染料的供给在许多技术领域中是关键性的,例如在化妆品、个人护理和健康组合物、洗涤剂组合物的制备中,以及在印刷技术中,等等。
掺有染料以用于这些领域中的颗粒描述于WO-A-2004/081222。该文献描述了采用熟知的溶胶-凝胶方法来制备胶囊包封染料的方法,所述溶胶-凝胶方法是指获得核/壳结构的乳液技术(染料核被诸如二氧化硅的材料壳所包围)。现有技术颗粒的其它实例可参见US-A-2005/0276774和US-A-2005/0265938,它们分别描述了经由分散技术和胶束形成来制备此类颗粒。然而,本领域已知的颗粒通常显示,染料会从它们所掺入的颗粒中渗漏出来,这显然是不可取的。
因此,需要新型染料颗粒,所述染料颗粒能够确实且有效地掺入到多种最终组合物中,同时保留本领域已知的所有染料有益效果,即,良好的化学和物理稳定性、色牢性和着色强度以及可接受的环境特性,同时所述颗粒显示,在它们的使用寿命内,染料几乎不会从颗粒中渗漏出来,甚至完全不会从颗粒中渗漏出来。

发明详述
本文所公开的量纲和值不应当被理解为是对所述精确值的严格限制。相反,除非另外指明,每个量纲旨在表示所述值以及所述值附近的功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40nm”的量纲旨在表示“约40nm”。
在本发明上下文中,术语“胶囊包封”应被理解为是指染料被胶囊包封剂完全包围或包封,从而牢固地保留在所述颗粒中。根据本文实施例4中所述的方法测定,按掺入到所述颗粒中的染料总量计,渗漏度达到小于5重量%,优选小于2重量%,更优选小于1重量%。
本发明的颗粒和包含在本发明颗粒内的胶囊包封剂均是无定形的。在本发明的上下文中,术语“无定形”是指按下列方法测定,在长度为0.1至50nm的一维、二维或三维空间中无长程晶序,所述方法为主体样本上的粉末x射线衍射(XRD)与相同主体样本代表性部分的透射电子显微镜术(TEM)的组合:
(a)在x射线衍射图中存在对应于0.37至0.42nm d-间距的中心位于2个θ角之间的宽峰,半高宽(FWHM)位于5至10度2θ之间;
(b)缺乏尖锐粉末x射线衍射峰,相应于晶体学平面间距间隔0.37至0.42nm;
(c)经由切片制得的样本TEM成像确定,缺乏中晶序(其中各自的最高次布拉格峰位于2至50nm范围内-有序介观结构化材料的特征);
(d)在两个θ角度范围内缺乏对应0.1至50nm d-间距的多个尖峰。
此定义不包括孔径为2至50nm、按平移晶序排列的有序中孔材料,诸如MCM-41、MCM-48和SBA-15。
在本发明上下文中,术语“硅质”具有其本领域已知的标准含义。更具体地讲,硅质材料是涉及或包含二氧化硅或硅酸盐的一种材料。所述胶囊包封剂优选二氧化硅本身。然而,无定形二氧化硅结构内一定比例的硅任选可被其它元素诸如硼、铅、钛、锡、锆和/或铝取代。可使用这种二氧化硅骨架的取代,以根据二氧化硅基颗粒的具体应用来调节它们的性质。例如,加入硼、铅、锡、锆和/或铝可获得不同的折射率。
此外,根据所需的颗粒应用和/或功效,期望它们在它们的结构中还另外包含一种或多种无机颗粒,使得它们不仅包含硅质胶囊包封剂和一种或多种染料,而且还包含离散的无机颗粒,优选难熔颗粒,诸如二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铝、以及它们的混合物。例如,氧化钛和氧化锌可提供附加的防晒有益效果。此类附加颗粒优选具有小于约1μm,优选小于100nm的质均粒度。
染料分子通常存在于颗粒内一个以上区域或“孔穴”中,这有利于使染料与颗粒的体积比例或重量比率最大化,从而使最终包含于所需最终组合物(例如化妆品、健康产品、美容产品或洗涤剂产品,或墨组合物)中的染料量最大化,同时使此类组合物中的染料颗粒总比例最小化。不考虑所述颗粒内的染料区域或“孔穴”数,每个颗粒均被胶囊包封剂完全包围或包封,从而将所述染料牢固地保留在其中。因此,在颗粒自身结构内,胶囊包封剂可被看作连续相或基质,而染料可被看作包含在不连续相中。由此得出,“胶囊包封剂”是可用于达到此效果的试剂。
在这方面,胶囊包封剂在性质上可被认为是聚合物,因为它在其结构内趋于具有交联性。本发明的颗粒优选具有尽可能高的交联度,使得染料可最有效地保留在所得颗粒中,并且不会从中渗出。可使用标准技术诸如傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)或固态核磁共振光谱(固态NMR)来观测交联度。理想的是,如前所述,根据本文实施例4中所述的方法测定,按掺入到所述颗粒中的染料总量计,渗漏度达到小于5重量%,优选小于2重量%,更优选小于1重量%。
此外,本发明的颗粒还包含均匀分布在胶囊包封剂内的一种或多种染料。在本发明上下文中,染料的这种“均匀分布”被理解为是指染料在分子水平上均匀分布在整个颗粒内。这是指,经由下至2nm范围或放大率的微观技术,不可看到或识别出通常存在于一个或多个区域或“孔穴”中的染料。换句话讲,在该水平的微观放大率下,本发明的颗粒表现为均匀或单一的物质。这可清楚地由图1所示的AFM图像示出,所述图像是对采用超薄切片从颗粒内部切出并且嵌入到树脂中的部分,使用敲击模式的原子力显微镜拍摄而得的。由此技术研究的本发明颗粒是本文实施例1中的颗粒。
图1(a)-(c)左手侧的AFM图像显示颗粒内其长度方面的变化,而图1右手侧的AFM图像显示颗粒内的相变。每个图像均显示,颗粒组成在此区域范围内且实际上降至至少2nm的范围内(即“在分子水平上”)是基本均匀的。图1(a)-(c)右手侧的相图基本上记录了基于颗粒样本微分硬度的图像。从相图像上,实际可以得出以下结论:在几乎至最高放大图像分辨极限下,颗粒是质地均匀的。因此,可以得出以下结论:将染料分子保留于其中的任何胶囊包封剂罐笼或孔穴平均直径或尺寸从而必须在小于约2nm范围内。此外,AFM图像没有辨识出任何染料聚集体区域,所述区域应显得较软,并且在所述相图中呈现不同的颜色。因此,AFM结果似乎表明,染料分子均匀地分布在二氧化硅网络内的孔穴或罐笼中。
因此,不受理论的束缚,由图1(a)-(c)中的AFM图像尤其清楚显示的所述颗粒的组成同质性似乎是将染料保留于颗粒内的关键。在现有技术颗粒中,没有发现此同质性。
现在转向包含在本发明颗粒中的染料,有多种染料适用于此目的。在本发明的上下文中,术语“染料”是指需要掺入到颗粒中并且无限期保留在该颗粒内的任何染料或着色剂。包含在本发明颗粒内的染料实例包括但不限于所选最终应用中通常所用的染料或着色剂。例如,如化妆品组合物、健康组合物、个人护理组合物和洗涤剂组合物应用中所用的染料的适宜性受机构(诸如美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)以及其它国家相同实体)的管理。通常,适用于本发明的染料可以为阳离子型、阴离子型、中性型、两性型、两性离子型或两亲型,优选阳离子型染料,因为染料分子上的正电荷可与硅质胶囊包封剂上的残余负电荷相互作用,而促使染料保留在胶囊包封材料内。所述染料通常选自常规已知的染料类型,诸如中性染料即衍生自天然源的那些或其合成等同物,偶氮染料,靛青染料,三芳基甲烷染料,蒽醌染料,黄嘌呤(氧杂蒽)染料,硝基磺酸盐染料,嵌二萘染料,噻吩染料,喹啉染料及衍生物,色淀,复合材料或它们的混合物,具体地讲是FDA允许使用的那些。下表(1和2)提供了适宜染料的实例,它们的常规染料类型示于括弧内。
所述染料可以未搀杂的形式使用,或者可将它修饰以改善其对本发明方法的适宜性。具体地讲,可通过用一价有机抗衡离子诸如铵或四甲基铵离子交换金属离子来改善包含阴离子基团和一价碱金属抗衡离子诸如钠的某些染料的效力。
尤其优选的着色剂或染料包括氧杂蒽染料、三芳基甲烷染料、蒽染料和单偶氮染料。
染料在本发明颗粒中的含量可根据颗粒所需的应用或功效而变化,并且还取决于选择包含在所述颗粒内的染料类型。染料在本发明颗粒内的比例按所述颗粒的重量计为3%至20%。染料的比例按所述颗粒的重量计优选在5%至15%的范围内,并且更优选为8%至12%。已发现,这些范围恰好等于用于制备所述颗粒的原料百分比。
本发明的颗粒具有体积平均粒度,所述粒度使得它们可用于所选的最终应用中。例如,如果颗粒待用于化妆品或美容制剂中,则希望它们不会为肉眼所觉察。因此,此类颗粒通常具有小于约70μm的平均粒度。然而,例如,如果所述颗粒预定用于洗涤剂或其它制剂中,则它们可具有更大的粒度。就化妆品应用而言,平均粒度一般在大于0至10μm范围内,优选在大于0至5μm范围内,更优选大于0至小于1μm,并且甚至更优选10nm至小于1μm。采用本领域的标准技术,诸如经由使用MalvernSizer 2000设备的光散射技术,或经由扫描电镜(SEM)技术,来测定颗粒的平均粒度。
本发明的颗粒可具有适于所考虑最终用途的任何形状。如本发明所述的颗粒优选为球形,因为此类颗粒可具有更加可预测的性质,诸如光学和流变学性质。在化妆品应用中,由于球形颗粒可通过提供滚珠型功效而用作润滑剂,因此它们还可提供改善的皮肤感觉。
本发明的颗粒可通过无定形硅质胶囊包封剂来实现其中染料的有效保留。本发明提供具有良好的化学和物理稳定性、色牢性和着色强度以及可接受的环境特性的颗粒。低染料渗漏的推论是,如本发明所述的二氧化硅胶囊包封物表面具有与二氧化硅本身相似的特性,而与掺入到其中的染料无关。因此,所述颗粒能够确实且有效地掺入到组合物中以在多种应用中用于提供着色剂,所述染料显示它们几乎不会至不会从它们所掺入的组合物中渗漏出来,同时所述染料可向所述组合物提供比本领域着色剂更牢固的着色。鉴于此,由于单独的染料可牢固地保留在本发明颗粒中,因此本发明的颗粒可有效地用于提供先前无法获得的染料组合。
此外,本发明的染料颗粒可被配制到批量着色剂组合物中以供便利地“即用”于所需的最终组合物中。这是尤其有利的,因为为了提供正确配制的最终组合物,当前配制的最终组合物通常需要具有它们所有单独组分(包括它们的着色剂)的特殊定制的制剂。因此,使用本发明的着色剂颗粒,由于能够配制批量最终产品组合物,而避免了对此重复、耗时从而不经济的“定制”制剂的需要,所述批量最终产品组合物随后可按需要,使用包含预定比例的由本发明制得的染料颗粒的批量着色剂组合物进行着色。
本发明的颗粒可由任何适宜的已知方法制得,但是优选由气溶胶方法制得。参照图2来描述适宜的气溶胶方法。更详细地讲,一般经由泵装置(4)将液体形式的胶囊包封剂(1)和染料(2)与载气(5)一起引入到喷雾室(3)中,所述载气通常为惰性气体诸如氮气,或由例如常规方法干燥的空气。液体形式的染料和胶囊包封剂可以是溶液、悬浮液或分散体,并且优选均为溶液。液体形式的胶囊包封剂通常包含至少一种硅质胶囊包封剂本身的来源或前体,其在气溶胶方法中,最终提供所需的硅质胶囊包封剂。胶囊包封剂来源可被认为是预聚物,因为在雾化期间,它将聚合或交联以形成所需的硅质胶囊包封剂。所述硅质前体优选是有机的。可用于气溶胶方法中以形成本发明颗粒的适宜来源或前体包括本领域常规用于形成例如二氧化硅、硅酸盐和沸石的所有那些材料。可用二氧化硅前体的具体实例包括原硅酸四甲酯(TMOS)、原硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)、原硅酸四丙酯(TPOS)、原硅酸四异丙酯(TiPOS)、原硅酸四丁酯(TBOS)、可被例如阳离子诸如钠或铵改性以使它可以硅酸钠(还被称为水玻璃)或硅酸铵形式提供的硅酸。从安全性角度上看,TEOS是尤其优选的二氧化硅来源,因为所述方法的副产物为乙醇(而不是TMOS情形下的甲醇)。
如易于由技术人员确定并且如技术人员通常已知的,大约有三分之一重量的前体转变成颗粒。例如,二氧化硅(SiO2)分子量为60g/mol,而TEOS分子量为208g/mol,因此制得的二氧化硅重量为TEOS量的60/208或0.29倍。就TMOS而言,所述值为0.39(TMOS的分子量为152g/mole)。
此外,胶囊包封于本发明颗粒内的染料量易于由技术人员计算出来。例如,如果需要10%的染料载量,则如上所述记住需要多少前体,直截了当地计算出所需的染料量(例如,10.4g TEOS和0.33g染料的前体溶液获得包含90%二氧化硅(3g二氧化硅)和10%染料(0.33g染料)的二氧化硅颗粒)。
本发明中所用的溶剂将取决于原料的疏水性。TEOS、TMOS和TPOS是疏水性的,因此一般可溶于基本非水性的材料中,例如为醇溶液,诸如乙醇、甲醇、正丙醇、异丙醇和/或丁醇(即,正丁醇、2-丁醇、异丁醇或叔丁醇)溶液。作为另外一种选择,也可使用例如丙酮或一种或多种其它溶剂的溶液。硅酸和硅酸盐是亲水性的,因此可溶解于亲水性溶剂诸如水中。所用溶剂的量易于由技术人员确定。实际上,下限可由原料的溶解度参数确定,而上限是实践值。使用的溶剂越多,最终颗粒就越小并且生产量就越小。
虽然溶剂可以是非水性的,然而仍需要一些水以在雾化前将前体诸如TEOS水解成硅酸。雾化前水解对于使随后所得颗粒中的孔数最少化,从而对于使胶囊包封染料渗漏最小化而言是重要的。通常,含水部分优选为酸性溶液。pH将大于1且小于7,并且大约为2是有利的,因为这位于二氧化硅自身等电点或在其附近。可采用本领域通常使用的技术,例如加入酸,按需要调节前体液体形式的pH。优选用于该目的的酸为盐酸。如下所述,可将具有所需pH的水作为二氧化硅前体的溶剂或作为染料的溶剂来引入。
掺入到本发明颗粒中的染料可以酸性、碱性或中性液体形式提供到气溶胶方法中。优选以一种或多种此领域常用溶剂的溶液形式提供一种或多种染料,所述溶剂优选为水或醇,诸如甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇或丁醇(如前所定义),并且尤其优选乙醇或水。高度优选以水溶液的形式提供所述染料,并且便利地为含水的乙醇溶液。可能需要通过以盐的形式提供活性物质,例如与常用的阳离子诸如钠、铵或钾形成的那些,或同样经由如上所述的常规方法,通过调节染料和溶剂混合物的pH来辅助活性物质溶于所选溶剂中。
如上所述,希望在产生气溶胶以形成本发明颗粒中,液体形式的胶囊包封剂和染料中有至少一种应是含水的。通常优选以含水液体形式提供染料,而通常以非水性形式提供硅质前体。在反应介质中存在水将有助于二氧化硅前体预水解,这继而有助于前体随后聚合形成包含少量孔的所需胶囊包封剂。为此目的,液体形式的染料和前体优选在进入到气溶胶室之前就混合在一起。
此外,如上所述,如果硅质胶囊包封剂在其结构中掺有除二氧化硅以外的其它无机材料,则这些也可以此类材料常规来源的液体形式提供到气溶胶方法中。如果期望包含例如二氧化钛,则包含溶解于适当溶剂诸如乙醇中的钛酸四乙酯溶液是适宜的。
参照图2,描述了适宜的气溶胶方法,其中将胶囊包封剂(1)和染料(2)混合,然后一般经由泵装置(4),以液体形式与载气(5)一起引入到喷雾室(3)中,所述载气通常为惰性气体诸如氮气,或由例如常规方法干燥的空气。
喷嘴(6),诸如图3和2中所示的那个,通常用于气溶胶方法中,由此将染料(2)和试剂(1)经由中心管引入,并且将载气(5)经由喷嘴外管引入。此类喷嘴通常称为“双流喷嘴”,然而也可使用通常用于产生气溶胶的其它喷嘴类型。双流喷嘴是优选的,因为载气流截断或分割染料和胶囊包封剂中心流,从而有利于更有效地形成包含胶囊包封剂和染料的喷滴。虽然图2和3中所示的设备示出了向下型喷嘴,但是应当理解,包括向上喷雾设备在内的所有常规类型的气溶胶设备均适用于所述气溶胶方法中。实际上,优选所称的“向上喷雾”体系,其中希望直接从例如喷雾室中分离出具有不同粒度的颗粒。
形成于喷雾室(3)中的液滴通常在所述室中保留大于0至最多约三分钟范围内的一段停留时间。停留时间可影响孔隙率,并且在有限的程度上影响所得颗粒的粒度。例如,为获得约3至5μm的平均粒度和最小的孔隙率,适宜采用约10秒的停留时间。当存在于喷雾室中时,胶囊包封剂经历自身内交联,从而形成具有牢固的笼状结构或网络的液滴,染料被牢固地保留在所述结构或网络内。当然,此外,还需将溶剂蒸发掉。如本发明所述的颗粒通常具有的直径是喷雾到喷雾室(3)内的液滴直径的一半。
然后以常规的方式,例如通过由位于管(8)末端的泵(7)产生的压降,将液滴从喷雾室移出,所述液滴自喷雾室进入所述管(8)内。一般来讲,通过例如加热器(9)将液滴在其中通过的管(8)加热至可有效干燥颗粒的温度。通常,采用的温度在约150℃至250℃范围内。以此方式加热液滴可促使缩合,从而促使硅质胶囊包封剂进一步交联,最终优选致使形成基本上完全交联的聚合物包封染料颗粒。
通常在将颗粒从气溶胶设备中回收之前或之后,可经由本领域普遍已知的任何装置诸如加热器来干燥气溶胶方法中制备的颗粒,所述回收同样以常规方式实现。
例如,在本发明方法后,所述颗粒可任选经历后续洗涤过程(如果需要如此),以确保所有染料牢固地胶囊包封于所述颗粒内并且没有染料残留在所述颗粒的表面上。为此目的,可使用常规的洗涤剂或溶剂诸如水、醇或丙酮,洗涤剂的选择通常取决于相关染料的溶解度特性。
由气溶胶方法制备本发明颗粒的条件不是关键性的。因此,可在本技术领域的技术人员期望的温度、压力和其它条件下实施雾化。然而,雾化通常且便利地在环境温度和压力条件下实施,即,在约18℃至25℃的室温下和约大气压的压力下实施。然而,应当理解,可按需要使用更低或更高的温度和压力。此外,无需将湿气从气溶胶设备中排出。因此,无需监测气溶胶设备内的相对湿度(RH),但是在环境条件下由常规技术测得,所述相对湿度通常小于50%。
如本发明所述的颗粒具有0.1m2/g至25m2/g,优选0.5m2/g至5m2/g,更优选0.5m2/g至3.5m2/g的比表面积。此外,如本发明所述的颗粒具有0.001至0.03cm3/g,优选0.001m3/g至0.011cm3/g的比内孔体积。采用氮孔隙度计,使用-196℃或77K温度下的氮来测定表面积和孔体积。将样本在120℃至150℃下泵抽至少4至6小时以从孔中移除吸附水,并且样本量优选为约0.5g。否则应依照采集高质量N2等温数据的标准方法。孔体积是直径小于50nm的内孔的孔体积总和,并且可使用“Barret-Joiner-Halenda”方法测得。
实施例
现在参照下列非限制性实例,更详细地描述本发明:
实施例1:制备吸附酒石黄(FD&C黄5号)的二氧化硅
在合成含酒石黄钠的二氧化硅的第一步中,采用具有离子交换树脂(Dowex 50W×8型,可从Dow Chemical Comp.(Michigan,USA)商购获得)的柱,将染料(可以商品名T0388-100G(CAS号1934-21-0)从Sigma商购获得)进行离子交换。这是必要的,因为使用商业酒石黄,会引起原硅酸四乙酯/乙醇/盐酸(TEOS/EtOH/HCl)胶囊包封剂混合物絮凝。
柱的制备
将柱填装317g Dowex 50W×8,以获得400mL柱床体积。
步骤1-洗涤:为移除残余的钠阳离子,在pH 6下,用2.51去离子水将所述柱洗脱5至10分钟。
步骤2-重调节:为移除结合的钠阳离子,用四批量的400mL 7%HCl,从一端至另一端洗涤所述柱。HCl在所述柱上的接触时间为45分钟。
步骤3-洗涤:与步骤1相同。
步骤4-填料:与步骤2相同,但是使用7%的氯化铵(NH4Cl)而不是HCl来进行。
步骤5-洗涤:与步骤1相同,目的是移除过量的铵阳离子。
染料的离子交换
在水和乙醇的酸性溶液中制备酒石黄钠的10%染料溶液,并且通过所述柱洗脱。将此溶液用于制备后续步骤中的含酒石黄的二氧化硅。
喷雾具有黄色染料的二氧化硅
使用10.4g TEOS、5.4g pH为约1.25的HCl和12.0g乙醇,分别制备两批量有色二氧化硅。将组分混合在一起,并且使所述混合物保持搅拌30分钟。理论上,此混合物应在雾化后提供3g二氧化硅。酒石黄溶液的加入量计算基于此二氧化硅理论量。接着使离子交换过的酒石黄溶液与4g乙醇混合。
然后将两种所得混合物共混在一起,使用1M HCl将pH调节至pH2.0,并且使所述共混物在搅拌下再保持10分钟。接着如下将所述共混物雾化并且喷雾干燥:
使用蠕动泵,以3mL/min的恒定速率将起始溶液共混物泵送到喷雾塔同轴双流喷嘴的中央流体出口处。同时,以20升/分钟(在STP下)的速率将压缩空气泵送至围绕中央流体出口同轴设置的外环出口处。中央流体出口直径为1mm;外径为1.5mm。如此喷雾,使得将湍流混合物推入到保持在环境温度下的喷雾室中。之后,将所述混合物加热至220℃以引发交联并且干燥所述颗粒。
洗涤颗粒
如下以200mL水每1g颗粒的比例,用去离子水洗涤所述颗粒:将5g颗粒放置于塑料瓶中,并且加入1000mL水。使所述混合物保持搅拌5分钟,然后将其以3500rpm速率离心10分钟。然后使沉淀物与上清液分离。
分离小颗粒
在烧杯中,使得自离心混合物的沉淀物与1000mL水混合并且静置沉淀两天。然后使用滚轮泵,将所得上清液泵送到另一个烧杯中。当将上清液泵送到另一烧杯中后,将它以3500rpm的速率离心20分钟,并且使用标准分离技术从液体中分离出所得沉淀物。然后将所得颗粒在50℃烘箱中干燥。
粒度测量
使用经由光散射测定粒度的Malvern Master Sizer 2000设备,测量所得颗粒的尺寸。所述粒度分布示于图4a中,其中
d(0.1):0.308μm(10%的颗粒具有低于指定体积平均值的尺寸)
d(0.5):0.539μm(50%的颗粒具有低于指定体积平均值的尺寸)
d(0.9):0.953μm(90%的颗粒具有低于指定体积平均值的尺寸)
实施例2:制备吸附苋菜红(酸性红27号)的二氧化硅
此红色染料溶解于水中,但它不溶于乙醇中。然而,由于它不会在与TEOS混合物共混时絮凝,因此无需将所述水溶液进行离子交换(如实施例1中的酒石黄那样进行的离子交换)。而且,虽然所述染料不溶于乙醇中,但是通过增加水在气溶胶混合物中的比例仍可直接使用它。
样本制备
使用10.4g TEOS、5.4g pH为2的HCl和12.0g乙醇,分别制备两批量有色二氧化硅。将组分混合在一起,并且使所述混合物保持搅拌30分钟。理论上,所述混合物应在雾化后提供3g二氧化硅。因此,苋菜红溶液(得自Sigma,目录号为A1016-100G(CAS号:915-67-3))的加入量计算基于此二氧化硅量。如下所示:0.3g苋菜红粉末和10.0g HCl(pH2)。将两种混合物混合在一起,并且使其搅拌10分钟。随后与实施例1一样,将所述混合物喷雾干燥、加热、洗涤、分离出颗粒并且测量粒度。粒度结果示于图4b中,并且:

d(0.5):0.592μm
d(0.9):1.130μm
实施例3:制备吸附羊毛罂红(FD&C蓝1号)的二氧化硅
此蓝色染料可溶于水和乙醇中,并且它无需将溶液离子交换。
样本制备
分别使用10.4g TEOS、5.4g HCl(pH2)和8.0g乙醇来制备两批量有色二氧化硅。将组分混合在一起,并且使所述混合物保持搅拌30分钟。理论上,所述混合物应在雾化后提供3g二氧化硅。因此,羊毛罂红溶液的加入量计算基于此二氧化硅量。如下所示:0.3g羊毛罂红粉末(得自Sigma/Aldrich,目录号861146-25G(CAS号3844-45-9))和2.0g HCl(pH2)的3g乙醇溶液。将两种混合物混合在一起,并且使其搅拌10分钟。随后与实施例1一样,将所述混合物喷雾干燥、加热、洗涤、分离出颗粒并且测量粒度。粒度结果示于图4c中,并且:

实施例4:染料释放/渗漏实验
实施例4A
对应实施例1、2和3中的各个产物,将0.2g吸附染料的颗粒放置于离心管中,并且加入10mL水/丙醇(1∶1)混合物。将管摇晃两分钟,并且离心。将上清液与沉淀物分离并且收集于瓶中。将此操作重复五次。将得自所有五次萃取的上清液混合,并且使用紫外光度计分析。结果示于下表(3)中。
结果表明,染料在水/丙醇混合物中的释放极低。
实施例4B
如下研究酒石黄从吸附不同量染料的二氧化硅中渗漏出来的程度。依次将1g分别吸附1%、5%、10%、12%和15%酒石黄的颗粒放置于瓶中并且加入100g水。将混合物保持搅拌3小时,之后使用注射器,从每个瓶中提取出5mL分份。用膜过滤器(0.45μm)将此分份过滤,并且用紫外可见分光光度计分析。在如图5所示的校准曲线的辅助下,以重量百分比(%)为单位计算每个样本的渗漏度。所述校准曲线显示了423nm下离子交换过的酒石黄水溶液的校准情况。
结果示于下表(4)中。
这些结果示于图6中,并且表明,就吸附酒石黄的颗粒而言,当颗粒中的酒石黄浓度大于12重量%时,染料渗漏度显著增加。
Claims (13)
1.一种无定形颗粒,所述无定形颗粒包含均匀分布的一种或多种被无定形硅质胶囊包封剂包封的染料,其中所述无定形颗粒包含按所述颗粒的重量计3%至20%的染料。
2.如权利要求1所述的颗粒,其中所述胶囊包封剂为二氧化硅。
3.如权利要求1所述的颗粒,其中所述硅质胶囊包封剂包含钛、锡、锆和铝中的一种或多种。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,其中所述一种或多种染料为阳离子型。
5.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,其中所述染料或每种染料为氧杂蒽染料、三芳基甲烷染料、蒽染料、单偶氮染料或它们的混合物。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,所述颗粒包含按所述颗粒的重量计5%至15%,优选8%至12%的所述一种或多种染料。
7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,所述颗粒还包含一种或多种类型的无机颗粒物质。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,所述颗粒具有0.5m2/g至5m2/g,优选0.5m2/g至3.5m2/g的比表面积。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,所述颗粒具有0.001至0.03cm3/g,优选0.001m3/g至0.011cm3/g的比内孔体积。
10.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,所述颗粒为球形。
11.如前述任一项权利要求所述的颗粒,所述颗粒可通过雾化酸性前体溶液,然后将所述雾化液滴加热以交联所述硅质胶囊包封剂来制备。
12.如前述任一项权利要求所述的多种颗粒,所述颗粒具有大于0至10μm,优选大于0至5μm,更优选大于0至小于1μm的平均粒度。
13.如权利要求7所述的多种颗粒,所述颗粒具有10nm至小于1μm的平均粒度。
