Abstract
本发明涉及一种隔膜与滤板直接熔接的隔膜与滤板的熔接复合结构及加热熔融方法,它包括隔膜滤板,所述滤板与隔膜的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件,隔膜位于滤板上且在外力的作用下与滤板接触面相触,然后使滤板上的一圈或一圈以上加热元件通电发热,加热元件将滤板与隔膜的接触面同时加热熔融且在外力的作用下使滤板与隔膜的接触面熔融粘接为一体即可。优点:一是实现了滤板与隔膜接触面间的导电加热熔融;二是滤板导电加热的同时,能够使与接触的隔膜面同时加热熔融粘接且粘接密封、牢固可靠,可以有效地防止隔膜滤板工作过程中所发生的渗液或漏液现象;三是结构简单,使用方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔膜与滤板直接熔接的隔膜与滤板的熔接复合结构及加热熔融方法,属于隔膜滤板制作领域。
背景技术
本申请原法人所有CN1288770C、名称“一种隔膜滤板及制作方法”,隔膜位于滤板上,采用加热的方法对位于滤板边框上的隔膜面直接加热使其与滤板边框熔融密封粘合。优点:不仅使隔膜与滤板的密封粘合性高度可靠,而且实现了人们长期以来想要解决的难题——在保证密封度高度可靠的前提下,换膜不换板;二是隔膜中凸凹伸缩隔膜纹结构的设计,解决了隔膜在鼓膜时,膜片硬力过分集中、影响隔膜寿命和鼓膜效果不佳的不足,不仅使滤饼的脱水率大幅度地提高,而且其隔膜的使用寿命大大的延长。背景技术中隔膜与滤板之间熔融粘合是将隔膜加热后,然后再与滤板粘合。其不足之处:一是虽然隔膜与滤板的面呈熔融状态,而滤板的面则呈非熔融状态,二者之间粘合牢固性差,易分离;二是易造成隔膜接触面熔融过度,直接影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种滤板具有加热熔融粘接功能的隔膜与滤板的熔接复合结构及熔融复合方法。
设计方案:为了实现上述发明目的。滤板与隔膜的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件的设计,这是本发明的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于:由于位于滤板与隔膜接触面上的电加热丝或电加热片既可以对滤板进行加热同时,又可以对隔膜进行加热,使滤板与隔膜的接触面形成熔融粘合,不仅能够粘合牢固,而且密封性好,能够有效地防止隔膜滤板在过滤过程中产生漏液或渗液现象。
技术方案1:隔膜与滤板的熔接复合结构,它包括滤板和隔膜,所述滤板与隔膜的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件。
技术方案2:隔膜与滤板的熔融复合方法,它包括隔膜滤板,所述滤板与隔膜的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件,隔膜位于滤板上且在外力的作用下与滤板接触面相触,然后使滤板上的一圈或一圈以上加热元件通电发热,加热元件将滤板与隔膜的接触面同时加热熔融且在外力的作用下使滤板与隔膜的接触面熔融粘接为一体即可。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是实现了滤板与隔膜接触面间的导电加热熔融;二是滤板导电加热同时,能够使与接触的隔膜面同时加热熔融粘接且粘接密封、牢固可靠,可以有效地防止隔膜滤板工作过程中所发生的渗液或漏液现象;三是结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1。隔膜与滤板的熔接复合结构,它包括滤板1和隔膜3,所述滤板1与隔膜3的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件2。所述加热元件2为电加热丝或电加热片。滤板1和隔膜3的制作系现有技术,在此不作叙述。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,隔膜与滤板的熔融复合方法,它包括隔膜3与滤板1,所述滤板1与隔膜3的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件2,隔膜3位于滤板1上且在外力的作用下与滤板1接触面相触,然后使滤板1上的一圈或一圈以上加热元件2通电发热,加热元件2将滤板1与隔膜3的接触面同时加热熔融且在外力的作用下使滤板1与隔膜3的接触面熔融粘接为一体即可。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种隔膜与滤板的熔接复合结构,它包括滤板和隔膜,其特征是:所述滤板与隔膜的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜与滤板的熔接复合结构,其特征是:所述加热元件为电加热丝或电加热片。
3.一种隔膜与滤板的熔融复合方法,它包括隔膜与滤板,其特征是:所述滤板与隔膜的接触面置有一圈或一圈以上加热元件,隔膜位于滤板上且在外力的作用下与滤板接触面相触,然后使滤板上的一圈或一圈以上加热元件通电发热,加热元件将滤板与隔膜的接触面同时加热熔融且在外力的作用下使滤板与隔膜的接触面熔融粘接为一体即可。
