本发明涉及一种具有加热熔融功能的滤板及加热熔融方法,它包括隔膜,首先在隔膜与滤板接触面上置有一圈或一圈以上的电加热丝或电加热片,电加热丝或电加热片安装在支架上,然后将带有支架的电加热丝或电加热片置入隔膜成型模内,然后采用塑料注塑成型或采用塑料模压成型方法注塑或模压成型,使电加热丝或电加热片嵌在隔膜与滤板的接触面的面上或嵌在接触面内。优点:一是实现了隔膜与滤板的接触面自导电加热熔融的目;二是实现了隔膜加热同时,其隔膜与滤板的接触面同时加热熔融粘接的目的且粘接密封性牢固可靠,可以有效地防止隔膜滤板工作过程中所发生的渗液或漏液现象;三是结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有加热熔融功能的隔膜及制备方法,使滤板具有加热熔融粘接功能,属于滤板制作领域。
背景技术
本申请原法人所有CN1288770C、名称“一种隔膜滤板及制作方法”,隔膜位于滤板上,采用加热的方法对位于滤板边框上的隔膜面直接加热使其与滤板边框熔融密封粘合。优点:不仅使隔膜与滤板的密封粘合性高度可靠,而且实现了人们长期以来想要解决的难题——在保证密封度高度可靠的前提下,换膜不换板;二是隔膜中凸凹伸缩隔膜纹结构的设计,解决了隔膜在鼓膜时,膜片硬力过分集中、影响隔膜寿命和鼓膜效果不佳的不足,不仅使滤饼的脱水率大幅度地提高,而且其隔膜的使用寿命大大的延长。背景技术中隔膜与滤板之间熔融粘合是将隔膜加热后,然后再与滤板粘合。其不足之处:一是虽然隔膜与滤板的面呈熔融状态,而滤板的面则呈非熔融状态,二者之间粘合牢固性差,易分离;二是易造成隔膜接触面熔融过度,直接影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种滤板具有加热熔融粘接功能的具有加热熔融功能的隔膜及制备方法。
设计方案:为了实现上述发明目的。隔膜与滤板的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件的设计,这是本发明的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于:位于隔膜与滤板接触面上的电加热丝或电加热片对隔膜进行加热时,由于隔膜与滤板接触面相触,因此在对隔膜进行加热同时,也是对滤板进行加热,使隔膜与滤板同时被加热熔融粘合,不仅能够使隔膜与滤板之间形成牢固的粘合,而且密封性好,能够有效地防止隔膜滤板在过滤过程中产生漏液或渗液现象。
技术方案1:具有加热熔融功能的隔膜,它包括隔膜,所述隔膜在隔膜与滤板的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件。
技术方案2:具有加热熔融功能隔膜的制备方法,它包括隔膜,首先电加热丝或电加热片安装在支架上,然后将带有支架的电加热丝或电加热片置入隔膜成型模内,隔膜在隔膜与滤板接触面上置有一圈或一圈以上的电加热丝或电加热片,然后采用塑料注塑成型或采用塑料模压成型方法注塑或模压成型,使电加热丝或电加热片嵌在隔膜的与滤板的接触面的面上或嵌在接触面内。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是实现了隔膜与滤板接触面间的导电加热熔融;二是隔膜导电加热同时,能够使与接触的滤板面同时加热熔融粘接且粘接密封、牢固可靠,可以有效地防止隔膜滤板工作过程中所发生的渗液或漏液现象;三是结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1。具有加热熔融功能的隔膜,它包括隔膜,所述隔膜在隔膜1与滤板3的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件2。滤板3和隔膜1的制作系现有技术,在此不作叙述。
实施例2:参照附图2。在实施例1的基础上,具有加热熔融功能隔膜的制备方法,它包括隔膜1,首先在电加热丝或电加热片2安装在支架上,然后将带有支架的电加热丝或电加热片2置入隔膜成型模内,隔膜在隔膜1与滤板3接触面上置有一圈或一圈以上的电加热丝或电加热片2,然后采用塑料注塑成型或采用塑料模压成型方法注塑或模压成型,使电加热丝或电加热片2嵌在隔膜的与滤板的接触面的面上或嵌在接触面内。
实施例3:在实施例1和2的基础上,隔膜1与滤板3电加热熔融粘合。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

3.一种具有加热熔融功能隔膜的制备方法,其特征是:首先电加热丝或电加热片安装在支架上,然后将带有支架的电加热丝或电加热片置入隔膜成型模内,然后采用塑料注塑成型或采用塑料模压成型方法注塑或模压成型,使电加热丝或电加热片嵌在隔膜的与滤板的接触面的面上或嵌在接触面内,隔膜在隔膜与滤板接触面上置有一圈或一圈以上的电加热丝或电加热片。
