第一铜管的外侧设置有第二铜管,第二铜管与外管之间装有冷却水,第二铜管和第一铜管之间装有导热介质。
本实用新型由于采用在第一铜管的外侧设置有第二铜管,第二铜管与外管之间装有冷却水,第二铜管和第一铜管之间装有导热介质的结构,双层管壁能够承受高温高压,系统长时间运行后制冷剂不会泄漏,保证系统稳定运行,另外,由于第一铜管和第二铜管之间为导热介质,增强了两管壁间的换热,不仅能够满足能量交换,而且使系统运行更加稳定可靠。
