On the other hand, with the improvement of living standard of people, people have higher requirements on their health, and are no longer only required to eat full and warm without illness, and the daily ideas of body health maintenance and disease prevention are gradually accepted and accepted by people. In the effervescent tablet, the content of the filler is preferably 10-60 wt%, the content of the acid-base disintegrating agent is preferably 5-40 wt%, the content of the adhesive is preferably 15-65 wt%, and the content of the lubricant is preferably 5-30 wt%.

The effervescent tablets of the invention can be obtained using known tabletting methods. the acid-base disintegrating agent is acid selected from more than one of citric acid, fumaric acid, tartaric acid, boric acid and succinic acid; the alkali is more than one of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate;

the lubricant is selected from more than one of magnesium stearate, talcum powder, superfine silica gel powder, PEG1450, PEG3350 and PEG 4000;

the adhesive is selected from more than one of PVP k30, chitosan and starch.

2. A compound female pudendum care product is characterized by comprising the female pudendum care product of claim 1 and a nutritional cleaning care solution for cleaning care, wherein the nutritional cleaning care solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-80 wt% of surfactant, 5-20 wt% of humectant, 0.1-30 wt% of nutritional agent, 0.1-1 wt% of chelating agent, 1-10 wt% of thickening agent, 1-10 wt% of pH regulator, 0.01-0.1 wt% of essence and 0.1-20 wt% of pudendum refreshing agent; wherein,

the humectant is selected from more than one of glycerin, propylene glycol, butanediol, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol;

the nutritional agent is selected from at least two of Aloe extract, vitamin E, vitamin B5, 3-methyl-aminoacetic acid, fructus Chaenomelis seed polysaccharide, lentinan, Cordyceps polysaccharide, pachyman, algal polysaccharide, avocado oil, hydrogenated castor oil, fruit acid, collagen protein, and silk fibroin;
