一种便于连接的塑料管道,包括管道主体(1)、承口(10)、连接圈、导电金属片(3),所述管道主体的一端设有承口,承口的内壁上固定有一圈连接圈,所述连接圈由长条状的附片(2)围成,附片由塑料片(21)和导电加热片(22)组成,导电加热片嵌在塑料片的内部,所述附片的首尾两端均固定有一块导电金属片(3),导电金属片与导电加热片直接接触,所述导电金属片向外延伸暴露在承口的外部。通过将塑料片、导电加热片、导电金属片相配合,使得通过加热熔化附片的方式就可将管道相连接,连接方便。

一种便于连接的塑料管道 【技术领域】
本发明涉及塑料管道的技术领域,特别是便于连接的管道的技术领域。
【背景技术】
管路是一种常用的输送设施,其往往通过若干管道相互连接而形成。对于一些大型管件,其往往通过电熔焊接的方式进行连接,这样的连接方式容易产生渗漏的现象,且连接较为麻烦。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种便于连接的塑料管道,能够使管道便于连接
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种便于连接的塑料管道,包括管道主体、承口、连接圈、导电金属片,所述管道主体的一端设有承口,承口的内壁上固定有一圈连接圈,所述连接圈由长条状的附片围成,附片由塑料片和导电加热片组成,导电加热片嵌在塑料片的内部,所述附片的首尾两端均固定有一块导电金属片,导电金属片与导电加热片直接接触,所述导电金属片向外延伸暴露在承口的外部。
作为优选,所述附片在围成连接圈时首尾两端有一部分重叠在一起,首尾两端的两块导电金属片即不重叠也不接触。
作为优选,所述导电加热片为细丝网状结构的网片,导电加热片与附片靠近承口内壁侧的距离大于导电加热片与附片远离承口内壁侧的距离。
作为优选,所述导电金属片固定在附片的靠近承口内壁侧,导电金属片和附片通过铆接的方式相固定。
作为优选,所述导电金属片上套有一个绝缘保护套,绝缘保护套套在导电金属片的未与附片相接触的部分。
作为优选,所述导电金属片在承口的端部向外弯折。
作为优选,所述导电加热片的宽度略小于塑料片的宽度,导电金属片呈长条状,导电金属片的与附片相接触部分的长度小于塑料片的宽度。
作为优选,所述附片通过热熔的方式固定在承口的内壁上。
作为优选,所述承口的内径大于管道主体的内径,管道主体与承口之间设有过渡部。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将塑料片、导电加热片、导电金属片相配合,使得通过加热熔化附片的方式就可将管道相连接,连接方便;塑料片的设置可以有效保护导电加热片,防止导电加热片氧化;绝缘保护套的设置可以有效的保护导电金属片。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,本发明一种便于连接的塑料管道,包括管道主体1、承口10、连接圈、导电金属片3,所述管道主体1的一端设有承口10,承口10的内壁上固定有一圈连接圈,所述连接圈由长条状的附片2围成,附片 2由塑料片21和导电加热片22组成,导电加热片22嵌在塑料片21的内部,所述附片2的首尾两端均固定有一块导电金属片3,导电金属片3与导电加热片22直接接触,所述导电金属片3向外延伸暴露在承口10的外部,所述附片2在围成连接圈时首尾两端有一部分重叠在一起,首尾两端的两块导电金属片3即不重叠也不接触,所述导电加热片22为细丝网状结构的网片,导电加热片22与附片2靠近承口10内壁侧的距离大于导电加热片22与附片2远离承口10内壁侧的距离,所述导电金属片3固定在附片2的靠近承口10内壁侧,导电金属片3和附片2通过铆接的方式相固定,所述导电金属片3上套有一个绝缘保护套30,绝缘保护套30套在导电金属片3的未与附片2相接触的部分,所述导电金属片3在承口10的端部向外弯折,所述导电加热片22的宽度略小于塑料片21的宽度,导电金属片3呈长条状,导电金属片3的与附片2相接触部分的长度小于塑料片21的宽度,所述附片2通过热熔的方式固定在承口10的内壁上,所述承口10的内径大于管道主体1的内径,管道主体1与承口10之间设有过渡部。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种便于连接的塑料管道在工作过程中,塑料片21、导电加热片22、导电金属片3相配合,使得通过加热熔化附片2的方式就可将管道相连接,连接方便;塑料片21的设置可以有效保护导电加热片22,防止导电加热片22氧化;绝缘保护套30的设置可以有效的保护导电金属片3。
上述实施例是对本发明的说明,不是对本发明的限定,任何对本发明简单变换后的方案均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:包括管道主体(1)、承口(10)、连接圈、导电金属片(3),所述管道主体(1)的一端设有承口(10),承口(10)的内壁上固定有一圈连接圈,所述连接圈由长条状的附片(2)围成,附片(2)由塑料片(21)和导电加热片(22)组成,导电加热片(22)嵌在塑料片(21)的内部,所述附片(2)的首尾两端均固定有一块导电金属片(3),导电金属片(3)与导电加热片(22)直接接触,所述导电金属片(3)向外延伸暴露在承口(10)的外部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述附片(2)在围成连接圈时首尾两端有一部分重叠在一起,首尾两端的两块导电金属片(3)即不重叠也不接触。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述导电加热片(22)为细丝网状结构的网片,导电加热片(22)与附片(2)靠近承口(10)内壁侧的距离大于导电加热片(22)与附片(2)远离承口(10)内壁侧的距离。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述导电金属片(3)固定在附片(2)的靠近承口(10)内壁侧,导电金属片(3)和附片(2)通过铆接的方式相固定。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述导电金属片(3)上套有一个绝缘保护套(30),绝缘保护套(30)套在导电金属片(3)的未与附片(2)相接触的部分。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述导电金属片(3)在承口(10)的端部向外弯折。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述导电加热片(22)的宽度略小于塑料片(21)的宽度,导电金属片(3)呈长条状,导 电金属片(3)的与附片(2)相接触部分的长度小于塑料片(21)的宽度。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述附片(2)通过热熔的方式固定在承口(10)的内壁上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种便于连接的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述承口(10)的内径大于管道主体(1)的内径,管道主体(1)与承口(10)之间设有过渡部。
