本发明公开了一种用于制造电池防爆球的高温失效的橡胶,通过在三元乙丙橡胶基础上添加多种添加剂,多种添加剂包括0.2~0.5%碳黑、0.01~0.10%石蜡基油、0.01~0.10%硬脂酸、0.10~0.30%硫磺、0.01~0.10%过氧化物硫化剂、0.4~1.0%促进剂和0.4~1.0%防老剂。此橡胶材料在高温条件下会失效,促使盖帽压力下降,达到电池排气的功效,阻止电池出现爆炸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温失效橡胶,特别指的是一种用于制造电池防爆球的高温失效的橡胶。
背景技术
随着电子数码产品的迅猛发展和人们生活水平的提高,对电池性能的要求也不断提高。现有市场不仅对电池容量、寿命等常规性能有要求,同时对电池的大电流充放电性能和安全性能提出了更高的要求。密封电池在设计上采用负极容量过量的方法,但这种设计还是不可避免电池内压升高的问题。目前主要是通过防爆球的开启来达到电池内部气体得到释放,降低电池内压的目的。所以防爆球性能的好坏在一定程度上决定了电池性能的优劣。但是现有材料制作出来的防爆球,性能比较稳定,特别在高温条件下防爆球气压也变化很小。然而,电池在出现短路后,内部产生大量的气体使得电池内部压力急剧增大,必定要求盖帽开始排气才能使电池不会出现爆炸。由于现有传统工艺均使用的高稳定性的防爆球,使得电池不能出现排气,才造成电池出现爆炸现象。因此,迫切需要寻找在常温条件下能性能稳定,但在高温100℃左右能发生失效或部分失效的橡胶来制作防爆球。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高温失效橡胶,它用于制造电池防爆球,它在常温条件下能性能稳定,但在高温100℃左右能发生失效或部分失效。
为了达到上述目的,本发明由以下的技术方案来实现。
本发明主要针对用于制造防爆球的橡胶在工艺和配方上进行优化选择,通过在三元乙丙橡胶基础上添加多种添加剂,多种添加剂包括0.2~0.5%碳黑、0.01~0.10%石蜡基油、0.01~0.10%硬脂酸、0.10~0.30%硫磺、0.01~0.10%过氧化物硫化剂、0.4~1.0%促进剂和0.4~1.0%防老剂。
本发明有益效果在于,由三元乙丙橡胶基础上添加多种添加剂制造出一种高温失效的橡胶,此橡胶材料在高温条件下会失效,使用这种新型橡胶制作的防爆球,促使盖帽压力下降,达到电池排气的功效,阻止电池出现爆炸。本发明防爆球具有很好的开启气压范围,能在电池内部气压达到平衡之后,内压较大的时候开启,既能保证电池有良好的充放电性能又能确保电池具有优良的安全性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细地描述。
本发明主要针对用于制造防爆球的橡胶在工艺和配方上进行优化选择,通过在三元乙丙橡胶基础上添加多种添加剂,多种添加剂包括0.2~0.5%碳黑,碳黑优选0.3;0.01~0.10%石蜡基油,石蜡基油优选0.05;0.01~0.10%硬脂酸,硬脂酸优选0.05;0.10~0.30%硫磺,硫磺优选0.20;0.01~0.10%过氧化物硫化剂,过氧化物硫化剂优选0.05;0.4~1.0%促进剂,促进剂优选0.7;0.4~1.0%防老剂,防老剂优选0.8,余量为三元乙丙橡胶。

1.一种高温失效橡胶,该高温失效橡胶用于制造电池防爆球,通过在三元乙丙橡胶基础上添加多种添加剂,其特征在于:多种添加剂包括0.2~0.5%碳黑、0.01~0.10%石蜡基油、0.01~0.10%硬脂酸、0.10~0.30%硫磺、0.01~0.10%过氧化物硫化剂、0.4~1.0%促进剂和0.4~1.0%防老剂。
