Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及带有可拆卸滤芯的渗透式过滤系统,该系统具有在主权利要求的前序部分中提及的特征。
这些过滤系统通常用于处理家用和食品用水,并用于水壶、咖啡壶(cafetieres)、茶壶以及电热烧水壶的结构中。
背景技术
例如从EP 1 484 097可获知具有这些特征的水壶。
在这些专利中描述的水壶利用自来水的导电特性来闭合两个电气接点之间的常开回路,当将水引入水壶的上容器或下容器中时,这两个电气接点浸没在待处理的水中。
不过,该技术存在许多缺点,这些缺点一方面是由于结构的复杂性和电极系统在时间上的不稳定性而造成的,另一方面则是由于该系统往往会给出错误的读数且在任何情况下都很耗电而造成的。
发明内容
本发明想要解决的技术问题是提供一种为水壶、烧水壶等专门设计的过滤系统,该系统在结构和功能上设计成可克服前述已知技术的所有缺点。
本发明借助于具有所附权利要求书中所述特征的过滤系统而解决了这个问题。

具体实施方式
在附图中,附图标记1指代包括用于过滤饮用水的水壶2在内的整个过滤系统。
水壶2设有手柄3和可拆卸的盖子4,并包含将水壶分为第一容器7和第二容器8的漏斗6,第一容器和第二容器分别用于容纳待过滤的水和已过滤的水。
在第一容器的底壁7a上开有通道9,以形成座部10,可更换滤芯12的周缘11以水密方式接纳在座部10中。
滤芯12在其有效使用寿命结束时必须要加以更换,该有效使用寿命根据所过滤的水的总体积、从滤芯首次启用开始所经过的时间和/或计算装置13所考虑的其它因素来确定,计算装置13例如可设置在水壶2的手柄上或盖子4上。计算装置13包括用于指示滤芯的效能耗尽的显示器14,以在滤芯的效能达到阈值从而无法再保证足够的过滤性能时建议更换它。计算装置13还连接到一个或多个传感器14a-n,在图1中,这些传感器位于漏斗的外壁上。传感器14a位于第一容器的最大充注水位处(从而相对于容器的底部被称为“远侧传感器”),而传感器14b位于底部处(从而被称为“近侧传感器”)。在图2中,使用三个传感器14a-c,它们都位于水壶2的外壁上。在图3中,传感器14a、b形成杆状件15的一部分,杆状件15从盖子4突伸入水壶里位于第一容器7中。在图4中,传感器14a-c形成杆状件15的一部分,杆状件15固定于计算装置13和显示器14,并且与盖子4可拆卸地关联,杆状件15穿过盖子4中的孔16。在图3和4所示的两个情况中,传感器都嵌入在形成杆状件的塑料中,而在图1和2的情况中,它们敷贴在相应容器的外侧,从而它们决不会与水直接接触。此外,在图3和4的例子中,传感器和相应的杆状件较佳地与水壶的壁分隔开,以避免例如在手靠近水壶时或水壶靠近另一物体时干扰它们的工作。为此,较佳的是沿着相对于水壶的侧壁位于中央的垂向杆状件定位。
在所阐述的所有情况中,传感器14a-n是电容式场效应型的,诸如美国惠顿(伊利诺斯州)的接触传感器技术有限公司(Touchsensor Technologies LLC)所出售的传感器。这些传感器可在诸如容器7、8中容纳的水之类的物体的液位上升时检测到有物体存在,而无需与液体有任何的直接接触。当在相应容器的底部处的近侧传感器检测到有水存在时,启动远侧传感器进行检测,并且该传感器又可指示容器的完全充满。远侧传感器发送到计算装置的信号可用来计算在容器的相继充注中被引入到容器中的水量,并因而可确定出滤芯的效能,以便指示滤芯的效能耗尽。较佳的是,在容器底部处的近侧传感器使得由远侧传感器接替传送的信号的读取能进行一段有限的时间,从而,如果在从启动近侧传感器起便利的是有限的时间段(例如30秒)内远侧传感器处没有读到信号,则可暂时停用远侧传感器,直至下次启用近侧传感器为止。这可用来降低传感器发生误读取的可能性。
因此,本发明解决了所述的问题,同时还提供了许多优点,如,用来运转特别是整体尺寸小的装置的电耗低,以及特别是由于传感器不与水直接接触而可精确地工作。此外,根据本发明的过滤系统不仅适于水壶的结构,而且适于电热烧水壶、咖啡壶以及类似装置的结构,并且还可用于指示滤芯的效能耗尽状态以及需要对机器进行各种维护操作。

Claims (6)

1.一种渗透式过滤系统(1),该系统包括:
-第一容器(7)和第二容器(8),分别用于收集待过滤的水和用于收集已过滤的水;
-在所述容器(7,8)之间的通道(9);
-可拆卸地插入所述通道(9)的可更换滤芯(12);
-传感器装置(14a-c),用于检测在所述容器(7,8)中的至少一个容器内的水位;
-计算装置(13),所述计算装置连接到所述传感器装置(14a-c),以计算在所述容器(7,8)的相继充注中引入到所述容器(7,8)中的所述至少一个容器的总水量,并因而确定所述滤芯(12)的效能状态,以指示所述滤芯的效能耗尽;
其特征在于,所述传感器装置(14a-c)包括至少一个电容式场效应传感器,所述电容式场效应传感器位于所述容器(7,8)中的至少一个容器内预定的充注水位处。
2.如权利要求1所述的过滤系统(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个容器(7)是用于收集待过滤的水的容器。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的过滤系统(1),其特征在于,所述传感器装置(14a-c)包括位于所述容器(7,8)中的至少一个容器内预定的充注水位处的多个电容式场效应传感器,所述预定充注水位包括相对于所述容器(7,8)的底部的近侧水位和远侧水位。
4.如前述权利要求中的任何一项或多项所述的过滤系统(7),其特征在于,在所述至少一个容器(7,8)中的所述传感器装置(14a-c)与所述容器(7,8)的壁是分隔开的。
5.如权利要求2所述的过滤系统(1),其特征在于,所述传感器装置(14a-c)支承在与容纳待过滤的水的所述容器(7)的盖子可拆卸地相关联的杆状件上。
6.如前述权利要求中任何一项或多项所述的过滤系统(1),其特征在于,包括使用可更换滤芯(12)的水壶(2)或烧水壶。
