本实用新型涉及一种石墨搅拌釜,包括釜体,其创新点在于:该釜体从外向内依次由钢制壳体、夹层和石墨内胆三层构成;所述釜体顶端中心开有搅拌口,搅拌口四周分布与内腔导通的出汽口、视镜口、测压口、人孔和放空口,釜体侧壁开有石墨进、出料管、测温口以及一对液位接口,釜体底部中心设有出料口,四周分布有氨气进口,钢制壳体开有与夹层连通的进汽口、冷凝液出口和排污口。釜体上开有各种接口,方便进行各种化工生产,石墨内胆构成的釜体内腔具有耐腐蚀、耐高温的优点,加热用蒸汽或冷却水通过钢制壳体上的进汽口或冷凝液出口在夹层内不断循环,对具有良好导热性能的石墨内胆中的物料进行加热和冷却,加热或冷却效果好,提高了生产效率。

背景技术
传统的搅拌釜为钢制外壁和搪瓷内胆结构,其虽然有较好的耐腐蚀、耐高温的优点,但热传导性较差,进行加热或冷却时效果差,造成资源的浪费。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐腐蚀高温且导热性能好的石墨搅拌釜。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种石墨搅拌釜,包括釜体,其创新点在于:该釜体从外向内依次由钢制壳体、夹层和石墨内胆三层构成;所述釜体顶端中心开有搅拌口,搅拌口四周分布与内腔导通的出汽口、视镜口、测压口、人孔和放空口,釜体侧壁上部开有伸入釜体内腔底部的石墨进、出料管,侧壁上还开有测温口以及一对与釜体内腔连通的液位接口,釜体底部中心设有出料口,出料口四周分布有氨气进口,所述釜体的钢制壳体上部开有与夹层连通的进汽口,底部开有冷凝液出口和排污口。
本实用新型的优点在于:釜体由钢制壳体、夹层和石墨内胆构成,石墨内胆构成的釜体内腔具有耐腐蚀、耐高温的优点,釜体上开有搅拌口、出汽口、视镜口、测压口、人孔、放空口以及石墨进、出料管等各种接口,方便进行各种化工生产。加热用蒸汽或冷却水通过钢制壳体上的进汽口或冷凝液出口在夹层内不断循环,对具有良好导热性能的石墨内胆中的物料进行加热和冷却,加热或冷却效果好,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,包括釜体1,该釜体1从外向内一次又钢制壳体1a、夹层1b和石墨内胆1c构成,釜体1顶端中心开有搅拌口s,搅拌口s四周分布有与内腔导通的出汽口c、视镜口d、测压口e、人孔f和放空口j,以及两个备用口a、b,釜体1的侧壁上部开有伸入釜体1内腔底部的石墨进、出料管g、h,侧壁上还是开有测温口L3以及一对与釜体内腔连通的液位接口L1、L2,釜体底部中心设有出料口m,出料口m四周分布有氨气进口n1、n2、n3、n4。釜体1的钢制壳体1a上部开有与夹层1b连通的进汽口i1、i2,底部开有冷凝液出口p和排污口t。

1.一种石墨搅拌釜,包括釜体,其特征在于:该釜体从外向内依次由钢制壳体、夹层和石墨内胆三层构成;所述釜体顶端中心开有搅拌口,搅拌口四周分布与内腔导通的出汽口、视镜口、测压口、人孔和放空口,釜体侧壁上部开有伸入釜体内腔底部的石墨进、出料管,侧壁上还开有测温口以及一对与釜体内腔连通的液位接口,釜体底部中心设有出料口,出料口四周分布有氨气进口,所述釜体的钢制壳体上部开有与夹层连通的进汽口,底部开有冷凝液出口和排污口。
