技术领域
本发明涉及一种叠层组件和对准叠层的方法。 
背景技术
喷墨打印机是一种液滴喷出装置。喷墨打印机一般包括对喷嘴通路的油墨供给。喷嘴通路截至于喷出油墨液滴的喷嘴口。通过用致动器挤压油墨通路中的油墨来控制油墨液滴喷出,致动器例如可以是压电偏转器、热起泡喷射产生器或静电偏转元件。一般的打印头具有与喷嘴口和相关的致动器对应的油墨通路阵列,从而可单独控制每个喷嘴口的液滴喷出。在液滴按需打印头中,在打印头和打印基板彼此相对移动时开启每个致动器,从而在图像的特定像素位置处选择性地喷出液滴。在高性能打印头中,喷嘴口一般具有50微米或更小的,例如大约35微米的直径,以100-300个喷嘴/英寸的间距分离,具有100到3000dpi或更大的分辨率,并提供大约1到70皮升或更小的液滴尺寸。液滴喷出频率为10kHz或更大。

具体实施方式

Claims (4)

1.一种打印头,包括:
叠层组件,具有多个叠层,包括致动器、柔性电路、包括多个泵室的空腔板、下降板、和孔板,所述叠层之一包括基准标记,其他叠层具有开口,所述多个叠层层叠在一起,使得根据所述开口的检查,每个叠层中的开口都与其他叠层的开口以及基准标记对准,
其中,基准标记在致动器上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的打印头,其中,所述多个叠层进一步包括声波抑制器和隔板,两者具有与所述基准标记以及其他叠层上的开口对齐的开口。
3.一种对准叠层的方法,包括:
提供具有开口的多个叠层,包括致动器、柔性电路、包括多个泵室的空腔板、下降板和孔板,所述叠层之一包括基准标记,其他叠层包括开口;
层叠所述叠层,使得每个叠层与所述基准标记以及其他叠层上的开口对齐;
将叠层粘附在一起;和
检查所述开口,以确定对准叠层,
其中,基准标记在致动器上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,检查的步骤包括使用相机观察叠层中的开口,以证实所述基准标记与所述开口对准。
