Abstract
用于对头烧熔焊接的焊接装置的每个所述电极(6)具有两个相互分开的接触面(7)。其中,在垂直方向位于上面的接触面(7)设计用于贴靠在钢轨头(10)的下侧面(9)上,而下接触面(7)设计用于贴靠在钢轨脚部侧面(8)上。因此实现了改进的电流流通。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于焊接轨道的两根钢轨的焊接装置,其由两个可沿轨道纵向相对移动的装置半部组成,各装置半部分别配设有一对具有为传输电流而用于贴靠在钢轨上的接触面的电极。
这种焊接装置由US6762390公开,其中,设计用于传输电流的电极在钢轨头部和脚部之间挤压在钢轨腹部上。这种装置具有这样的缺点,即,必须事先磨去位于该区域中的、包含关于钢轨制造的各种数据的钢轨印记。
现在,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于创造一种开头所述类型的焊接装置,通过该焊接装置可以与钢轨印记无关地建立最佳的钢轨接触。
按照本发明,该技术问题通过上述类型的焊接装置由此解决,即,每个电极具有两个相互分开的接触面,其中在垂直方向位于上面的接触面设计用于贴靠在钢轨头的下侧面上,而下接触面设计用于贴靠在钢轨脚部侧面上。
通过如此设计的接触面,钢轨腹部的钢轨印记对电极或焊接质量没有任何影响。此外,通过倾斜设置的、几乎形成楔形的接触面可实现与钢轨卓越的夹紧效果,并因此实现最佳的电流流通。
本发明其它的优点由各从属权利要求和附图说明得出。
以下根据附图所示的实施形式详细说明本发明。附图中:

图3,4分别是电极固定的详细图。
图1中所示的、用于焊接轨道3的两根钢轨2的焊接装置1具有两个沿钢轨纵向4前后布置的装置半部5。所述装置半部分别配设有一对电极6(也参见图2),所述电极为了传输电流设计贴靠在待焊接的钢轨2上。这种用于对头烧熔焊接的焊接装置1已经多次公开,因此不再详细说明。
如图2所示,每个电极6具有两个相互隔开的接触面7。其中,在垂直方向位于上方的接触面7设计用于贴靠在钢轨头部10的下侧面9上。对置的下接触面7设计用于贴靠在钢轨2的钢轨脚部侧面8上。电极6的两个接触面7围成一个锐角α。该角度与待焊接的钢轨2的类型有关。电极6位于两个接触面7之间的侧面在电极贴靠在钢轨2上时与钢轨腹部16间隔一定距离。
每个电极6可围绕平行于轨道纵向4延伸的轴线11枢转地支承在电极杠杆12的下端13。两个沿垂直于钢轨纵向4延伸的方向相互对置的电极杠杆12可通过驱动器14分别围绕一个杠杆轴15枢转地固定在装置半部5上。杠杆轴线15和电极6的枢转轴线11相互平行地延伸。
在图3中示出了电极6的一种变型支承方案。在这种变型方案中,一个形成轴线11的枢转螺栓17安放在一个垂直延伸的长孔18中,并且可克服弹簧19的阻力相对电极杠杆12移动。因此保证了电极6为与两个待焊接的钢轨端部更好地适配有少许的运动自由度。
按照图4,电极6通过一个可全向运动的活节20与电极杠杆12连接。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于焊接轨道(3)的两根钢轨(2)的焊接装置,其由两个可沿轨道纵向相互移动的装置半部(5)组成,所述装置半部分别配设有一对用于传输电流的、具有用于贴靠在所述钢轨(2)上的接触面(7)的电极(6),其特征在于,每个所述电极(6)具有两个相互分开的接触面(7),其中,在垂直方向位于上面的接触面(7)设计用于贴靠在钢轨头(10)的下侧面(9)上,而下接触面(7)设计用于贴靠在钢轨脚部侧面(8)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述两个接触面(7)与待焊接的钢轨类型有关地相互围成一个锐角α。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述每个电极(6)可绕平行于轨道纵向(4)延伸的轴线(11)枢转地被支承。
4.如权利要求3所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述每个电极(6)在通过驱动器(14)可绕杠杆轴线(15)枢转的电极杠杆(12)的、沿垂直方向的下端(13)可绕轴线(11)扭转地固定。
5.如权利要求4所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述电极杠杆(12)的杠杆轴线(15)平行于所述轴线(11)定位。
6.如权利要求4所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,形成所述轴线(11)的枢转螺栓(17)设计为可克服弹簧(19)的阻力沿着垂直方向相对于所述电极杠杆(12)移动。
7.如权利要求1所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述电极(6)通过一可全向运动的活节(20)与所述装置半部(5)连接。
8.如权利要求1所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述电极(6)通过一可全向运动的活节(20)与所述电极杠杆(12)连接。
