本实用新型涉及热泵用换热器技术领域,尤其是一种结构合理、耐腐蚀性好的带肋片的换热器用复合管。
背景技术
现有热泵用的换热器,其换热管多采用单管式设置,其工作原理是通过管体内、外之间流动的流质体与水在流动过程中进行热量交换,其结构简单,传热性能较好,但单管式管体壁部与流质体长期接触,抗腐蚀能力差,影响换热器使用寿命;而且,单管式管体换热面积有限,传热效果不能进一步提升;再者,如果换热管中的流质体泄漏出来进入水中,它将污染水体而损害人体健康.所以要做到万一流质体泄漏出来也不能让它进入水中,只能让它进入一个与水隔开的管道或容器中,并将它排出水箱外才是安全的,而特殊材质的金属管如钛、不锈钢等虽然化学性能和机械性能好,也不能解决此问题;因此,两层管复合是一种很好的选择,现急需提出一种集合上述材料优点的新型的换热管。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足之处,而提供一种结构简单,增加换热面积,且具有良好的导热性能和耐腐蚀性的带肋片的换热器用复合管;同时也解决了万一流质体泄漏污染水质的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带肋片的换热器用复合管,包括换热管本体,其结构特点是:所述换热管本体外通过滚扎拉制复合具有耐腐蚀性的金属外套管,换热管本体外壁与金属外套管内壁紧密贴合且金属外套管外壁通过滚扎后形成沿外侧延伸的至少一条肋片。采用该结构的换热器用复合管,由换热管本体和金属外套管组成内、外复合管形式,结合滚扎拉制工艺,使金属外套管外壁形成沿外侧延伸的至少一条肋片,从而增加换热面积,且金属外套管采用耐腐蚀性材料制成,其导热性和耐腐蚀性得到有效提高,从而提高换热器使用寿命。
作为本实用新型的具体实施方式,所述对应肋片的金属外套管两内壁之间焊接连接,连接牢固,有效提高产品使用寿命。
所述金属外套管采用紫铜或钛或不锈钢等耐腐蚀性的金属管制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)、采用该结构的换热器用复合管,由换热管本体和金属外套管组成内、外复合管形式,结合滚扎拉制工艺,使金属外套管外壁形成沿外侧延伸的至少一条肋片,从而增加换热面积,且金属外套管采用耐腐蚀性材料制成,其导热性和耐腐蚀性得到有效提高,从而提高换热器使用寿命。
(2)、当换热管本体内的流质体泄漏,由于换热管本体外还设有金属外套管,所以流质体不会因泄漏而出来进入水中,而是进入换热管本体外壁与金属外套管内壁之间的腔体内,与水隔开,并将它排出水箱外,安全可靠,不会对人体造成伤害。

第一实施例,如图1至图2示,一种带肋片的换热器用复合管,包括换热管本体1,所述换热管本体1外通过滚扎拉制复合具有耐腐蚀性的金属外套管2,换热管本体1外壁101与金属外套管2内壁201紧密贴合且金属外套管2外壁202通过滚扎后形成沿外侧延伸的至少一条肋片3,所述对应肋片3的金属外套管2两内壁4之间焊接连接,所述金属外套管2可以采用紫铜或钛或不锈钢等耐腐蚀性的金属管制成。
一种实现上述带肋片的换热器用复合管的工艺方法,首先,将换热管本体1以偏心形式套设在金属外套管2内,如图1;然后通过滚扎拉制,金属外套管2外壁202滚扎形成肋片3,如图2。
第二实施例,如图3至图4示,其结构与第一实施例相似,不同之处在于,肋片3数量可以通过滚扎拉制模具不同而形成2到50范围内数量,其实现上述带肋片的换热器用复合管的工艺方法,首先,将换热管本体1以同轴心形式套设在金属外套管2内,如图3;然后通过滚扎拉制,金属外套管2外壁202滚扎形成数条肋片3。
