Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件，涉及管材技术领域，包括复合管件和复合管体，复合管件壁内设有电熔区和密封胶圈槽，电熔区内设有电热熔丝，电热熔丝与一端设置在复合管件外部的电接线柱连接，密封胶圈槽内设有密封胶圈，密封胶圈的外部设置有承压装置。本实用新型通过在密封胶圈上设有承压装置，使得密封胶圈不易受挤压而发生形变，且与复合管件连结牢固，密封性能更好。

本实用新型涉及管材技术领域，尤其涉及一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件。
背景技术
聚乙烯复合管是指用两种不同密度的聚乙烯树脂，分别同时用两台挤出机塑化熔融，然后同时把熔融塑料挤入一个能成型复合管的模具内，成型的管材即为聚乙烯复合管。这种复合管可用多种塑料挤出复合，用高密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯复合成型的管材兼有原料的特性，耐压性和抗腐蚀性都比普通的聚乙烯管好。但是聚乙烯复合管在长期的使用过程中发现，聚乙烯复合管的密封性能不好，严重造成资源的浪费。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件，包括复合管件和复合管体，所述复合管件壁内设有电熔区和密封胶圈槽，所述电熔区内设有电热熔丝，所述电热熔丝与一端设置在所述复合管件外部的电接线柱连接，所述密封胶圈槽内设有密封胶圈，所述密封胶圈的外部设置有承压装置，所述承压装置包括第一承压块，所述第一承压块与所述复合管体连接，所述第一承压块上设有U形承压块，所述U形承压块将所述密封胶圈包覆在其中，所述U形承压块上设有第二承压块，所述第二承压块的一端与所述复合管件连接，所述第二承压块的另一端与所述密封胶圈连接，所述第二承压块上还设置有斜齿，所述复合管件壁上设有卡槽，所述斜齿与所述卡槽配合连接。
优选的，所述第一承压块和所述U形承压块的表面还包覆有密封胶条，所述密封胶条的一端与所述复合管件相抵，所述密封胶条的另一端与所述复合管体相抵。
优选的，所述密封胶圈槽内还设置有增强层，所述增强层的一侧与所述复合管件连接，所述增强层的另一端与所述复合管体连接。
优选的，所述增强层由碳纤维和聚乙烯醇材料复合制成。
优选的，所述斜齿的形状为三角形或方形。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型通过在密封胶圈上设有承压装置，使得密封胶圈不易受挤压而发生形变，且与复合管件连结牢固。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2所示，为本实用新型的一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件，包括复合管件1和复合管体2，复合管件1壁内设有电熔区3和密封胶圈槽4，电熔区3内设有电热熔丝5，电热熔丝5与一端设置在复合管件1外部的电接线柱6连接，密封胶圈槽4内设有密封胶圈7，密封胶圈7的外部设置有承压装置，承压装置包括第一承压块8，第一承压块8与复合管体2连接，第一承压块8上设有U形承压块9，U形承压块9将密封胶圈7包覆在其中，U形承压块9上设有第二承压块10，第二承压块10的一端与复合管件1连接，第二承压块10的另一端与密封胶圈7连接，第二承压块10上还设置有斜齿11，复合管件1壁上设有卡槽12，斜齿11与卡槽12配合连接。
第一承压块8和U形承压块9的表面还包覆有密封胶条13，密封胶条13的一端与复合管件1相抵，密封胶条13的另一端与复合管体2相抵，可以起到二次密封的作用。
密封胶圈槽4内还设置有增强层14，增强层14的一侧与复合管件1连接，增强层14的另一端与复合管体2连接，可以提高复合管件的强度。
增强层14由碳纤维和聚乙烯醇材料复合制成。
斜齿11的形状为三角形或方形。
本实用新型通过在密封胶圈上设有承压装置，使得密封胶圈不易受挤压而发生形变，且与复合管件连结牢固，提高了密封性。

1.一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件，其特征在于：包括复合管件和复合管体，所述复合管件壁内设有电熔区和密封胶圈槽，所述电熔区内设有电热熔丝，所述电热熔丝与一端设置在所述复合管件外部的电接线柱连接，所述密封胶圈槽内设有密封胶圈，所述密封胶圈的外部设置有承压装置，所述承压装置包括第一承压块，所述第一承压块与所述复合管体连接，所述第一承压块上设有U形承压块，所述U形承压块将所述密封胶圈包覆在其中，所述U形承压块上设有第二承压块，所述第二承压块的一端与所述复合管件连接，所述第二承压块的另一端与所述密封胶圈连接，所述第二承压块上还设置有斜齿，所述复合管件壁上设有卡槽，所述斜齿与所述卡槽配合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件，其特征在于：所述第一承压块和所述U形承压块的表面还包覆有密封胶条，所述密封胶条的一端与所述复合管件相抵，所述密封胶条的另一端与所述复合管体相抵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件，其特征在于：所述密封胶圈槽内还设置有增强层，所述增强层的一侧与所述复合管件连接，所述增强层的另一端与所述复合管体连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶圈电熔双密封聚乙烯复合管件，其特征在于：增强层由碳纤维和聚乙烯醇材料复合制成。
