本发明的技术方案为:
一种虾味粉状复合调味料,其特征在于:各原料组分按重量份比为:味精30-40、盐25-45、糖1-10、糊精0.5-2、淀粉7-15、虾粉2-3、虾肉粉2-3、香辛料0.5-1.5、芹菜粒0.2-1、蒜粒0.2-1、洋葱粒0.2-1、植物油3-5。
所述的虾味粉状复合调味料,其特征在于:调味料中还包括以下重量份的组分:姜黄粉3-4、大蒜粉5-10、绿茶粉2-3、紫苏油0.25-0.35、葛根粉5-10。
