Abstract

汽车离合器与油门联动装置,缓冲油缸上端通过连杆连接离合器踏板杆上、下端连接调节与车架活动连接,伺服油缸上端通过柱塞活动连接油门踏板杆上,下端连接调节杆活动连接在车架上。缓冲油缸的下部油腔与伺服油缸的下部油腔用油管接通。当离合器踩下时也就是换挡位置时,缓冲油缸中的滑阀被推至下死点,下部油腔中的油液排至上部以及通过油管压向伺服油缸的下部油腔中,同时关闭油管通道,油液积聚在柱塞下部油腔中,阻止油门踩下。换挡后,缓冲油缸经节流作用,按离合器快-慢-快的技术要求复位,避免合闭过快现象,连接伺服油缸的油门踏板,随着离合器和缓冲油缸的动作踩下加油,使离合器与油门有良好的配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车的换档加速和给油装置,具体地说是汽车进档时与加大油门的联动装置。
背景技术
当今,手动档的汽车在换档时,由于操之过急或者是初学者,往往是油门与档位配合不好,使发动机输出功率瞬时间跟不上轮轴所需的扭矩,会使发动机短时严重超负荷,产生振动和发出难听的噪音,甚至使发动机熄火。产生这样现象的主要因素是,踩踏离合器的左腿在释放时抬腿过快,合闸过猛,造成发动超负荷和熄火。在离合器踩下换档时,不适当踩加油门,会使发动转速过高,发出难听的隆鸣声音,耗油量增加。
发明内容
为了克服汽车离合器存在合闸过猛和换档时不恰当加油门的缺陷,本发明提供一种汽车离合器与油门联动装置,该联动装置不仅能缓冲离合器合闸过猛,且能阻止离合器换档时不恰当的加油门,使离合器与油门自动协调得到正确的配合。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是,离合器踏板杆连接缓冲油缸,油门踏板连接伺服油缸,缓冲油缸的下部油腔与伺服油缸的下部油腔用油管接通。缓冲油缸和伺服油的下端连接调节杆,调节杆的另一头活动连接在车架上。缓冲油缸内设置滑阀,滑阀上部连接连杆,在滑阀上设置向上部排的单向阀门。缓冲油缸的内壁上开槽,槽口由上向下逐渐缩小,槽尖接近缸底,在缸底开节流孔,通过缸壁通向缸体的上部空间,在节流孔道上设置调节螺钉,旋转螺钉可调节流孔的流量大小,伺服油缸上部装入柱塞,柱塞连接踏板杆。操作时,当踩下离合器时,同时通过连杆推动滑阀向下运动,油缸下部油腔中的油液,通过槽和单向阀排向上部,当滑阀接近缸底时,槽口被滑阀封闭,油液继续通过单向阀向上排,当滑阀到达缸底时,正好是离合器的换档位置。在滑阀被向下推的同时,一部份油液通过油管被挤向伺服油缸的下部油腔,当滑阀到达缸底时伺服油缸内油液被缓冲油缸的滑阀封闭,在踩踏油门右脚挪开的情况(换挡时),油门被自动推至零位,发动机处于怠速状态。如果这时加油门由于油液的不可压缩性,通过柱塞阻滞油门加油,避免发动高速空转。当换档完成后,可立即挪开左脚(无需经过严格训练养成的动作技能来操作),释放离合器踏板合闸的技术动作由缓冲油缸来完成,当踩离合器的左脚挪开后,踏板杆在弹簧的作用下离合器踏板杆立即进行复位动作,这时,由于滑阀处于油缸底部,槽口被封闭,滑阀中的单向阀由于滑阀有向上趋势也关闭。油流只能通过节流孔进入缸底,由于节流孔的进油量很小,滑阀与缸底之间暂时处真空状态,返回速度缓慢,随着油液从节流孔不断进入,滑阀逐渐向上推移,随着槽口的打开和扩大,进油量迅速增大返回的速度加快,达到离合器合闸的快——慢——快的技术要求,当滑阀逐渐上移,伺服油缸中的油液也同时逐渐释放。这时能逐渐踩下油门加油,当缓冲油缸中的直槽流量增大后,就能自动加减油门。从而达到离合器的闭合和油门加油的良好配合。
本发明的有益效果是,避免因离合器闭合过快所造成的超负荷和熄火现象,避免因不恰当加油门使发动机空栽高速运转的缺陷,提高车辆的行驶安全性能,结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中,缓冲油缸4下端封闭连接调节杆8,调节杆8的另一头连接车架,在调节杆上设调节螺帽9,缓冲油缸4的上端连接中心开孔的缸盖3,滑阀5安装在缓冲油缸内,在滑阀上设置向上排的单向阀门11,连杆2一头连接在滑上,另一头从缸盖的中心伸出活动连接踏板杆1,在油缸内壁开槽10,槽口由上向下逐渐缩小,槽尖接近缸底。在缸底开节流孔7,节流孔通过缸壁通至缸体上部油腔,节流孔上设调节螺钉6,通过调节螺钉可调节油流量,缸底开油孔口与油管13接通。
在图2中,伺服油缸16上端插入与油门踏板杆18相活动连接的柱塞17,下端连接调节杆15,调节杆的另一头活动连接在车架上,在调节杆上设置调节螺帽14,伺服油缸底部油腔开孔接油管13,接通缓冲油下端的油腔,使缓冲油缸和伺服油缸相通。

Claims (2)

1.汽车离合器与油门联动装置,缓冲油缸上端的连杆活动连接离合器踏板杆上,下端连接调节杆活动连接在车架上,伺服油缸上端的柱塞活动连接在油门踏板杆上,下端连接调节杆活动连接在车架上,其特征是:缓冲油缸的下部油腔与伺服油缸的下部油腔用油管连接相通;缓冲油缸下部油腔底部开节流孔从缸壁通至油缸上部油腔;在缓冲油缸内壁开槽,槽口由上到下逐渐缩小,槽尖朝下;缓冲油缸中安装滑阀,滑阀上端连接连杆,在滑阀中设置向上排油的单向阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车离合器与油门联动装置,其特征是:在节流孔道上设调节螺钉。
