Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于输送液体的防冻管路,其管壁包括最内侧的耐腐蚀层、最外侧的绝缘保护层以及在耐腐蚀层与绝缘保护层之间的电加热层。在电加热层与绝缘保护层之间设有正极导线和负极导线。正极导线和负极导线设置在沿管路的直径彼此远离的相对位置处,并且沿着管路的长度方向延伸。正极导线与所述负极导线都与电加热层紧密接触,从而使电加热层在正极导线与负极导线之间形成回路,以便能通过所述电加热层在正极导线与负极导线之间形成的电阻对防冻管路进行加热,防止防冻管路中的液体冻结。

Description

用于输送液体的防冻管路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于输送液体的防冻管路,该防冻管路具有加热装置,并且尤其用于在柴油车辆中输送尿素溶液。
背景技术
为了使柴油车辆的排放性能达到日益严格的法规要求,需要在柴油车辆上安装选择性催化还原(SCR)系统。SCR系统需要使用尿素溶液。尿素溶液具有一定的腐蚀性,并且在气温过低时容易结冰而堵塞输送管路,导致SCR系统失灵。因而需要一种改进的防冻管路来输送尿素溶液,以便能够耐受尿素腐蚀并且防止尿素溶液在管路中冻结。
发明内容
本发明解决了现有技术存在成本较高的技术问题。本发明提供一种用于输送液体的防冻管路,所述防冻管路的管壁包括最内侧的耐腐蚀层和最外侧的绝缘保护层,所述管壁还包括在所述耐腐蚀层与所述绝缘保护层之间的电加热层,在所述电加热层与所述绝缘保护层之间设有正极导线和负极导线,所述正极导线和负极导线设置在沿所述防冻管路的直径彼此远离的相对位置处,并且沿着所述防冻管路的长度方向延伸,所述正极导线与所述负极导线都与所述电加热层紧密接触,从而使所述电加热层在所述正极导线与所述负极导线之间形成回路,以便能通过所述电加热层在所述正极导线与负极导线之间形成的电阻对所述防冻管路进行加热,防止所述防冻管路中的液体冻结。
优选地,所述电加热层由连续的导电层状加热材料形成,由此以面加热的方式进行加热。
优选地,所述电加热层由以间隔开的方式螺旋缠绕在所述耐腐蚀层上的电阻丝形成,由此以线加热的方式进行加热。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了本发明的防冻管路的第一实施例。
如图1和图2所示,防冻管路的管壁包括最内侧的耐腐蚀层1和最外侧的绝缘保护层3。所述管壁还包括在所述耐腐蚀层1与所述绝缘保护层3之间的电加热层2。所述电加热层2由连续的导电层状加热材料形成。在所述电加热层2与所述绝缘保护层3之间设有正极导线4和负极导线5。所述正极导线4和负极导线5设置在沿所述管路的直径彼此远离的相对位置处,并且沿着所述管路的长度方向延伸。所述正极导线4与所述负极导线5都与所述电加热层2紧密接触,从而使所述电加热层2在所述直径两侧的两个半部分别在所述正极导线4与所述负极导线5之间形成并联回路。
当在所述正极导线4和负极导线5之间施加一定的电压时,在所述正极导线4与负极导线5之间的电加热层2中产生电流。由于在所述正极导线4与负极导线5之间的电加热层2具有一定的电阻,因此当由电流流过所述电加热层2时就会产生热量,从而对所述防冻管路进行加热,防止所述防冻管路中的液体冻结。在该实施例中,由于所述电加热层2由连续的导电层状加热材料形成,因此能够以面加热的方式对防冻管路均匀地加热。
图3是示出了本发明的防冻管路的第二实施例。图3示出的是防冻管路去掉绝缘保护层后的侧视图。该实施例与本发明的第一实施例的区别在于,所述电加热层2由以间隔开的方式螺旋缠绕在所述耐腐蚀层1上的电阻丝6形成。该实施例的其它结构与本发明的第一实施例相同。
在本发明的第二实施例中,所述正极导线4与所述负极导线5都在多个位置处与所述电阻丝6紧密接触,从而在所述正极导线4与所述负极导线5之间形成多个并联的电阻丝段。当在所述正极导线4和负极导线5之间施加一定的电压时,在所述正极导线4与负极导线5之间的电阻丝段中产生电流,由此产生热量,从而对所述防冻管路进行加热,防止所述防冻管路中的液体冻结。在该实施例中,由于所述电加热层2由以间隔开的方式螺旋缠绕在所述耐腐蚀层1上的电阻丝6形成,因此能够以线加热的方式对防冻管路进行加热,并且降低了防冻管路的成本。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,根据并联电阻的总电阻值的计算原理,本发明的防冻管路越长,在正极导线4与负极导线5之间形成的总的电阻值就越小,总的加热功率也越大。因此可以根据实际需要选择防冻管路的长度,以获得期望的加热效果。
虽然上文参照本发明的优选实施例进行了说明,但应理解,本发明并不局限于上述具体实施例。本领域的技术人员可根据本发明的上述实施例做出各种修改和变型,而不脱离本发明的范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于输送液体的防冻管路,所述防冻管路的管壁包括最内侧的耐腐蚀层和最外侧的绝缘保护层,其特征在于,所述管壁还包括在所述耐腐蚀层与所述绝缘保护层之间的电加热层,在所述电加热层与所述绝缘保护层之间设有正极导线和负极导线,所述正极导线和负极导线设置在沿所述防冻管路的直径彼此远离的相对位置处,并且沿着所述防冻管路的长度方向延伸,所述正极导线与所述负极导线都与所述电加热层紧密接触,从而使所述电加热层在所述正极导线与所述负极导线之间形成回路,以便能通过所述电加热层在所述正极导线与负极导线之间形成的电阻对所述防冻管路进行加热,防止所述防冻管路中的液体冻结;所述电加热层由以间隔开的方式螺旋缠绕在所述耐腐蚀层上的电阻丝形成,由此以线加热的方式进行加热;所述正极导线与所述负极导线都在多个位置处与所述电阻丝紧密接触,从而在所述正极导线与所述负极导线之间形成多个并联的电阻丝段。
