技术领域
本发明涉及电动潜油泵马达领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及增加热交换以冷却电动潜油泵马达。背景技术
在电潜泵机组中,电动潜油电机通常用来驱动附加的向心泵。电潜泵机组放置在油井井筒的底部,用来将油抽到地表。
电机通常充满了高精制矿物油或具有高绝缘强度的合成物。这些电机的设计和操作电压范围为230伏至7200伏,电流需求通常在12至200安培内变动。可以通过增加电机组的长度或直径来达到所需功率。已知较大的单电机组超过100英尺长并且额定功率高达400马力,而已知串联式电机接近90英尺长,功率高达750马力或更高。其它尺寸和输出功率也是可能的。
电机是由通常大约12至18英寸长的转子组成,转子安装在转子轴上,通过轴承与转子轴分开。转子轴承使得旋转部件在定子中定中心。注入在电机内的高绝缘油润滑了轴承并且有助于热交换。转子被置于由安装于壳体内的定子所产生的电磁区域内。
定子由大量个体薄片组成,与包括磁导线束的定子绕组一起组成电磁体。这些薄片形成了中空的圆柱体且其每个电磁体的一个磁极都指向中心。虽然定子没有发生物理运动,其电运动通过逐步增加地改变定子磁极的极性而产生,从而使它们的联合磁场得以旋转。在交流电动机,这是很容易完成的,因为每半个周期通过反转电流方向就会自动地改变每个定子磁极的极性。
转子也包含一系列布置在圆柱体上的电磁体,转子磁极正对着定子磁极。由于转子磁极总是试图跟随由定子产生的电场,所以转子仅通过磁性吸引力和排斥力就可以旋转。通常情况下,没有外部的电连接在转子上。相反,通过转子的电流由定子内产生的磁场感生而成。
这些被叠放在一起并被嵌入到电机壳体内的大量定子薄片会形成一些线口或者叠片槽而填充有包括磁导线束的定子绕组。通常的叠片由钢制成。每束导线上覆盖着高绝缘体涂层,使导线彼此不会发生短路。此外,高绝缘管或槽内衬通常插入叠片槽内,以进一步保护导线。电机绕组会产生震动,这会导致导线彼此磨损。如果导线的绝缘涂层被磨掉,那么将导致短路。为了防止这种情况,叠片槽通常涂清漆或环氧树脂,使得磁导线包裹形成单束,以防止磁导线互相摩擦。
三相感应式电动机通常产生大量的热量。热量必须散除否则电机将很快过热和失效。高绝缘油充注在电机中以利于热传递。通过将热量从电机内部传导至壳体外部的方式而使电机冷却,井流体流经电机并经由传导、对流和辐射的方式带走热量。用这种材料封装电线的一个缺点是,封装材料阻碍散热。发明内容
因此,本发明涉及提高电潜油泵电机的热交换。本发明的电动潜油泵组件下放入套管中,其中,电动潜油泵组件包括用于驱动离心泵的电机。该电机包括壳体及壳体内的多个定子叠片。每个定子叠片确定了一个中央孔和多个导线孔或叠片槽。轴穿过所述多个定子叠片的中心孔。多个转子安装在轴上并且定位于一中心位置,该中心位置由堆叠的多个定子叠片的每一个的中央孔确定。
多个磁导线通过由堆叠的多个定子叠片形成的多个叠片槽中的每一个叠片槽。热收缩包装围绕多个磁导线中的每一个,以确保磁导线成束。
在实践中,热收缩包装被插入电机的定子叠片的叠片槽中。加热定子叠片、热收缩包装和磁导线,以使热收缩包装收缩到磁导线外侧上,使磁导线由热收缩包装包裹成束并得以保护。
结果是,磁导线被有效地束扎在一起,使油自由穿过叠片槽内磁导线束周围的空间。由于流体可以通过和围绕绕组,绕组的整体温度将正常化,从而根本上减少在现有技术设计中倾向于出现的热点数量。附图说明

首先看图1所示油井10之中的套管12围绕在井筒周围。穿孔14位于套管中以使流体涌入。电动潜油泵组件16在管18上下放到油井10中。电动潜油泵组件16包括泵20,泵20具有泵进口22以使井流体进入。密封段24将泵20与电机26分开。井流体通过管18由泵20泵送到地面。
现在主要参考图2和图3,电机26包括一壳体28和大量定子叠片30,每个定子叠片30确定一个中央孔32(图3)和多个线孔或叠片槽34。轴36穿过所述多个定子叠片30的中央孔32。

使用热缩管44的优势是,磁导线42被固定在叠片槽34内使得热缩管44和叠片槽34内却之间的空间46(图3)得以保留。空间46允许绝缘流体通过叠片槽34,将有利于提高热交换。
在实践中,在磁导线42插入叠片槽34之前,将热缩管44插入到每一个叠片槽34中。接下来,将包含磁导线42的定子绕组插入热缩管44中。再将磁导线42加热到促使热缩管44收缩裹紧磁导线42的温度。
本发明的优点包括利用热缩管44将磁导线42束扎在一起以在电机运行时阻止磁线42的磨损。另一个优点是,传统上被用来固定磁导线42的清漆或环氧树脂被取消,从而使绝缘油自由通过叠片槽34内包围着热缩管44的空间。热油便可移动到壳体28附近的冷却区域,这大大增加了热交换。由于绝缘流体能够通过磁线42之间并围绕磁导线42,磁导线42整体的温度得以正常化,从而减少热点,而热点往往发生在填充叠片槽34的清漆或环氧树脂内。
因此,本发明能够很好地适用于实现上述目标并得到上述结果和优势以及其中固有的联系。尽管目前对实现本发明的目的而对优选实施例进行了描述,但对本领域技术人员来说显然可做出多种变更和变化。这些变更和变化也涵盖在由权利要求所限定的本发明的实质范围之内。

Claims (11)

1.一种油井,包括:
一井头;
在所述井头下面向下延伸的套管;
下放至所述套管内的电动潜油泵组件,所述电动潜油泵组件包括用于驱动离心泵的电机,所述电机包括:
壳体;
所述壳体内的多个定子叠片,每个定子叠片确定了一中央孔和多个叠片槽;
位于由所述多个定子叠片中的每一个的中央孔确定的中央区域内的多个转子,所述多个转子相对所述多个定子叠片旋转;
磁导线,所述磁导线穿过所述多个定子叠片的每一个的多个叠片槽中的每一个;
热收缩包装,其包裹磁导线以将所述磁导线固定成束;
其特征在于:包围所述磁导线的所述热收缩包装与所述叠片槽内侧之间的空间允许流体经过所述叠片槽中的磁导线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油井,其特征在于:该热收缩包装是热缩管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油井,其特征在于:该热收缩包装由聚醚醚酮制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油井,进一步包括:一热收缩包装附加层,该附加层包围围绕所述磁导线的所述热收缩包装。
5.一用于潜油泵组件的电机,所述电机包括:
壳体;
壳体中的多个定子叠片,每个定子叠片确定一中央孔和多个叠片槽;
位于一中央区域内的多个转子,该中央区域由所述多个定子叠片中的每一个的中央孔确定;
磁导线,其穿过所述多个定子叠片中的每一个内的所述多个叠片槽中的每一个;
热收缩包装,其围绕所述磁导线,以确保所述磁导线扎成束;
其特征在于:围绕所述多个磁导线的所述热收缩包装与所述叠片槽的内侧之间的空间允许流体流经所述叠片槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电机,其特征在于:该热收缩包装是热缩管。
7.根据权利要求5所述的电机,其中:该热收缩包装由聚醚醚酮制成。
8.根据权利要求5所述的电机,进一步包括:一热收缩包装附加层,该附加层包围围绕所述磁导线的所述热收缩包装。
9.一种用于提高潜油电泵的电机传热性能的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在电机的定子叠片的叠片槽中插入热收缩包装;
在所述定子叠片的所述叠片槽中插入多条磁导线;
加热所述磁导线,使所述热收缩包装收缩包裹在所述磁导线外面,确保磁导线扎成束,由此,在所述热收缩包装与所述叠片槽的内侧之间的空间允许流体在所述叠片槽内的成束磁导线周围流动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于:所述热收缩包装是热缩管。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,进一步包括:将第二层热收缩包装插入所述叠片槽中。
