Abstract

本发明公开了一种透明ABS材料及其制备方法。透明ABS材料,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:ABS90-95%;主抗静电剂2-5%;辅抗静电剂1-3%;高温抗氧剂1-2%。本发明透明ABS材料保持了ABS的易加工成型性、耐腐蚀性、耐化学性好等优异特性,还具备优异的透明性,而且抗静电效果非常优异,具有永久抗静电性能,在许多领域能代替传统玻璃,在电器、仪表、汽车、医用器械及电子行业中应用前景十分广阔。

Description

一种透明ABS材料及其制备方法
[技术领域]
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种透明ABS材料及其制备方法。
[背景技术]
丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile ButadieneStyrene,ABS),为目前产量最大,应用最广泛的聚合物。它将PS,SAN,BS的各种性能有机地统一起来,兼具韧、硬、刚相均衡的优良力学性能。有极好的冲击强度、尺寸稳定性好、电性能、耐磨性、抗化学药品性、染色性,成型加工和机械加工较好。但是ABS的分子结构决定了其为不良的导体,在使用过程中容易积累大量的静电荷。而静电吸引力容易吸附空气中的灰尘以及一些脏物,影响制品的美观;尤其当静电积累到一定程度,可能会产生静电火花放电,引起一些灾难性事故。
随着社会经济的发展,人们对材料表面的美观要求越来越高,开发具有透感的材料是目前的一个趋势。德国拜耳公司使用模克隆聚碳酸酯透明塑料制作成了全身透明的“eXasis”汽车,它在07年3月日内瓦车展上首次亮相时,吸引了很多人的眼球。现在大多数材料是透明而不抗静电,而抗静电又不透明。所以开发既能透明而又能抗静电的新型材料有重要的研究价值和社会效益。
[发明内容]
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种透光性能与抗静电性能都较好的透明ABS材料。
本发明另一个要解决的技术问题是提供上述ABS材料的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种透明ABS材料,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:
ABS               90-95%;
主抗静电剂        2-5%;
辅抗静电剂        1-3%;
高温抗氧剂        1-2%。
其中,所述的透明ABS材料,所述ABS相对密度为1.06-1.10%,丙烯腈含量10-15%,丁二烯含量10-15%,苯乙烯含量70-80%,透射率为88%-90%。所述的主抗静电剂为具有聚醚结构、酰胺结构的永久性抗静电剂,优选具有聚醚酰胺亚胺结构的永久性抗静电剂。所述的辅抗静电剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂组成的复合物或磺酸盐型的抗静电剂。所述的高温抗氧剂为四-(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)-4,4′-联苯基双亚磷酸酯。
一种上述透明ABS材料制备方法的技术方案是,包括以下步骤:
A)将ABS原料在80℃至90℃干燥3至4小时,并按上述配比称取原料;
B)先将主抗静电剂,辅助抗静电剂以及高温抗氧剂进行预混合2-3分钟,然后将烘干的ABS以及预混合后的物料加入到高速配料搅拌机中,混合5至8分钟;
C)将B步骤中混合好的预混合料置于单螺杆机中熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:单螺杆一段温度170-280℃、二段温度180-190℃、三段温度190-200℃,模具温度30-60℃,停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
本发明透明ABS材料保持了ABS的易加工成型性、耐腐蚀性、耐化学性好等优异特性,还具备优异的透明性,而且抗静电效果非常优异,具有永久抗静电性能。
传统的玻璃材料不能满足工业上的轻质、高强度、高韧性、易加工的要求,本发明透明ABS材料在许多领域能代替传统玻璃,可以用来制作各种顶盖、壳体(如收音机、计算机和录音机的外壳,灯罩,透明箱,电视接收机屏板等);玩具;装饰品;工业包装;汽车零部件;注射器及透明电动工具等。因此,本发明透明ABS材料在电器、仪表、汽车、医用器械及电子行业中应用前景十分广阔。
[具体实施方式]
在以下实施例中,ABS相对密度为1.06-1.10%,丙烯腈含量10-15%,丁二烯含量10-15%,苯乙烯含量70-80%,透射率为88%-90%,可以选用日本电气化学C1-301,奇美的858,东丽的920,三星的UT-0100;
主抗静电剂为具有聚醚结构和酰胺结构的永久性抗静电剂。可以选用日本三洋化成工业株式会社NC6321,NC6321是具有聚醚酰胺亚胺结构的永久性抗静电剂。主抗静电除了选用聚醚结构以外,还可以选用阳离子型的抗静电剂609。
辅抗静电剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂组成的复合物,为内加永久型抗静电剂。可以选用的液体抗静电剂APN004。APN004为一种季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂组成的复合物。还可以选用磺酸盐型的辅助抗静电剂SKP-01和MJ-22。
高温抗氧剂为四-(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)-4,4′-联苯基双亚磷酸酯,可使用瑞士汽巴公司的P-EPQ。
下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步阐述:
实施例一:
将ABS原料在80℃干燥3小时,并按如下重量百分比称取原料:ABS 90%,主抗静电剂5%,辅抗静电剂3%,高温抗氧剂2%;
先将主抗静电剂,辅助抗静电剂以及高温抗氧剂进行预混合2-3分钟,然后将烘干的ABS以及预混合后的物料加入到高速配料搅拌机中,混合5至8分钟;
将混合好的物料置于单螺杆机中熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:单螺杆一段温度170-280℃、二段温度180-190℃、三段温度190-200℃,模具温度30-60℃,停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
实施例二:
将ABS原料在80℃干燥3小时,并按如下重量百分比称取原料:ABS 93%,主抗静电剂5%,辅抗静电剂1%,高温抗氧剂1%;
先将主抗静电剂,辅助抗静电剂以及高温抗氧剂进行预混合2-3分钟,然后将烘干的ABS以及预混合后的物料加入到高速配料搅拌机中,混合5至8分钟;
将混合好的物料置于单螺杆机中熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:单螺杆一段温度170-280℃、二段温度180-190℃、三段温度190-200℃,模具温度30-60℃,停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
实施例三:
将ABS原料在80℃干燥3小时,并按如下重量百分比称取原料:ABS 95%、主抗静电剂2%、辅抗静电剂2%、高温抗氧剂1%;
先将主抗静电剂,辅助抗静电剂以及高温抗氧剂进行预混合2-3分钟,然后将烘干的ABS以及预混合后的物料加入到高速配料搅拌机中,混合5至8分钟;
将混合好的物料置于单螺杆机中熔融挤出造粒。其工艺为:单螺杆一段温度170-280℃、二段温度180-190℃、三段温度190-200℃,模具温度30-60℃,停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
性能的测试和表征均依据ASTM相关标准;测试条件均为23℃、53%相对湿度。
拉伸强度/断裂伸长率:ASTM D638;
弯曲强度/弯曲模量:ASTM D790;
悬臂梁缺口冲击强度:ASTM D256;
熔融指数;ASTM D1238
热变形温度:ASTM D648(1.82Mpa条件下);
透光率:ASTM D1003
表面电阻:IEC 60093

通过对比可以看到本发明透明ABS材料的有益效果是:
1.本发明透明ABS材料的综合性能优异。跟奇美透明ABS 758相比,不仅力学性能(抗冲击性能)、流动性更佳,更为重要的是在保持良好透光性的基础上具有优异的表面电阻;跟日本东丽抗静电ABS TP90相比,不仅力学性能(抗冲击性能)、流动性更佳,更为重要的是在具有良好表面电阻的同时,具有TP90不可比拟的透光性。
2.本发明透明ABS材料综合了TP90的抗静电效果和奇美758的透光性,在电子电器,汽车仪表,透明电动工具,医用器械等方面都有广阔的用途。

Claims (3)

1.一种透明ABS材料,其特征在于,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:
ABS           90-95%;
主抗静电剂    2-5%;
辅抗静电剂    1-3%;
高温抗氧剂    1-2%;
所述的主抗静电剂为具有聚醚结构和酰胺结构的永久性抗静电剂;所述的辅抗静电剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂组成的复合物或磺酸盐型的抗静电剂;所述的高温抗氧剂为四-(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)-4,4′-联苯基双亚磷酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明ABS材料,其特征在于,所述的主抗静电剂为具有聚醚酰胺亚胺结构的永久性抗静电剂。
3.一种权利要求1所述的透明ABS材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A)将ABS原料在80℃至90℃干燥3至4小时,并按权利要求1的配比称取原料;
B)先将主抗静电剂,辅助抗静电剂以及高温抗氧剂进行预混合2-3分钟,然后将烘干的ABS以及预混合后的物料加入到高速配料搅拌机中,混合5至8分钟;
C)将B步骤中混合好的预混合料置于单螺杆机中熔融挤出造粒;其工艺为:单螺杆一段温度170-280℃、二段温度180-190℃、三段温度190-200℃,模具温度30-60℃,停留时间1-2分钟、压力为10-15MPa。
