背景技术
DE 100 37 327 A1公开了在本文开始处所提到类型的车座,其中座椅壳体在前部通过倾斜调节器被可移动地附连于座椅框架,并且在后部通过开口槽式导轨被连接到座椅框架。座椅靠垫的倾斜度因此也能够独立于靠背的倾斜度被调节。
DE 10 2004 057 471 A1示出进一步的具有多部分座椅框架的车座。上部第一座椅框架的前部区域承载座垫的前面部分,即,所述座椅框架具有座椅壳体的功能。第一座椅框架于前部被铰接到安置于其下的第二座椅框架上,并且通过摇臂于后部被铰接到靠背上。第二座椅框架通过进一步的摇臂被铰接到底座上。靠背通过配件被附连到第二座椅框架的后端。座垫的后部置于座椅靠垫支撑件上,所述座椅靠垫支撑件于前部被铰链到第一座椅框架上并且于后部在第二座椅框架的槽式导轨中被可移动地引导,即通过槽和销导轨被连接到第二座椅框架上。
发明内容
本发明基于改进在本文开始处所提到类型的车座的目标。该目标根据本发明通过具有权利要求1的特征的车座而实现。有利的改进是从属权利要求的主题内容。
由于座椅壳体于其后端被连接到靠背而不是连接到座椅框架,因此首先,乘坐者的重量能够被用于靠背上的补偿效应,优选地以便当配件未锁定时补偿靠背的重量,其次,能够提供座椅壳体和靠背的运动的强制协调,优选地以便匹配座椅壳体的倾斜度与靠背的倾斜度。“座椅壳体”主要地被理解为与座垫一起形成固定构造单元的槽型部件。然而,在更宽的意义里,“座椅壳体”也能够是一种支撑表面,座垫松弛地置于该支撑表面上。
根据本发明所提供的连接希望是将座椅壳体和靠背的运动(动态特性)置于直接关系的直接连接(耦合)。相比之下,上述DE 10 2004057 471 A1没有示出其座椅靠垫支撑件和靠背之间的任何连接,因此靠背的运动对座椅靠垫支撑件的运动只具有非常不直接的影响(并且只在转换到底面位置的特别情况中)。
根据本发明的连接优选地被设计成乘坐者的重量在靠背上施加将靠背向前旋转的转矩。这能够替换通常的补偿弹簧,例如,在闩锁配件的情况中。
连接优选地被设计成使得靠背和座椅壳体具有连接元件,所述连接元件相互作用以便连接座椅壳体和靠背并且相对于对方可沿轨道运动,即不仅仅实现相对于对方的纯转动运动。具有槽式导轨或径向凸轮或其他轨道的第一连接元件因此优选地被提供于一个部件上,即,在座椅壳体或靠背上,而各其他部件设有作为第二连接元件的零件,其可相对于第一连接元件(例如槽式导轨块体、接触指、销或辊)沿所述轨道运动。闭合的槽和销导轨或部分开口的配置能够被实现。也能够提供弹簧或类似物作为辅助物来沿轨道协助第二连接元件的引导,或作为第一连接装置本身来限定轨道。
两个互相作用的连接元件各自的形状,附连和方向优选地被选择成使得自座椅壳体引入的重力或重力分量的动态效应线在部件的所有可能相对位置在靠背轴线的前面延伸。连接也包括在靠背上支撑座椅壳体的功能,即,优选地在座椅壳体的后部区域没有对所述座椅壳体的进一步支撑。

具体实施方式
车座1被提供用于机动车。机动车中车座1的方向和机动车的习惯行驶方向限定了所使用的方向性细节。车座1包括连接到机动车的车辆结构的底座3,铰链到底座3上的摇臂5,铰链到摇臂5上且能够相对于底座3通过可转动摇臂5来调节高度的座椅框架7,以及座椅壳体9,所述底座例如是位于车座两边的相应成对的座椅轨道,所述摇臂5优选地是位于车座两边的前部和后部的相应摇臂5。设计成单件的刚性座椅壳体9承载用于乘坐者的座垫(没有在图中具体地示出),所述座垫通过附接带或类似物被固定地连接到座椅壳体9,从而产生构造单元,其也被称为座椅靠垫。底座3、摇臂5、座椅框架7和带座垫的座椅壳体9定义了车座1的座椅零件。
在座椅框架7的后端,靠背14通过配件11附连到座椅框架7并且能够相对于该座椅框架绕轴线A转动,该作用使得靠背14的倾斜度能够被调节。如果配件11被设计成闩锁配件(例如在WO 00/44582A1中所公开的,其中公开的内容被特别地并入本文),轴线A同时是两个配件零件在各自情况中转动的相对轴线。如果配件11被设计成齿轮配件(例如在DE 199 38 666 A1中所公开的,其中公开的内容被特别地并入本文),轴线A由靠背一侧的配件零件的中心所定义。靠背14在其面对乘坐者一侧也具有垫子。
座椅壳体9以本身所知的方式于其前端可动地被附连到座椅框架7,例如通过简单接头或通过座椅靠垫倾斜调节器(例如在DE 10305 407 A1中所公开的,其中的公开的内容被特别地并入本文),该调节器例如能够相对于座椅框架7升高或降低座椅壳体9的前边。在其后端,座椅壳体9被连接到(例如附连在或铰链在)靠背14上。为此,靠背14具有作为车座两侧的第一连接元件的槽式导轨零件16,该导轨零件能够作为独立部件附连到靠背14或附连到关联配件11或能够被整体地形成于其上,即,被设计成与其一起的单件。槽式导轨零件16具有槽式导轨16a或用于第二连接元件的另外轨道,该第二连接元件与第一连接元件(即槽式轨道零件16)相互作用,并且可相对于该第一连接元件运动。在本例中,第二连接元件是辊17,该辊绕平行于轴线A的轴线可转动地安装在座椅壳体9的臂19上(例如通过从中心地通过辊17并且固定到臂19的螺栓),该辊沿槽式导轨16a或轨道滚动。代替臂19,也可以提供第二连接元件的另外的支撑件或接合器。
所述臂19向上突起,例如,在各种情况中自座椅壳体9的后部角落突起并且能够被固定地连接到后者,或能够在其上整体地形成。座椅壳体9的自重以及(如果合适的)乘坐者的重量作用在臂19上。臂19被定向、槽式导轨零件16被附连并且槽式导轨16a或轨道被成型(特别是被弯曲)使得通过臂19所引入的重力或重力分量的动态效应线在辊17的所有可能位置上通过轴线A的前面。当配件11未锁定时,于是转矩作用在靠背4上并且试图向前转动靠背。靠背补偿弹簧因此能够被省略。
根据本发明提供的槽式导轨零件16和槽式导轨16a或轨道的形状也引起当靠背14向前转动时座椅壳体9的后端的降低,以及当靠背14向后转动时引起座椅壳体的后端的升高。与单纯连接到座椅框架7相比较,第一个可能性额外地使座椅壳体9能够被降低,例如在如下情况时:靠背14通过向前转动而从使用位置被带出到靠背14被取向为大体上水平的台面位置,其避免了在本例中垫子被压缩;或者,整个车座1将通过靠背14被向前转动且座椅框架7通过摇臂5被降低而被带到底面位置,其允许了在本例中较低的底面位置。借助第二个可能性,通过向后转动靠背14,能够提供靠背14被取向为大体上水平的斜躺位置,其中座椅外壳9上的座垫和靠背14形成了连续的斜躺表面。

Claims (14)

1.一种车座,特别是机动车座,具有:座椅框架(7);能相对于座椅框架(7)运动并且在其前端活动地附连到座椅框架(7)的座椅壳体(9);能相对于座椅框架(7)绕轴线(A)转动的靠背(14),其特征是:座椅壳体(9)在其后端被连接到靠背(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的车座,其特征是被连接到靠背(14)的座椅壳体(9)至少通过其自重施加转矩在靠背(14)上,其效果是使得靠背向前转动。
3.如前述权利要求之一所述的车座,其特征是靠背(14)当其向前转动时降低座椅壳体(9),并且当其向后转动时升高座椅壳体(9)。
