Abstract

技术领域

本发明还涉及一种与本方法相关的用于机动车辆的斜坡起步辅助设备。
本发明进一步涉及包括这样一种设备的车辆。
背景技术
在斜坡起步中,并且在没有任何辅助方案的情况下,驾驶员也许会受到车辆的向后运动的窘困。
因此,制造商已经提出了旨在补救这种缺陷的多种解决方案。
这些解决方案基于不同的技术。在这些方案中,一些是在对发动机扭矩的知识的基础上依据确定离合器扭矩来保持车辆不动。
例如,可以引用文件DE 10242122(D1),其中提出了使车辆的制动器在一个预定的持续时间内保持有效以帮助驾驶员的斜坡起步驾驶操作,如果满足某些条件,并且除其他事项之外如果离合器扭矩超过对应于车辆在斜坡上不动的最小阈值,则释放该制动器。
然而,在D1中离合器扭矩是以一种相当不准确的方式来估算的。这种不准确性意味着经由变速器施加到这些驱动轮上的扭矩可能在确保安全斜坡起步所必须的阈值之下,这就是说不会特别地产生车辆的任何向后运动。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要克服这些缺陷。
为了实现这个目的,提出了一种用于机动车辆的斜坡起步辅助方法,该机动车辆包括离合器以及在该离合器与车辆的驱动轮之间的变速器,其中,基于发动机扭矩的知识来确定使车辆保持不动的离合器扭矩,其特征在于,该离合器扭矩是通过将专用于除离合器之外的构成该车辆的装置的运转的发动机扭矩部分考虑在内来确定的。
为实现这个目的,还提出了一种用于机动车辆的斜坡起步辅助设备,该设备包括:离合器和在该离合器与该车辆的驱动轮之间的变速器,以及多个制动器和基于该发动机扭矩的知识来管理施加到所述制动器上的压力以保持该车辆不动的计算装置,其特征在于,该计算装置被安排为使得该离合器扭矩是通过将专用于除离合器之外的构成该车辆的装置的运转的发动机扭矩部分考虑在内来确定的。

具体实施方式
本方法将专用于该车辆的除离合器之外的构成该车辆的装置的运转的发动机扭矩部分的影响考虑在内,这些装置影响该离合器扭矩的值。
它是基于在发动机曲轴上的力矩的平衡。因为车辆是停止的,所以在曲轴上的扭矩能够与车轮扭矩相关联。
在第一实施例中,离合器扭矩Cemb是通过这个平衡来确定的,这个平衡提供了以下关系:
发动机扭矩Cme是通过使用计算机中的专用于此目的发动机模型来估算的。
扭矩Cme,off是在(i)车辆发动机脱开离合器、(ii)发动机速度稳定、并且(iii)在车辆加速器踏板上没有任何动作时、通过将其考虑为发动机扭矩Cme的剩余值来估算的。
以一种非限定方式,所包括的这些附件可以是:辅助转向、构成车辆客厢空调系统的一部分的压缩机、发动机和客厢的风扇以及交流发电机。
惯性力矩J是已知的,并且因此形成了用于确定离合器扭矩的输入数据,而无需任何计算/估算。
因此,已知关系式(1)的右侧的这些不同项,可以从中导出离合器扭矩。
为了相关的应用(即车辆的斜坡起步),必要的是能够得益于离合器扭矩的良好估算。
实际上,因为车辆是停止的,所以离合器扭矩对应于传输到车辆驱动轮上的扭矩。因此,已知车轮滚动半径以及在离合器与驱动轮之间的力矩的传动比,就能够从中推导出传递到地面的力。
施加在车辆上的力的平衡使之能够确定能确保有效的斜坡起步的阈值(传输到地面上的力应至少等于车辆重量效应):这个阈值特别地取决于车辆质量以及斜坡的坡度。
因此,如果离合器扭矩未被合适地估算,实际上有可能使真实的扭矩低于该阈值。在这种情况下,施加在车辆驱动轮上的力因而不足以实现有效的斜坡起步。
在一个实施例的变型中,离合器扭矩不是通过关系式(1)来直接计算的。
实际上,可以将该离合器扭矩考虑成与发动机速度相关的干扰量。因此,有必要解算由以下关系式(2)和(3)构成的方程组:
关系式(2)和(3)形成一个卡尔曼(Kalman)观测器,该观测器的主要益处是避免必须确定发动机速度的导数来估算离合器扭矩。
关系式(3)本身建立了在离合器扭矩的导数与关于发动机速度的干扰量之间的联系。
用于实施该方法的设备包括:离合器、在该离合器与车辆的驱动轮之间的变速器、以及计算装置。
所述计算装置被安排为基于发动机扭矩Cme的知识来保持车辆不动。该计算装置还被安排为使得离合器扭矩Cemb是通过将专用于除离合器之外的构成该车辆的装置的运转的发动机扭矩部分考虑在内来确定的。
无论所设想的方法如何,应当理解本发明对于不准确性是鲁棒的,这些不准确性是与现有技术中在计算扭矩Cme时对车辆附件不予考虑或不良地予以考虑有关的。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于机动车辆的斜坡起步辅助方法,该机动车辆包括离合器以及在该离合器与该车辆的驱动轮之间的个变速器,其中,使该车辆保持不动的离合器扭矩(Cemb)是基于发动机扭矩(Cme)的知识来确定的,其特征在于,该离合器扭矩(Cemb)是通过将专用于除离合器之外的构成该车辆的装置的运转的发动机扭矩部分考虑在内来确定的。
3.如前一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,为了确定所述发动机速度的导数,通过专用传感器来测量该发动机的旋转速度,然后通过车载的计算装置推导出如此获得的速度。
4.如以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,为了确定专用于除离合器之外的构成该车辆的装置的运转的发动机扭矩部分,估算等效扭矩Cme,off,该等效扭矩对应于专用于该车辆的附件运转的发动机扭矩配额。
5.如前一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,与该车辆的所有附件相关联的所述等效扭矩Cme,off的估算是在该车辆的加速器踏板上没有任何动作的情况下,通过在以下条件下将其考虑为该发动机扭矩Cme的剩余值来实现的:
·该发动机是脱开离合器的;
·该发动机速度稳定。
8.一种用于机动车辆的斜坡起步辅助设备,该设备包括:离合器和在该离合器与该车辆的驱动轮之间的变速器,以及制动器和基于该发动机扭矩(Cme)的知识来管理施加到所述制动器上的压力以保持该车辆不动的计算装置,其特征在于,所述计算装置被安排为使得该离合器扭矩(Cemb)是通过将专用于除离合器之外的构成该车辆的装置的运转的发动机扭矩部分考虑在内来确定的。
