技术领域
本发明涉及具有支座在设备框架上的覆盖装载空间和能借助驱动件枢转的升降机悬臂的轨迹维持车辆。
背景技术
这种轨迹维持车辆是已知的(例如,参见US5,573,080)。通常,驾驶者或操作者座舱布置在设备框架端部,座舱之间设置覆盖区域,该区域用作多种目的,例如工作人员住地或装载空间。除了可伸展并可垂直调节的升降工作平台之外,该车辆还具有可以借助驱动件枢转的升降机悬臂。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供说明书开头部分提到的这种轨迹维持车辆,该车辆能以简化方式从装载空间进行卸载。
根据本发明,提供了一种轨迹维持车辆,具有支座在设备框架上的覆盖的装载空间和能借助驱动件枢转的升降机悬臂,装载壁连接到所述设备框架并用作存放于装载空间内的货物的中间存储部,所述装载壁能相对于车辆横向调节到侧向贴近所述装载空间的水平工作位置;且在非操作位置,所述装载壁被设计成具有台阶的上升阶梯,以供操作人员使用进入装载空间。
利用本发明的该实施方式,升降机悬臂的工作范围得到改善,因为现在在电气悬链和装载空间顶盖之间不再需要任何受约束运动。待装载货物可以当时码放或者中间存储在装载壁上,装载壁可以毫无障碍地由升降机悬臂存取。由于处于水平工作位置的装载壁侧向靠近装载空间定位——优选与装载空间处于相同高度,所以可以特别方便地管理将货物横向移出移入装载空间,而不需要特别的努力。这种方案的额外优势还在于,不需要位于顶板区域内的装载舱盖,装载舱盖可能带来麻烦。

具体实施方式
轨迹维持车辆1,如图1和2所示,具有平台形式的设备框架2,设备框架借助原动驱动器4经由布置在端部的在轨下滑车3在轨迹5上移动。在车辆1的任一纵向端6、7上定位有各驾驶者或操作者座舱8、9。位于这两个座舱8、9之间的设备框架2区域包括顶板10,并由侧壁11闭合,以形成装载空间12。装载空间12可以从车辆1两个纵向侧经由装载门13进入。
在设备框架2一个纵向端7上安装有升降机14,升降机具有可垂直和横向调节的工作笼箱15。在另一纵向端6处,布置有升降机悬臂16,升降机悬臂16设计成可以借助驱动件17、18旋转、枢转和伸展,并且用于在轨迹维持车辆1工作过程中提升并运输货物19。设置在顶板10上的栏杆35用来保护操作人员。
现在还可以从图3中更为清楚地看到,装载壁20设置在装载门13下方区域内,所述装载壁20连接到设备框架2,围绕沿着车辆纵向延伸的轴线21枢转。在工作位置22(在图中以实线表示),用作货物19中间存储部的装载壁20,相对于车辆横向而言,侧向靠近装载空间12,或者甚至与其贴近,并且与装载表面36水平定位在相同高度。
在非操作位置23(以点划线示出),装载壁20位于在装载门13或装载表面36下方布置于垂直位置。由两个肘形杠杆24构成的联杆系25用于在两个所述位置22和23之间枢转装载壁20,所述联杆系25借助支撑在设备框架2上的液压驱动件26促动。这样,联杆系25配置地使其将装载壁20支撑在水平工作位置22,用于保护并将其刚性锁止就位。
在图中所示例子中,装载壁20设计成具有台阶27的上升阶梯28,该上升阶梯的上端29借助轴21安装到设备框架2,并且在非操作位置23时(见图1),可以用于让操作人员进入装载空间12。在工作位置22,可以在板件30的协助下建立平整的装载支撑表面31。
在图4a和4b中,可以看到本发明的替代方案,其中为简单起见,功能相同的部件以与图1至3相同的附图标记指代。
图4a示出了装载壁20,装载壁布置在轨迹维持车辆1的设备框架2下方,并且可以在伸缩延伸引导件32的协助下沿着车辆横向位移到靠近装载空间12的工作位置。
在图4b中,示出了进一步的实施方式,其中装载壁20在处于垂直非操作位置23时,形成车辆1侧壁11的一部分,并且在操作时,向外或向下折叠到水平工作位置22。在所述变形方案中,另外提供了在驱动件34的协助下由垂直伸缩引导件33垂直调节装载壁20的可能性,即从装载壁20侧向靠近装载空间12的上工作位置22移动到装载壁20位于地面水平的下工作位置22(参见点划线)。这样可以特别方便地到达装载壁20,用于定位并中间存放货物19。

Claims (4)

1.一种轨迹维持车辆,具有支座在设备框架(2)上的覆盖的装载空间(12)和能借助驱动件(17、18)枢转的升降机悬臂(16),其特征在于,装载壁(20)连接到所述设备框架(2)并用作存放于装载空间(12)内的货物(19)的中间存储部,所述装载壁(20)能相对于车辆横向调节到侧向贴近所述装载空间(12)的水平工作位置(22);且
所述装载壁被定位成使得待装载货物码放在该装载壁上,并且所述装载壁被定位成由升降机悬臂存取。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述装载壁(20)设计为具有台阶(27)的上升阶梯(28),为了枢转到所述水平工作位置(22),所述上升阶梯上端(29)经由沿着车辆纵向延伸的轴(21)连接到所述设备框架(2)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述装载壁(20)经由联杆系(25)连接到所述设备框架(2),所述联杆系设计用于将所述装载壁(20)固紧并固定到其水平工作位置(22)。
