Abstract

本发明公开了一种减速机,其箱体顶端的内表面上设置有接油盘,该接油盘上设置有排油口,该排油口位于所述箱体两侧油囊上方。本发明提供的减速机,在其箱体顶端的内表面上设置有接油盘,该接油盘可以收集飞溅起来的润滑油,通过排油口分别流入箱体两侧的油囊,再通过油路引入轴承上方进行润滑。由于所述接油盘可以收集飞溅起来润滑油,平均分配到箱体两侧的油囊内,润滑两侧的轴承,解决了现有减速机的左右两侧轴承润滑不均的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种减速机。
背景技术
减速机属于动力传达机构,是一种利用齿轮的速度转换器,将电机的回转数减速到所要的回转数,并得到较大转矩的机构。其应用比较广泛,从大动力的传输工作,到小负荷、精确的角度传输都可以见到,且在工业应用上,减速机具有减速及增加转矩功能。
在减速机的运行过程中,减速机箱体内摩擦副及轴承需要润滑,其中,相互啮合的一对齿轮和齿轴就构成了一对摩擦副。一般情况下,为了平衡减速机的热功率,箱体内不能充满润滑油,此时,没有浸在油面下的部件主要靠飞溅润滑,所述飞溅润滑是靠箱体内零件,即指箱体内的摩擦副的旋转将润滑油从油池带到摩擦副及轴承上形成自动润滑。为了更好的润滑轴承,在箱体上部还设计有油囊,飞溅的油进入油囊后,通过箱体上加工的油路,最后从轴承上方进行润滑。
由于箱体内齿轴和齿轮的排布并不对称,这样一来,就会导致飞溅的油量左右不均,使得左右两侧轴承润滑不均。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种减速机,以解决现有减速机的左右两侧轴承润滑不均的问题。
所述减速机,其箱体顶端的内表面上设置有接油盘,该接油盘上设置有排油口,该排油口位于所述箱体两侧油囊上方。
优选地,所述接油盘上表面的横截面为弧形或三角形。
优选地,所述接油盘通过螺钉固定在所述箱体顶端的内表面上。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的减速机,在其箱体顶端的内表面上设置有接油盘,该接油盘可以收集飞溅起来的润滑油,通过排油口分别流入箱体两侧的油囊,再通过油路引入轴承上方进行润滑。由于所述接油盘可以收集飞溅起来润滑油,分配到箱体两侧的油囊内,润滑两侧的轴承,解决了现有减速机的左右两侧轴承润滑不均的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种减速机,以解决现有减速机的左右两侧轴承润滑不均的问题。
参见图1和图2,所述减速机箱体顶端的内表面上设置有接油盘1,该接油盘上设置有排油口,该排油口位于所述箱体两侧油囊2上方。
为了方便收集到更多飞溅起来的润滑油,接油盘1一般被安装在所述减速机箱体内齿轮齿轴啮合部的上方。随着齿轮和齿轴的啮合旋转,润滑油会顺着旋转方向飞溅,经接油盘1收集起来。
经接油盘1收集起来的润滑油,沿箭头指示方向,通过排油口流入箱体两侧的油囊2,再通过箱体两侧的油路3作用于箱体两侧的轴承4,由于飞溅的润滑油可以经接油盘1集中收集,再分配到箱体两侧的轴承4,解决了因流入减速机的左右两侧轴承的润滑油不均导致其润滑不均的问题。
具体的,接油盘1可以通过螺钉固定在所述减速机箱体顶端的内表面上,当然,还可以采用其他连接方式,只要能够满足固定接油盘即可。
为了更便于上述实施例中接油盘分配润滑油,本发明另一实施例还提供了一种减速机,与上述实施例不同的是,设置于所述减速机箱体顶端的内表面上的接油盘1的横截面为三角形或者凸弧形,具体如图3和图4所示。
该接油盘为金属片,一般为薄钢片,为了便于收集到接油盘1上的润滑油的流动,接油盘的中间部位凸起。这样,收集到接油盘1上的润滑油可以直接顺着由中间向两侧形成的斜面流下,直接通过排油孔流入箱体两侧的油囊。
当然,本实施例中公开的接油盘可以通过螺钉固定在箱体顶端的内表面上,也可以通过其他连接方式进行固定。

1.一种减速机,其特征在于,其箱体顶端的内表面上设置有接油盘,该接油盘上设置有排油口,该排油口位于所述箱体两侧油囊上方,所述接油盘的中间部位凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减速机,其特征在于,所述接油盘的横截面为凸弧形或三角形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减速机,其特征在于,所述接油盘通过螺钉固定在所述箱体顶端的内表面上。
